Friendly people. Nice place. However I came in to get a fill in and gel manicure that’s peeling after three days. Incredibly frustrating to pay for a service that doesn’t even last a week. Won’t be back.

The prices on the brochure did not match what we were charged. The nail polish was bubbled and the man who did my nails was rude. He said should have got gel now your nails chip in three days. It’s really not professional when you are trying to sell a product. He caught my cuticle with the file and the nails hurt to wear. It’s only been a week and my nails look already grown out from the acrylic. Not to mention we had a 3 o clock appointment and my friend didn’t get in a seat until an hour later. I watched three people get served before her. We won’t be back what was the worst was the dishonesty about the prices and the manager shouting at us to put on a mask and wash our hands. Treat your customers better.

I got my first pedicure here since moving here and Post-Covid! It was a great experience. The people ate all really friendly and my pedicure was SO great!!

My first visit was about 3 weeks ago. Jenny did an amazing job on my mani pedi!! I mean amazing! They stayed looking fresh and beautiful for over two weeks! Shes very personable and immediately makes you feel relaxed and comfortable! I was unable to get her when I returned for a touch up and though the lady was very kind and did a great job it wasnt quite as good as when Jenny had done them. Either way I highly recommend Cindy Nails!

Ok, so this place is AWESOME! I did have to wait about 15 minutes, as a walk-in - I can respect that. Great service!!

I made a appointment and arrived on time and still had to wait for 45 mins when people was literally walking in and getting seated. The staff was extremely rude even yelled at me for not having my mask on when I had one I was just adjusting it. Finally after my nails were completed and she cut me a dozen times she charged me 25 dollars more than she agreed upon never going back.

I got waxed here. My underarms and half legs. She used the same popsicle stick the whole time. If you ever get your face waxed here, just know my underarms are on your face. Also underarms 25$ half legs $45. It seemed as if they never have waxed legs before. I have hair everywhere still.

I religiously come here every two weeks to get my nails done. Affordable prices, friendly staff and great color selection. They also follow all COVID protocols, which is a huge plus. A special shout-out to Jenny and Ty, ask for them when you make an appointment!

Staff was extremely rude. I had an appt for 2 o’clock, sat here for 20 mins before anyone even acknowledged I was here. The lady told me to sit at number 1 after washing my hands, so I sat at the desk that had a 1 and she started yelling at me telling me to sit in the pedicure chair that had no numbers on it. I won’t be back.

Very professional, got in and out very fast. They did a great job on my nails. They are very friendly and helpful. I recommend Cindys Nails to anyone wanting a manicure or pedicure.

I hesitate to write this review because I am a small business owner and I know companies (usually) thrive or die based on consumer feedback. However, I tried calling the shop to see if they could make things right and, like the service itself, the encounter fell flat.To start, I came into town to visit my sister as she just moved here a few months ago. We wanted to spend the day together, starting with pedicures to relax after a long week. My sister worked with a woman and someone named Johnny performed my service - I put his name in air quotes because during small talk he would frequently lie about things such as his age, ethnicity, and where the spots on his arm came from (he shared an elaborate story about saving someone from a fire and then said haha just joking, its psoriasis. The age and ethnicity was one thing (perhaps just playful banter as it were), but lying about being a hero? Thats not cool.From there, Johnny proceeded to flirt (which I again viewed as playful banter and didnt pay it any mind), but then things got weird. Not only did the lying increase, he also wanted to know if I was on Tinder, SnapChat, or any social media for that matter. After sharing that I wasnt, he made comments about oh man Im never gonna see you again, am I? Once again, I brushed this off and kept trying to have a conversation with my sister because I was growing increasingly uncomfortable.From there, Johnny started joking about how he had his work cut out for him because my feet were so bad. So much so that he could skip arm day from the workout he was getting. He then very dramatically used the buffer on my feet and feigned exhaustion to get a laugh out of my sister and I. We laughed, of course... because it was ridiculous behavior. No woman (or man for that matter - no judgement) should ever have to feel insecure about any part of their body - especially when they are making a deliberate effort to take care of themselves. It should be noted that the polish on two toes is sloppy and there is still a considerable about of dead skin on the bottoms of my feet (mind you, I just had a pedicure a few months ago and I frequently perform at home care).Heres where things got really weird. As Johnny was rubbing my legs, he was making very long (somewhat sensual and slow) strokes. He then looked up and asked me, does that feel good in a low voice. He proceeds, youre lucky you got me today, huh? I asked him if he speaks to all the women like this (doing my best to give him a hint that whatever he was trying wasnt working on me) and he said only the ones he vibes with and that he likes to make his clients feel good.After taking some time to reflect on the experience, my sister decided to call and explain the situation. On the first call, she explained everything to Brian and he apologized. After realizing this didnt make up for the unprofessional service, she called again and asked for a refund. He refused and said he could have someone else fix the pedicure. Now incredibly frustrated by the lack of consideration, I called and explained everything again and asked for a full refund. Brian again refused and offered a hollow apology and said that the guy (Johnny) was new. Expressing that this didnt make up for the service I received, he got very short and said, in essence, you can have a gift certificate or we can redo the service, we are not refunding you in a very take it or leave it tone. While I accept partial responsibility for not speaking up during or immediately after the service (primarily because I was honestly so embarrassed and uncomfortable that I was just ready to get out of there), management had an opportunity to make things right, and they didnt.Think about it, what if a young woman/girl came in and received the same treatment - would a gift certificate or a re-do genuinely make up for what she experienced?

I was so embarrassed of my toes cause they were rouch looking the young gentlemen who did my toes made me feel at ease and more comfortable when he was done I couldnt believe it they were so much better thank you cindy nails and to the young gentlemen who did my toes

They took great care of my girls. Both daughters messed up their toe nail paint before they left and the fixed it for them.

Very friendly staff made for a great experience.

I usually hate going places by myself especially places were I feel uncomfortable but when I walk into Cindy’s I feel right at home with the nice workers and clean environment. To add on to that I’ve never had such a good job done on my nails before now I refuse to get my nails done unless it’s from here :))

I’ve gone to Cindis nails since last year and she does quality work but since after the virus I know it’s been difficult for them but when you make an appointment to get your nails done and you have to wait 45 minutes outside in your vehicle is not good for business. I will not return to this establishment it’s ridiculous that they cannot keep appointments the doctors office do better than this

Pedicure was okay but the manicure turned out terrible. I have red gel polish smeared all over my cuticles. I am going home and remove all of it. A complete waste of my money and time.

Ty did a full acrylic set with gel on top. I am so picky about my nails and he did the best job I have ever had! He really took his time and I will definitely be requesting him again.

I have been a costumer of this establishment for years and they have done an awesome job. But, yesterday while getting my eyebrows waxed there was a program on the television with a black woman competing in some sort of athletic competition. The male staff started calling this young lady a monkey and making fun of her. At this point I got very uncomfortable because I was the only black person in Cindy’s, I could see all the other customers cringe as the male staff just laughed and made jokes continuously calling this young lady a monkey. Needless to say I will now be looking for another nail place. I wish this business the best of luck but I will not subject my self to any kind of negative “isms”.

I have never had a bad experience here. I am very funny about my nails, hands and toes, so I pay close attention to what is being done. I live in Dothan and travel to Enterprise, along with taking my mom as well with me, to get them done.

I’m only giving this place a 1 because I don’t have a 0 start option. I had an awful experience with a manicure over there. When I told (very nicely) the lady that some of my nails were crooked, she had the courage of saying that my fingers were crooked! if they were, I’d have been fine, but no one gets my nails done that crooked and blame it on me! after that she started speaking in Vietnamese with the other girls and they were laughing. I’m 100% sure they were talking about me. Even my friend laughed because she knew they were talking about me and it was so embarrassing ! So disrespectful and inconsiderate. After that, my gel had some bubbles and, of course, she was so pissed to fix her awful job. Never went back after this episode and adviced my friend no to go there either, but she insisted and, now, she had a taste of rudeness.

I went here a few times and thought they were ok. Once I went in for a fill and cat eye was on my nails. She informed me that they dont do that there. I said that was ok. She asked me how much I paid for it. Once I told her she told me no, I had to have paid more. I wasnt going to argue with her.I went in recently and signed in and while I waited my turn a lady came in with her daughter. She got in almost immediately. While I was still waiting. I walked out and will not return.

Awesome!!!! This place was my final destination for Enterprise, AL. I have visited all of the nail spas and by far this one is the best. They are very clean and do the work right regardless of time!

I moved here and tried most of the other nail salons. Cindy and Brian are the best in town.

My sons gave me a gift certificate for a mani/pedi. I did end up paying more than my certificate was worth but that is because I chose more than the basic pedi. The nail techs were very friendly and accommodating. I had gel polish for the first time and it has held up great. I am headed back there tomorrow to get a polish change. I am very pleased with the service and kindness of the staff.

Very disappointed in the service that was given today. I got a gel manicure yesterday Which was suppose to last 2 weeks. Didnt last a day so I came back the very next day. Bad customer service and she obviously was not happy that I was back to fix the nails that she supposedly didnt not do a good job to begin with.
