It is so sad how much this place over charges the elderly in this building. $25 to have their window washed, even if they didnt want it they HAVE to pay it and HAVE to have it done... Lets see not only do they have to have someone come change a lightbulb but they also charge them for the lightbulb... $2.50 for the screwy lightbulb and I think $1.25 for the normal one...oh and now these people are all being forced to take their trash all the way down to the first floor ALL summer long, they cant have chairs outside, whoever delivers papers to the tenants just throws them down on the floor all over the halls.... it is sad what this place is doing to these people... DISGUSTING!

Decent enough place. They painted a giant picture of a man I dont recognize on the side of the building. I thought that was pretty cool.
