Was going religiously for months and taking my daughter with me and my last visit a few days later my feet began to itch and sting. I thought at first a new pair of shoes I had purchased but then I got spots all over the bottom arches. My husband was in the military and said that’s definitely not athletes foot so I made a doctors appointment and the doc took one look at it and said that they were a very unclean facility! The brushes and foot scrubbers were not properly cleaned,disenfected and left to dry over night! I am devastated beyond belief and on my second course of cream and pills for this bacteria infection! beware!

My daughter and I waited for an hour and a half for a 15/20 minute pedicure. My daughters was probably less than that. The owner did hers, started after mine and finished before. We were never asked what kind of pedicure we wanted and we were rushed out of the chairs. I would have given 0 stars if that were an option. Super disappointed in this business!

An was my nail Technician. Absolutely the best Manicure and Pedicure Ive ever had. Just last week I went to a different place to have a Manicure/Pedicure and it was Horrible. So a friend recommended this place and Ive had the best experience.

I had a 10 am appointment today and I walked in and the lady asked what I wanted and I said I have an appointment & she was looking ALL over it & I pointed RIGHT to it and she looked at me like I was crazy and yells go pick you color and I went to a wall and was looking and she said no over there and just walked out and never came back. Nobody was there but me I assumed I stood there 20 minutes before I just walked out! I will NEVER go back! I went over to Paradise Nails SPA and they were TOTALLY DIFFERENT! They were very busy but they told me they could take me in about 30 minutes and they did. I had an awesome experience!

I always get great service! Staff is friendly and equipment is always clean. Obviously, if you walk-in late afternoon or any time on Saturday, youll have a wait time. And as they are busy in a different area, you might need to poke your head in and let them know youre there.

I love this place! I always have a great experience. They really take their time when you are getting a pedicure. I recommend giving yourself at least two hours if you are wanting a full pedicure and manicure. Their foot and leg massages are wonderful. Always impressed with how clean the place is and how friendly the staff is. Ive never been unhappy with my experience at Golden Nail too. Ive never been charged a repair fee either.

Advised me to make an appointment which I did. I waited 2 hours another couple waited 3 hours. They were not taken customers in order of arrival or appointment time just grabbing customers that they made eye contact with. 4 other people walked out an hour before I walked out.

Love this place, I always call ahead to make an appointment to be seen and Im taking care right away when I get there. Friendly staff, always have a smile on.Notice the care they take to protect their customers: plastic liners in the foot basin, wearing gloves, sterling their tools among so much. Havent been anywhere else in years and dont intent to anytime soon!

Ive been going for years, love the workers. The shop is always clean. What I like most of all they know the costumers.

I used to come here to get my eyebrows done but this time... my eyebrows were ruined. I got them waxed. She asked me if i wanted them thinned or what. I said no. Just need them cleaned up. I asked her to keep them thick. She said okay and proceeded to wax my eyebrows so thin that i am honestly insecure now. Basically. Spend the 15 dollars and go to ritual day spa. Please. Its worth it because they listen to you

I waited over an hour before I was acknowledged. After an hour and 15 minutes, I asked how much longer the wait would be because I had been there for over an hour. The man I asked said that he didn’t know because there were appointments ahead of me. If that were the case, they could’ve told me before I sat there so long that they were heavily booked today and it would be a long wait. I understand being busy, but letting customers sit that long with no explination is terrible customer service. I won’t be returning.

My sister & I got there late and although they had five customers in front of us they stayed to do our pedicures and did not rush through them. We were very pleased.

This is the only place I go to in Enterprise to get my nails done. They do a great job!

I am visiting from out-of-town. I stopped by with my MIL and daughter. They had cute little chairs for the little ones. If you dont want to be around little kids they had a room separated off for adults only. They spent a great deal of time on our mani & pedis, definitely did not feel rushed. I thought they did a great job. The place was clean and enjoyed my experience. We will definitely be back when we are in town next time.

THIS PLACE SUCKS BAD SERVICE AND BAD NAIL JOBS THEY DONT CLEAN THEIR TOOLS AND CHARGE YOU FOR A NAIL REPAIR AFTER A WEEK OF THEM BEING DONE THEY SUCK I WOULDNT GO TO THEM ITS A WASTE OF MONEY AND THE MANGER IS AN BUTTHOLE :)
