Great agency. Easy to work with and personable.

Have always had a great experience working with Bill and staff. Whenever I need anything, Bill and staff are quick to help. Bill offers annual personal insurance reviews to make sure I have the right amount of coverage for my cars and homes. Been with this agency for 15 years and each time I call for help my expectations are exceeded.

I have worked with many insurance agents over the years, and was truly impressed with how responsive he is.Bill helped me to navigate a situation in which there was a conflict as to who would pay claims for water damage to my property: the HOA master policy or my individual condo policy. I was tearing my hair out in frustration, and even considered the need to hire an attorney. Bill helped me understand how the claims adjustment process works in such cases. He promised to contact the HOA and get back to me within 1 working day and he delivered.The real measure of an insurance agent is when things go wrong and you need help with a claim. I was insured with Bill for several years but had to switch out to another company this summer. Unfortunately, a combination of poor service, lack of information and poor/no communication from his office is not what I expect from an agent.

Wish I could give less than 1 star. Ben doesnt even know whats in his clients policies and gets offended when you point it out to him. Cannot recommend this agency to anyone.

Bad experience all round, don’t expect service or coverage when you actually need it.
