My first visit to the nail bar, with an appointment that was not honored, I asked for lash extensions. Once in the room on the table Mai begin putting on lashes, an hour later I got up and had cluster attachments on my eyes and not extensions! When I asked what happened, she said that these were natural and my lashes were too thin for the extensions. I explained that she should have told me that before putting on something that I didn’t ask for and is not water proof and still charged me the same amount of money. I was pressed for time and paid and left. I called the next day to speak to the manager. I had already lost 3 lashes and they looked fuzzy like a squirrel tail from the tangled lump of lashes they were pulled from. The person that answered the phone said they would take my complaint and get back with me. No one ever contacted me back.I will not be back and will advise everyone to find some place else to go.

I went in for the first time today and I have mixed feelings about the things I saw. On one hand, all of the work I had done was exceptional and luxurious! BUT on the other hand, I was VERY taken aback by some of the customers in this shop. There was one woman in particular (started with a D) that was there almost all day and the whole time she yelled, she had a child and friend with her they let run around and scream and make huge messes ALL over the salon and ALSO DID NOT WEAR A MASK while showing obvious signs of a cold, and she bad mouthed the new receptionist to NO END. This “D” woman is apparently “like royalty” as she stated many times, and did not feel it was acceptable for a two day old receptionist to “not know exactly who and what she likes when she calls” . This woman spent hours during all of her work being done, belittling the poor front desk girl and lying about her to anyone that would listen and every single one of the staff there just let it happen.I spoke with the young lady before leaving and got the full details of what happened and I just have to say, the face of your business (front desk etc.) deserve the same amount of respect as the ones who make that business run. If I was treated the way that poor girl was, I would have quit on the spot. This poor girl had tears in her eyes.No one deserves to be treated that way! Especially if the business she is working for is the one allowing such treatment.

I absolutely love this place . Not only is it clean right from the windows all the way back to the floors and chairs but it is also organized and neat. The rolling stools where sitting on the chairs when not in use, all the work carts matched each other, no clutter and nice and bright .I also liked that the services were provided towards the back off the building, there were no windows so you truly could have that “getting away from it all “ feeling . My nail techs name is Lucy . She was very thorough and took her time . She did not speak much English but that’s fine because I’m not a fan of small talk . I highly recommend!

My wife loves her full set. She was searching for new nail salon since we moved here. Jessica is awesome. Definitely recommend her. Pedicures was also nice. My wife and I got the Firewalker Pedicures and it had me so relaxed.

The nail job wasnt very good. Didnt go to the base of the nail with color and gel in some spots and in color is splotchy.. I was very disappointed with the outcome.

I made an appointment to get lash extensions and specifically asked for very natural looking, medium ish length lashes. I got up from the table and literally had the thickest caterpillar lashes Ive ever seen in my life. Before I even left I told them that I didnt like them and they were WAY too thick and long but I got told oh they look so good. You just have to get used to them, and they didnt help me fix anything. I went back later that day almost begged for them to remove these horrible lashes. Once again I got told that they look so good and to try and get used to them. I came back the next morning and said I need them off now. I got laughs from other staff members because I was visibly frustrated. The lady finally took them off and didnt charge. For me, it’s definitely a one star experience.

I’ve been getting my nails and brows done here since 2016 (old location to new location)I will never go anywhere else!! JESSICA for my nails and JENNY for my brows! Amazing staff! Yesterday I had a lash extension fill appointment with Jenny. My appointment was at 4:30. At 4:28 she decided to take a lash strip an an eyebrow walk in ahead of my appointment. I got into the her room at 4:45. She asked me was everything ok with me because she could see I was upset by her not valuing my time as a paying customer. A regular.I asked her if I came in at 4:45 for my 4:30 appointment would I have to reschedule? She said yes. I said exactly!So she fills in my natural lash extensions set on purpose with the darkest clusters she could find! Not only did she waste my time but she gave me clusters instead of individuals.Karma is real and the universe will see to it

I totally recommend. The hair service is like a barber shop (they dont do any long or female services. They do eyebrows, facials, and every service for your nails and toes. Love the pedicures. Tony is great I always ask for him and John is great too, my mom always ask for him only. They accept walk-ins but if you want service by a specific person is best if you make an appointment. If you are looking for a great service and dont have a specific time, I recommend this place.

Looks filthy, and service is very poor. I had an appointment at 2:30pm waited for 30mins before someone even came over. Finally the one guy that does a full set comes over and says “full set” I said yes...he said nothing else, not “I’ll be right with you, sorry for the wait, NOTHING! At 3pm and still not having even been spoken to, I walked out. I get it, you’re busy, but say something !!! I’m not wasting my $$$ in a place that doesn’t understand the basics of customer service.

John didn’t do a very good job on my nails. He seemed like he was distracted and my sns nails lasted 1 week. The application failed and left very hard fragments on my nails that will not come off, not even with nail polish remover or scraping and sanding. I’ve had this type of service before and never had this problem. I WILL go back to TM Nails because they are great, but I will NOT let this person do my service.

I went in for a nail removal and manicure and the lady there looked at the receptionist in front of me and told her that she didn’t want to provide that service for me. She tried to increase the price by throwing out a randomly high number to try and get me to leave. I have been here before for eyebrow waxing and nail services but won’t be coming back due to lack of respect for the customer and inability to provide listed services. Would not recommend this place to anyone in Enterprise, AL.

The first time I went here was amazing. I recommend it to all my friends. After today I’m not sure I will be back. The gentleman that did my pedicure rushed through and didn’t even massage my feet. He also cut the skin on two of my toes.

Went in for manicure and pedicure with my daughter for a nice day. Woman rushed my daughter’s pedicure and I waited an hour after I was supposed to have a manicure and still no one was available. Was told I would have to wait 30 more minutes. For those who wonder yes I had an appointment and was not a walk in.

Unfortunately, was not very pleased with my service last week . The technician had really bad skill of painting my toenails. The receptionist was exceptionally didnt even want to welcome and talk to me. Just walked off to somewhere and let me stand there for awhile. Wont come back.

I went in for a pedicure and fill in. The lady who did my nails started taking my nail polish off while I was getting a pedicure. She stopped to go do something else. I moved to her station once the guy was finished with my toes, and while the lady was in the middle of someone else’s hands. She stopped working on her hands causing her to get up and leave. She kept hitting skin around my nail several times and honestly acted as if she hasn’t been doing nails long. I have been to several of the locals and NEVER had to deal with this level of professionalism. My chief complaint is to not start something you know darn well you are not going to finish. Either hire more people or consider having folks sign in and wait. My other problem is if you are going to charge 30 dollars for a gel fill you might want to put that price on your sign. It said 25 for gel fill. I didn’t dispute it, I am just not going to give them anymore of my business.

I went in for a full set of acrylic nails. The gentleman who did my nails did a very good job but was extremely rude. Might want to work on the customer service.

Huge and brand new! Short-staffed- there was a little wait but I coped with that since they just opened.Knew the people from their previous shop. Any time I’m unhappy I let them know and they’ve fixed it. That’s what they are in business for and this same reason why I don’t hold things in.You guys are great. Keep going.

Unfortunately no-one that did my Mani and Pedi spoke English, which normally would not bother me, except if you try to explain what you would like to have done and the service provider does not understand and no one else is translating. Unfortunately, I did not get the service I asked for, paid and went to another salon to have it re-done :(
