Love this place! Has been my regular place for years and would not think of going anywhere else!

Love this place great people and they love to cut up and they do a very well job I do love the dip on my nails

I just went today and got my nails done. One of the ladies was filing my nail down with the grinder and burned my skin with it multiple times. Then she put the nail extensions on and cut them unevenly. She switched places with a guy and he also burned my skin with the grinder. I let them both know that my nails were uneven and they told me it would look right after they were done. Well they were wrong and my nails look terrible. And they still made me pay $45.

Polite staff, clean atmosphere. Not happy with my nails at all. I have cuts around my finger nails from getting acrylics along with gel polish on my skin. Three nails have air bubbles on them.Update: The business did offer to fix them. Unfortunately I got them done for a wedding and won’t have time to go back before hand. I do think it was kind of them to reach out.

I paid for a hot rock massage and the lady who was doing my toes did use the hot rocks on my legs but she never touched my feet, and there were still patchy spots of dry skin that she missed because she wasnt paying attention. She rubbed a spot on my heal raw because she was going so fast and talking at the same time. She only paid attention when she was doing my toes and she did not shape them well at all.

My first time ever getting my nails done and everyone was so sweet! Even the other customers were very helpful. Tiffany did a fantastic job and I will be back to see her!

I went here for a pedicure and to get my nails painted. I asked for the mod grade pedicure. It was the worst pedicure I ever had. I got no massage, no foot scrub, it’s lasted all of 12 minutes. My friends pedicure started 15 min before mine and I was done well before she was because the guy that did my pedicure didn’t do anything but paint my toes. I also specifically asked for nailed only to be painted. They did a whole manicure, after saying I didn’t want one, they said I wouldn’t have to pay for it because I didn’t want it. They charged me for it. The gelOn my fingers was peeling. And I told the lady and she just painted top coat over it and told me it was fine. Half my nails are bubbly and peeing and I just got them done yesterday. I will never be back and it was overpriced compared to other salons in the area who actually know what they are doing.

Very clean and staff is super nice. The staff all wear masks to protect everyone. Love this place.

First time there - great service! Nice & clean.

I was in this morning for my first visit. I wish I had gotten my nail technicians name to give him praise but unfortunately I didnt. He was very meticulous and took his time to get my nails perfect. They normally grow flat (without a curve) but you cant tell now. The salon was a very clean, friendly environment. There was one miscommunication at the very beginning. I chose my color but the wrong color was pulled. I thought the powder was too light based on what I wanted but I didnt speak up. Next time I will. Im still giving 5 stars because it was a great experience and Im looking forward to my next visit!

Loved my nails so much super relaxing pedicure

My first time getting a manicure, I had Jermery, he did a great job and very nice person. The young guy who did my pedicure was also very nice, I didnt get his name. Overall loved it, will be back!

In the past I have always used paradise and never had a bad experience except for this time. My lady was so rude. She basically made me pay for a whole pedicure when she didn’t even do half of what an actual pedicure is supposed to be.

I dont usually write reviews but I just went there tonight for my first time, And had the most wonderful experience. I did a walk in last minute before closing and they were able to squeeze me in even with such a busy friday night. Barely any wait time and the girl who did my was the most thorough Nail Tech I ever had. This is definetely the best Nail Salon to go to I honestly dont recommend anywhere else. Thats how good my experience was. Also They have such a positive energy and clean atmosphere which is a plus. I definely forsure will be sticking with this Nail Salon. Thank you for your time today. It was amazing.

My best friend and I went in there right after Christmas, they were swamped. I always have to get two tips, one for each of my big toenails. I felt he kind of rushed through it, because my tips came off after two days, but, I love this place and will be going back! See you today! Monday, January 18, 2021.

Great dip powder manicure!

Best for DIP IN POWDER .... the lovely Philip has been looking after my nails for the last 5 months and he has been amazing. I have thin nails and he is super careful, he repaired a ripped nail one time (nail surgery!)... Im going to miss his lovely work!!!

Very clean and the staff is superb!

Amazing job! I was warmly greeted, sat in a chair and offered a beverage. They were busy, but they never made me feel rushed. I showed the tech, Ann, what I had in mind for my mani and she did a great job making it happen. I will be using them from now on!

Will def go back! However, my dude clipped off quite a bit of skin doing a pedicure and kept spraying alcohol on it even after I expressed some pain. Did a super great job on the gel polish, and oh my god that massage was divine.Didn’t particularly enjoy the loud children with the loud iPads and phones playing children’s music running around during what’s supposed to be a relatively relaxing experience, so hopefully that’s not a recurring thing.Again tho, great (amazing) leg massage and polish looks great. For sure going back.

Worst nail job I’ve ever gotten, I went there because of the great reviews but the nail tech did a TERRIBLE job. I don’t know why their reviews are so great if their work is mediocre to say the least.

Hubby and I both went and received pedicures. Employees were very nice and did a great job. Will definitely go back again and again.

Jeremy is the BEST nail tech ever. He does my nails perfect every time. Just the way I want them. And we always have great conversation. I moved here from NM and went to the same lady for 16 yrs.. I’ll never go anywhere else here in Enterprise.

A family member was shamed for being overweight. She left crying. The manager took up for the employee by lying and saying that the employee didn’t speak a lot of English. The employee was having a full consultation with her asking if she worked out and told her that her weight was the reason she didn’t have a boyfriend. He even laughed at her. I do not recommend this place. A manicure salon is supposed to boost your confidence not ruin your confidence.

Had my nails done here while visiting from Orlando and have to say this definitely is better than any nail salon I’ve been to in FL! Wish I could bring them back to Orlando with me! “T” did my nails and he did a great job and was super friendly! Usually I have a problem with the nails, gel polish, or dip powder coming off within a week (it peels back at the edges and then I pick at it) But T explained how at Paradise Nail Spa they take special care to insure that that doesn’t happen. I’m happy to report that it has been 3 weeks and my nails still look great and aren’t showing any sign of coming off anytime soon!

Going to be my go to from now on! My nails look great, the place is clean, they were extremely friendly and offered me a drink right away.

I came at closing and the owner opened the door and to do my nails. She is very professional and her shop smells very fresh. It is a very clean shop. The work even aligns with her shop. She offered me something to drink as well. I HIGHLY recommend this shop!

I enjoyed the service although I did go on a day that us usually busy. The prices were clear and concise. The customer service was on point from the time I walked in to the moment I left.

My friend came here and had a terrible experience. One of the employees made rude and inexcusable remarks. And their excuse was “he doesn’t speak well English” which is a lie bc he spoke it well enough for anyone to understand. Don’t be rude just bc you’re trying to be funny.

Very long waits even when appointments scheduled, several times. Wife got a nasty toe infection that was apparantly from here, according to medical professional.

I 100% adore this place. I come about every two weeks and get Jeremy to do my gel fill in and Shea to do my pedicure. I ALWAYS make sure to make an appointment and that is what most people do not understand. Nail salons see so many walk ins that it becomes difficult for them to make your experience timely for situating other walking before others decide to walk in. When I reserve my appointment, I usually do it at least four hours in advance, giving them enough time to plan it out. I like the gel selection and the friendliness of the salon as they make you feel like family. I would like to add some more colors, most of them are neons and glitters but I think some nice neutrals would make me and many other customers happy. I have been to many nail salons and there is not one that compares to PNS! They also include discounts for formals, birthdays, and teachers!

Really nice environment, and people. My mother and I both got mani-pedi’s and their staff was able to do both at the same time for us. Each person took a lot of care and attention to detail, which I really appreciated. Very enjoyable and relaxing experience!

Whole family went 4 pedicures. They took care of 6 at the same time. English is fine

I went for a pedicure and new dip set. They had me soak my hands in the bowl of acetone for 35 min during my pedicure and as a result my natural strong nails were sooo flimsy and would bend under my finger when I tried to do anything with my hands. I ended up having to cut my nails as short as I could that night and reshape them at home. A waste of money for my dip manicure, and now I have very damaged nails.
