Impeccable customer service. Reached out to Mike for a quote for auto and home. As a military member, I use USAA for most of my coverages. Up front Mike said that USAA has some really great rates for military and it would be difficult to beat. He still took the time to compare all of my coverages against Farmers. In the end I decided to stick with USAA but Mikes dedication to his work showed me what having a personal insurance representative would be like. If I ever switch from USAA, I will be calling Mike at Farmers first.
