Work was done very quickly and was kept up on progress during my time waiting. The waiting room is kept well supplied with coffee and snacks. Would like to see just either sports or national geographics on the TV.

Everything was good,except air conditioning system they said that they had it fixed but when I turned air on very little blowing out vents with fan on high. That was my problem to begin.Thank you Shirley Brackin

I went for an oil change and also had them vacuum and wash my car. Oil change went great and price was very reasonable.

This time was very long. Sat there for 2 hours. Didnt get everything done because of time frame. Was very disappointed this time. If I had known they were behind I would have rescheduled.

We purchased our vehicle from Mitchell Nissan more than 7 years ago, but their service department got us in quickly, addressed a problem a different mechanic told us would be nearly impossible to fix, and had us back on the road in less than 3 days.

Called on 11/12 to schedule service appointment. Came in on 11/13 for routine oil change and maintenance. Mentioned that something was wrong with the battery, had several instances of having to jump/charge it.Car is still under warranty.However because the battery passed on Friday, nothing was done that day.Had to jump it twice over the weekend. Took it back to dealer on Monday 11/16. That time it failed and the battery was replaced.Quality of work was good, but this could have been rectified Friday.
