Worst possible service you could want. Ran over what looked like a fence staple in my All-Terrain tire (center tread) on a Saturday. Took the tire to this Firestone and the employee refused to repair the tire. They said the tire was ruined....really. I was a Mechanic and dealt with tires for 20 years. This looked no worse than anything I have fixed before. The amazing this he never removed the tire from the rim to inspect the interior, so how could he know...he didnt. They were hot an heavy ready to sell a new one though....how nice. Guess what L & M removed the tired and the tire was not ruined, just a pin hole, fixed.

Dropped the car off on a Tuesday morning. Didnt get the car done due to a delay on parts, which I understand, but then after getting the parts, didnt touch the car for another day. Its Thursday now, and theyre telling me Friday. I brought it because Ive been too busy with work to fix the front end myself. The whole point was I couldnt have the car apart for 2 or 3 days if something happened, but here we are. Its a 30 year old Chevrolet that needed an idler arm, a center link, and tie rods. Not an extensive repair by any means. Typical corporate shop, dont waste your time.Update: Its Friday, they waited still and then found out their tech doesnt know how to order the right parts. Called repeatedly around 6:30, finally got an answer after telling me it would be done and refused to throw the old idler arm back on and left me car less again because we close at 7. If youre mechanically inclined, save yourself the trouble. If you arent, go to one of the locally owned shops that rely on their fantastic reputations like Roberts Auto Service.

They found a nail in my tire after I took my vehicle to the Toyota dealer and they could not find anything wrong with my tire. Wonderful service at this Firestone location!!

Appointments are meaningless to this location. Call and stay on top of them or an early morning appointment will be ignored until the end of the day. Also treat any repair or replacement recommendation will skepticism. They will eagerly have you replace half worn tires or good parts if they can.

Had some tires replaced on my truck and ask them to mark the tires that came off the vehicle so I would know what position to reinstall them later. It didnt get done and they acted like it was no big deal. Wont be back again.

Did not have the correct tires that they said they would have for me when I arrived,then put white lettering on the inside when the paper clearly says outside, then when I picked up the vehicle and started home and I had to stop and close the hood that they left popped open. The worst experience.

Clean, friendly staff. Had appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Told it would be about an hour wait when I asked. Took 1.5 hours. Thats not about an hour. Will continue to take vehicles there as they are very competent mechanics and straight forward with honesty.

I love this place. I have been to a different repair shop and twice they havent been able to diagnose 2 different issues (One with my a/c and once with a tire leaking air). Brought it here and they diagnosed BOTH issues the first time they looked at it. Highly recommend!

Awesome customer service! We got a flat tire in the early morning hours traveling from Florida to Kentucky, with it being a Sunday and the day after a holiday I knew it would be difficult to get a new tire. As soon as they opened, they got us right in with a great price and a new tire to get my family back home!

Terribly over priced and rude manager

Pretty poor & slow management. told us an hour 30 mins for 2 tire changes and it’s been past that time frame and nothing has been done & nobody has cared to inform us that it would be longer or any info. i understand they might’ve been busy but there has been only 1 car inside that shop for at least 20 minutes now, just not sure what we’ve been waiting on if they arent even working on anybody else.

They are AWESOME there! I made an appointment online for an oil and filter change on my Mercedes. In and out quick. On top of that the managment showed me and printed out my factory scheduled maintenance with their prices.. I loved the service, one on one interaction, and their prices. The mechanics are great and helpful as well. Im a costumer for life there.. Even though Megan cannot draw balloons well on their window 😂😂

Of all the Firestone franchises used by my family, this is the best for customer service and quality of work. The manager, David and his staff work tirelessy, proficiently and still remain the best in my opinion.

I have absolutely zero to complain about. Firstly, Christine, my service advisor, was friendly, knowledgeable, and plenty of personality. She knew what I needed and did everything she needed to in order to make sure my needs were met. The mechanic that installed my tires caught a few things that I was unaware of on the courtesy check which goes to prove that they do what they say. I am incredibly pleased with how the whole thing went. They had me in at 9 (my appointment time) and had me out by 10, as promised. I would have no problems going back, nor would I have any issue recommending this to anyone in need of good quality auto service. Professional service can be difficult to find sometimes, so a clean, courteous shop like this one stands out even more.

The female that work at this location really took care of me. I didn’t get her name but she was friendly fast and professional. I Came on a rental 2019 Jeep from GA. She got me back on the road with no charger of course. I miss my hometown & that southern hospitality!! 😀

I don’t normally make post like this but I want to warn others of what I’ve been through. Sunday, I went to Firestone in Enterprise to get new tires, an oil change, and alignment. After spending several hours there (4hr with an appointment. They got me straight in when I arrived but messed around and took their sweet time and weren’t busy) the salesperson told me they were almost finished and would be backing my car out. An hour later, my car was still on the rack. The tech finally backed it out and test drove it and this is where my biggest issue begins.The tech took off out of the parking lot like a bat out of hell. From the waiting area I could hear my Mustang being raw dogged down the street. When I mentioned it to the person in charge all I got was “I’ll talk to him”. When they talked to him, he shrugged his shoulders and walked off and did this with me standing right there. When I left, utterly disgusted, I noticed that I had grease on both hands....from my leather steering wheel and manual shift knob. He neither used a steering wheel cover or offered to wash his greasy hands. When I got home, I found heavy greased hand prints all over my car. I contacted Firestone Customer Care and was assured that someone would contact me. Well, long story short, it’s been nearly 60 hours and no phone call. They said they tried to call but I have had no missed calls or voice mail. I also went back to Firestone Customer Care via email and was assured that this would receive attention. It hasn’t.Firestone gets your money and after that cares nothing about you. You’d think, with me being a former Firestone store manager, that I’d get a little better care than most because I know their system. Wrong. I’m just an $1100 ticket sold and done. Beware of them!*****Update*****I was finally contacted four days, multiple emails, and several phone calls later. They’ve offered to have my car detailed professionally at their expense and are supposed to contact me with appointment information which disappointingly didn’t happen today. They also “reprimanded the employee”. We will see how long it takes to get this appointment but I have a feeling that I’ll wind up doing it myself.

They never said anything to me, like welcome didnt get any service. I walked out

Every visit I have here is met with fantastic, personable customer service! The technicians and mechanics do quality work that shows they have attention to detail and dont cut corners. Ive been to several Firestones and this is my favorite one.

This was a very difficult trip because it was for my sons funeral. I knew there was something wrong with our vans front end. Megan was referred to us thru another garage who inspected our van and said it was the tires. Megan was extremely kind, understanding and took care of us with knowledge of the situation while being a REAL person. She got us taken care of quickly and efficiently with compassion. You have an extremely wonderful manager at this store..dont ever let her go! Again thank you Megan and firestone for a wonderful experience

I hate having to come to this place. Unfortunately, I purchased the lifetime alignment years ago and thus, come here to receive that service. However, Im at the point where I think I would rather pay someone else to do it. They are never on time with their appointments and by the time they finally finish up hours after I was supposed to be done, I get to hear about the plethora of things they found wrong with my car. Funny thing though, I always bring my car into other mechanics to verify the faults and find time and time again that it was all bs and my car is fine.

Took my truck in for alignment, had all new control arms and Hardware, two of the cam eccentrics were turned upside down, they wanted to charge me $50 just to turn them over. Its a simple bolt removal and on top of that they kept my truck for half the day and I had to go by and find out about it, they wouldnt call me. Save your money save your time go somewhere else.

I was here on a Sunday. They were very busy with only a couple of guys working on the vehicles. Regardless, I had an appointment and they got to me on time. Their work was very thorough. If I had to go get my air conditioning fixed again I would go here.

I went to firestone to get new tires and an oil change on the 30th of August and when I came to pick up my truck my windshield had been cracked. My biggest issue isnt that I spent almost a grand only to have my vehicle damaged, but that I have had absolutely no follow up since then.The day after I picked up my truck, a representative contacted me asking what happened and I responded immediately. However, other than that initial email, I havent been able to reach him despite numerous calls and follow up emails over the past month and a half. I’ve also called the store three separate times, only to be met with an answer that they cannot see my claim and will reach out to their regional representative. Again with no follow up.Im not likely to return to or recommend firestone.

Nice people, they follow through on their word, but it takes them 4 or 5 times to get a simple fix right and their staff doesnt seem to communicate very well. Went in on several occasions to pick up a vehicle I was told was ready only to find out it wasnt. This was after going several times to fix the same problem I originally brought it in for. They said theyd call me every day to give me an update on the vehicle, never happened. Ive had to call in every day just to get them to work on my vehicle which has been in their shop for two weeks now after they keep pushing back the time they say it will be ready.

The staff was great. Everyone from the Service Advisor to the Technicians was very helpful.

My teenage son took his car in to have a tire fixed. He was told it couldnt be repaired, so he bought a new tire. He comes home and the spare tire (which was the donut style spare) is still on the car. They replaced the tire and threw it in the trunk. Who does that?? Never ever have I had a place not put the new tire on the car for you.

Not the best shop Ive been to but had to use them to get free tire shipping. They were given new sensors to install and it was ON the order when i walked out to have them installed. Then they call me and said it would be done in 45 min. an hour later i show up and the tires are not even balanced yet and they still had to do the alignment... i get it back and my new sensors are sitting on the passenger seat still... had to have everything broke back down and re balanced... the work was well done alignment was right tires balanced etc but the need to get some organization or something.

My daughters car was getting hot so we had it towed in. Usaa took it to firestone in Enterprise, AL. We knew it was the thermostat sticking but I dont know how to fix anything vehicle wise. I was charged $570 for it to be fixed. Got it home and there was a leak. Took it back and they charged me $417 to fix what they messed up. My husband is in Afghanistan & I stupidly made the remark that he would have fixed it but hes deployed and that I didnt know how. So I totally got screwed but I didnt have a choice because shes in college and works after classes so she had to have her vehicle. I would advise anyone to not do business with firestone especially in Enterprise, AL.So we just checked under her car and its leaking a lot more than when we got it back from yall the first time!! I just dont understand how it came to yall with a stuck thermostat but left yall 2 more times leaking more each freaking time.

Arrived with four new tires purchased online and asked how much for them to be installed on a 2012 BMW 750LI. I was quoted over $200 and it would be several hours before they could complete the task. This reason for the extreme cost? The gentleman said the orings on the tire pressure monitor sensors would need to be replaced.I took the tires to Jim Whaley on the loop and they installed and balanced the tires for under $50.00.Stay away from this Firestone! We may own nice vehicles but I know how to work on them and when Im being scammed.Jim Whaley has since been used several times and they are GREAT!

I needed a simple oil change for my car, and made 2 separate appointments at the Enterprise, Alabama location. Both times, I arrived for my appointment only to be told that no one would be able to fit me in. Annoyed, I called Jim Whaley tires, and they were able to change my oil on the spot, no appointment required. I will not be using Firestones services in the future, in fact, I advise against it.

Great people i was in town and had to leave but when i came out to my truck i had a flat and the valves stem was leaking i took it in to have it repaired and they were extremely friendly and took care of me right away so i could get back on the road

I went to Firestone to get an alignment and I waited 15 minutes for them to attend me. But than another person came in and they attended him but they kept looking at me and kept ignoring me even thought I was first than others. Since they never attended me I left the store angry and I felt really disappointed. This was in enterprise,alabama downtown 12/31/15 at 3:30pm. That was the worst experience ever. I went to fort rucker one and they attended me way better.
