If you need to store your possessions, Docs is the best! 👍
Be sure they specifically tell you which location your unit will be. I have used Docs several times over the past couple of years and did not have any issues until this most recent time. Since I was out of town, my in laws picked up the keys and turned in the paperwork for me and my wife. So far so good.Until its time to move and unload our things. We go to where we think the unit is, since there was no address, only a unit number, the main docs location. Nope no unit with that number. And it’s the weekend so the office is of course closed. Now we’re driving around the city to all the Docs locations that are listed (key word there). Nope none with our Unit number. We call the office and get a voicemail. Took six people in 3 different vehicles to find what is basically a HIDDEN storage location that is not listed on Google under Docs. In fact I’m not sure its listed at all. Oh yea we had a uhaul full of stuff that had to be unloaded and returned by a certain time as well. When we call the next business day, the woman(who i believe is/was a manager or something) has the nerve to get an attitude and start arguing with my wife about how the address is on the contract. The contract is physcially in my wifes hand during this phone call mind you. Not to mention, why the hell would we spend 2 hours driving around Enid like bats out of hell tryna to find the damn place if the address was listed on our paperwork!!! She also says we should have left a voicemail and someone would’ve returned our call. Hmm, well the voicemail recording said calls wouldn’t be returned until the next business day so how would a customer know otherwise!!!I will say that the gentleman that sometimes answers has ALWAYS been polite, respectful, and professional everytime.
It was great
