Only had one experience with these folks thus far, in a commercial setting with a series of rooftop units. Harry is outstanding to work with and I would be happy to have his team on any of my jobs. Pricing was very fair and quality was excellent.
This company is extremely professional. Always price competitive. The work is always done correctly the first time and never cause any damage. Very clean.The receptionist is always very kind and polite when you call. The employees that come to do the repair or replacement are very well trained. They came here 3 times this year to1. service for summer2. replace a capacitor3. replace blower motorthey told my father in law that everything is working fine. I had a friend look at it because it is leaking water and not cooling the house down. the wire on the door panel switch was cut and the circuit board is burnt so the fan is only running on low. honestly, i do not want to see any of those employees of card heating & cooling.....they will get what is coming!
They are always timely dependable and if they mess something up there quick to come back and fix it
I was told by another that boiler had to be replaced for thousands. Card came out said settings were all messed up and within 20 minutes had heat. Recommended an update of replacement parts as it was outdated. Follow up call had all parts basically made my 50s boiler more equipped as a modern boiler and now it works great. Cost was several hundred. Quite a savings. Now runs more efficiently and does not cost as much to operate. Very courteous and knowledgeable staff.
I couldnt have asked for a more efficient, knowledgeable heating and cooling company. I called them for a second opinion after questioning installation and repairs on my air conditioning unit. Errors in the install were found which Card corrected and explained in detail. Their price is very fair and the staff/support is excellent. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! I feel safe knowing they have repaired and maintained my system.
Updating review: Harry Card personally visited my home after further learning the details of the service call from his staff, apologized and issued a full refund. Any owner who goes out of his way to right a wrong is worth his salt in my book. This has completely reversed my opinion of this vendor and Im updating this review to four stars. Its never too late to do the right thing and Card Heating proved that today. This is a honest business man who wants to do the right thing. Thank you Card Heating.Original Post___________________Negatives: Disappointed in Card Heating for failure to disclose in advance a $70 service fee for 5 minute follow up appointment after first repair from this company resulted in need for a second phone call. After charging the fee, the owner, Harry, admitted there was probably a miscommunication and offered a $30 discount but cited travel expenses and that the time card will still reflect 30-45 min of work as reason for charge. I declined the rebate.Positives: The service tech, Mike, was professional, prompt and responsive and was detailed in his explanation of the problem and ultimate fix. Follow up phone calls to this company were answered quickly. Owner and employees were polite.
Fantastic Experience, Called at noon and had a technician at my home within an hour. My air is fixed in less then 2 hours. Everyone I spoke with at the office and the technician were extremely nice and you can be sure when my furnace goes, it is getting older, they will get my business.

Friendly, professional technicians and service. Called this morning at 8 am and had a tech to my house by 1130. My blower motor was bad and quickly replaced. Would highly recommended and will be my first call for any heating needs. Thank you Harry Card and Mike T.
Our furnace didnt work. We called another company and they were here 2 hours and charged $250.00 and it shut down the next day. We call Card Plumbing and the technician s found the problem in 10 mins. Ended up we needed a new one.. we got one from them and received the service call money off the new furnace. They were so professional. They went far and above what they needed to do.
Great company called this morning explained my problem with the furnace . Travis was out here within 2 hours. Fixed the problem gave me suggestions on if it were to happen again . Work was done quickly and the cost was way less then I was expecting, especially sense it was a weekend .

Andy came to service our Trinity boiler system today and I could not be more pleased with the service he performed. He took the time to understand our issue and after careful inspection, he noticed a rather obscure problem with the way the controller is managing our multiple recirculating pumps. He also analyzed and resolved a condensation issue in the most cost effective way. He really cares about his customers and he knows these systems inside and out. It has become increasingly rare to find well-qualified tradespeople who truly care about their customers.
