Very happy with the repair
Tom, my service repairman was polite, courteous and professional. Not only that, he went beyond the call of duty. My husband was in the hospital. I noticed my Refrigerator had quit running. Without hesitation, Tom located the issue (a leak in one of the lines). Four hours later I had a working Refrigerator! God bless Tom and God bless Sears!
This is not the Sears of old! Bad experience!Repairman came and never tried to evaluate the problem just looked on his phone! Could have been solved with a simple multimeter test!Cost $99.00 to evaluate. $350. for a repair. He said it needed a kit of some kind and if we didn’t get it repaired the oven could blowup! Was more interested in selling a warranty for $600. than detailing the problem. Did not have him do it. It ended up being an igniter!
