Absolutely fantastic service. Our unit broke and was beyond repair, Carbon Valley was able to work me into their busy schedule and get us a new unit. Customer service was fantastic. The new unit is amazing and very efficient. The only reason they did not get 5 stars was because one of the service men left a few screws on the basement floor and my husband stepped on one, thankfully it was not a child. Already had a service agreement with Carbon Valley, but they hit it out of the park once again! Brian went above and beyond to find and fix our issue and made sure our A/C was working properly... and gave me some tips on what I can do to keep it that way! Worth every penny!

I am so very happy with the service I got! I had hoped for a repair of my furnace and water heater after my cellar flooded, but they were beyond help. The guys found me the right equipment and helped me get the financing I needed. Then the installation guys were incredible, came on their day off because I was in a jam. I would recommend this company to Everyone I can tell!

*Edit 6-8-18 To make matters worse, I get a call this morning from Dale who says he is on his way for our appointment. I inform him that the AC is working again and that I was told I would get a call back for phone troubleshooting. He says thats something they dont even do. So for almost 3 days, I am waiting on a phone call that was never going to come. Phone communication/front end customer service dysfunction has become the best identifier for when a company is disorganized, overworked, underemployed, or inadequate for the job at hand. Therefore, I cannot recommend this company*Called yesterday to get some phone troubleshooting. No call back received. House was 85 degrees and AC not working. Terrible service. They foolishly recommended M&M over the phone to me so thanks for giving me your competition as a reference.
