One day, while looking for insurance coverage, I took a chance walking into a small office behind my employers building. They were an insurance broker titled Advantage Service Insurance.I have used ASI for around 15 plus years and have gone through differing insurers where ASI helped me find coverages for both my home and car at the most reasonable rates while allowing increasing coverage thresholds.Recently, when sifting through the options, ASI even warned me in advance that certain dwellings will require additional hazard coverages. I listened and acted on their information. Doing so saved me thousands of dollars for a roof replacement. Not long after that situation, Marni Morgan helped me deal with finding better insurance when my rates exorbitantly spiked from the resulting roof repair. Marni has since helped me navigate getting mortgage lenders and insurance carriers on the same page to make sure everyone is paid. Like each agent I have worked with at ASI over the years, Marni is attentive, helpful, prompt, thorough, and instructional. Excellent customer service

Sonia was excellent at researching options and making sure I have the coverage that I need. She compared my previous policies with the county assessor information to make sure that all buildings on our rural property were accounted for and covered. She pointed out gaps in our previous policy and places where we were over-insured. Because of her efforts we have moved 6 policies to Advantage Service Insurance, (home, auto, landlord, personal umbrella, commercial and commercial umbrella) Saved over $300 and got much better coverage. Sonia knocked it out of the park!

Tremendous insurance company. I moved here from suburban Utah, and Genna got me 250/500 comprehensive auto, a supplemental liability policy, and renters insurance for the same price as I was paying for just 100/300 comprehensive and renters insurance. She answered all my questions and shopped all the options to find the best value for my needs. If youre looking for someone to shop for the best rate this isnt the company. I was made to feel like I was a bad guy when asking for multiple company rates in order to get the best policy for me. Specifically was told, were not order takers. I would like to know what their job is??? My current agent even provided them with all of my current policy information to make it easier since I am moving from out of state. I guess the testimonials on their website were lucky people or friends.

Ivan was very responsive and great to work with - we bought a new house in the mountains and due to the classification of the area we couldnt find coverage at all.
