Slow and rude. Never anyone at the counter. Absolutely do not recommend.
I was refused a rotate and balance. The Tech said the tires were to old. Mind you these are tires I purchased from Walmart as well as the lifetime balance and rotation.
Walmarts Auto Care, has always been great, with the oil changes. The manager, is always friendly and helpful. And the assistant manager, the best. They have a great team there.
Very inconvenient. Took them forever to check us in and out.
Waited over 2 hours for an oil change. I was setting in the seating for auto and when they were done. They didnt say anything and no notifications either. When I was finally able to leave the skid plate underneath my car was dragging the ground and I had to wait an additional hour to get that fixed. I will not be back. And I would not recommend going
Waited over two hours for an oil change. When we pulled up only one car was ahead of me. The car left and five more pulled up in another Lane and they were finished before me. The guy who works on the car was frustrated and took it out on the customers because they were short handed. The lady at the register was very helpful and nice. I will never again take my car to a place that was so rude to the customers.
I ordered tires online to arrive at Walmart and be put on. I paid for them online before they sent. I get tires on car and go to pay. They tried to charge me for tires I already paid for. Then I had to wait for the auto cashier to check with tire men to see if I was lying. He was the one that I had to see to give my order number to so the tires were released so he knew I paid! Then they didn’t put my ford center on the rim correctly and it fell off while driving and now it’s gone! I will never go back there again!
If you want to waste time and pay alot to uneducated wrench turners and managers that dont give a rip about you or your car,,, then this is definitely is the place for you! took 3 hours for a 20 minute oil change!Doug McMillon should be fired as CEO of this business and replaced!!!
Worst experience ever! Dont come here. First of all, they left oil all over my car. I specifically told them to do an oil change and a tire rotation. I usually pay $40 for both of those services. The cashier tried to charge me $30 for the oil change and $40 for the tire rotation, thats a total of $70. Secondly, when they did all the services the car was showing a notification as if the tire were not even rotated. Dont come here!!!!
OK listen I never do this.. But we just waited 2 and a 1/2 hours to get An oil change... There was no Im sorry for your Wait... There was no I apologize for your inconvenience... And there was certainly no one in a hurry to try to take care of everything... I recommend everyone in this world go somewhere else get your oil changed
The worst service experience i have, well really no service.I was told at 4 pm on a Friday afternoon that they probably would not be able to change my oil by the time the auto center closed at 7 pm. Due to earlier in the day the GM had sent The employees that actually perform services home and the one left had to take a dinner break at 5 pm. No employee from 5 to 6 pm on a Friday afternoon except the suit Dept manager(that does not go outside and work on cars) and the checkout girl(that does not work on cars) all the while besides my car, 3 customers had been waiting i know for over an hour and forty minutes, because thats how long i waited before i told them to cancel my service i would take my business elsewhere. Walmart did not care about service, customers or employees. If i could give a negative 5 stars i would.
I had a very positive experience. I just needed a battery swapped out, and only had to wait about twenty minutes. They were very helpful and took it on even with only about 30 minutes left in their day.
So I had two blowouts on my camper about 30 miles apart. I put my spare on for the first blowout and didnt have one for my second blowout. Left the camper roadside and brought the two blown tires on the rims to Walmart in Enterprise Al. Went inside purchased two tires and I brought them out to be mounted. I couldnt believe my ears when the shop said it would cost another $17.50 to mount and balance each tire. I should have refused and demanded my money back. Went back in and asked the desk clerk why she didnt mention that the mounting and balance was extra and she told me I didnt ask. Well, I told her my camper was beside the road. How in the hell did she expect me to break down two tires and mount them.
Polite service. They worked hard and efficient. Answered my questions and helped me get the best deal
It sure why Walmart doesnt schedule more employees to work on Sunday at the tire & lube shop. Took 4 hours for me to get an oil change and tires rotated and balanced. Solution to problem, how about Walmart management call in a couple of employees to help out.
Went in for tire repair. Tread on my tire was not very good. So the gentlemen said he had to wait on Eddie to return, and let Eddie make the call if the tire was patchable or not. In the mean time, I heard this other gentlemen explaining to another customer that he couldnt make any decisions w/o Eddie. Her and I were told that Eddie should be back very soon, he went to pick up a part. Well, my car was in shop bay for over 30 min. And NO EDDIE. So I got the gentlemen to put my tire back on so I could leave. I dont know the circumstance, but to me, if Eddie is the only one that makes decisions, seems like Eddie should be there. All in, this trip to the Walmart Service Center didnt accomplish a dang thing, but wasted time.
DONT COME HERE TO DO OIL CHANGE. my car got an oil change from here and when i go out after the oil change the oil leaks and started smoking all over. Came back so they can fix the situation and went out again and a very strange sound coming out of the motor. Went back again and told the manager rick scott to check that sound and saw that was the belt sounding because all the oil around the motor. He tells me that the only thing that they can do is file an incident report because they dont have a real mechanic to do this job of changing a belt. Went out again and the belt broke. Now i have to fix my van because of the oncompetence of the people working there. DONT COME HERE.
Would leave 0 stars if I could. This Manager of this auto center needs to be let go. I literally dropped my car off to have two tires placed on two rims that were going on a trailer, which I told the girl that picked which tires to place on these rims. While I was there, I would have my oil changed as well at ten am. At 1120 am they finally finished with the oil change with only two people doing the work, one guy on the tire machine, and the young lady that was checking people in, was actually changing the oil. The guy that was changing the tires, did not change a tire from 1020 to 1120. Edward the manager of the department showed up at 1120 finally as they closed my hood, as I asked if they placed tires on my rims. He walked over and pulled them out and asked what they were going on and when I replied a trailer. He said they could not put auto tires on a trailer, I got upset, because it was the only point of going there anyway. Mainly they did not want to do the work and should have told me that I could place these tires on these rims when I have arrived. Manager I felt had racist tendencies, because he did not offer me any other options in trailer tires but placed my rims back in my jeep and refused service. Basically wasted an hour of my time. Will be leaving feedback with the corporate office as well. Went to Jim Whaley a local tire shop and they got the tires on in twenty minutes, with much better customer service.
Slowest service I have had in a while. Ordered 4 new tires online, came to the auto care to get them put on and took them over 2 hours and I was the first person in line.
By far the worst and slowest automotive service Ive seen. After waiting for nearly 30 minutes to get a sales associate to help I finally bought 2 tires and then waited another 2 hours before they called me back to tell me they couldnt do one of them because I was missing a wheel stud. I then waited around another hour to leave with just one new tire. 3 and a half hours for one tire mount and balance.
The tire rotation plan is awesome.
Horrible. 2 hr wait for tire repair 10 dollar job with 2 cars in front of me. Should have been out in 40 min even if both cars in front of me got new tires.
Took care of me quick
Awesome we need another store
Just stopped in for an oil change, fast and convenient
Worst Wal-Mart in the Country! Extremely Rude store Manager!
Dont do it please rude mgr extra slow 2 hr wait
4 tires and a oil change they only had two ahead of me. 2 hrs max great people.
The only thing worse than Walmart automotive dept is having All your teeth pulled without novacaine
I literally waited 2 hours. And my vehicle went in right away!
Manager went AWOL, caused 3 customers to wait 2+hours for an oil change.
The wait was absurdly long (about 3 hours) and it seems you no longer get your floors vacuumed with an oil change.
This is a place to take your car if you wanted to break down even worse than what it is they dont really know how to work on cars and God forbid you tell him what kind of oil you want and they put something different in it
Good place
Ok place
Kind of slow Saturday
Outstanding service
Just a battery
Oil change
