Baille was amazing! I am a small business owner and showed her what I currently had for general business insurance. It was close, but she told me who I was with was probably the better option. I greatly appreciated her honesty and her help in explaining what the words and numbers on the page even meant. Then, our of curiosity, I showed her my car insurance through allstate. I do not have much experience with insurance companies (besides health insurance) but I know for sure that the care that I received from State Farm was beyond exceeds expectations. I am a MD native and recently moved to CO for my husbands schooling. I first needed only rental insurance. From all the quotes I got State Farm had the best offer (cheapest with the most coverage and smaller deductible). I even had AllState set up and called to cancel to go with State Farm. I spoke with Devin Fox who was able to explain everything (even insurance basics that I was clueless about). Because of the good experience I saved his number and called him again when I needed car insurance. I was expecting him to just insure me without much to it. Devin was AMAZING and helped me buy my car. I am also clueless about the whole car buying process so he took me under his wing and was calling dealerships and trying to get me the best deal I could for the best car I could. In the end that is what he did and I LOVE MY NEW CAR. He was able to finance me as well instead of the dealership as most dealerships have extra fees hidden into the cost. Even though State Farms interest rate was higher, they will more than likely be less in the end secondary to fees. I went to Flatirons Subaru which happened to have no hidden fees but I still went with State Farm as my agent (only costing me a little extra) as I whole hardly trusted Devin and Baille and believed maintaining that relationship was way more important. Now that says a lot!! They came to the dealership with me and took 5 hours out of their day to help me buy this car. Devin and Baille answered ever question I had and treated me like family. I will be getting life insurance and home owners insurance when it comes the time through them as well. I feel confident in my State Farm family and for once in my life I can say I fully understand the process of buying a car and getting insurance because of the education they gave me!! Really exceptional service and I am so thankful for Devin and Baille.
