Outstanding management of facility. Jim was very helpful and alert to the security of the storage facility.

Clean good security and decent prices

The manager, Jim, was so helpful and accomodating. He made our move easy. We got a 10x20, climate-controlled unit. The storage building and our unit were extremely clean and well maintained. We HIGHLY recommend A Safe Mini Storage!!

Horribly rude manager!!Chewed me out for not having a lock on our unit knowing we were moving in and out and were coming with a lock the same day. Then he placed his lock on our unit. I paid in advance or I would move somewhere else. DO NOT RECOMMENDUpdate: On sight manager called me from a blocked number and left a threatening voicemail in response to this review.Update: Corporate Management stepped up, took care of the issue and gave us a full refund.

Clean and well lit. I only pay $60 a month for two spaces! The care takers are a nice little elderly couple who love to chat. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because its not temperature controlled and I found a hornets nest in one of my sheds.

Excellent customer service, willing to help you find out exactly what size storage unit you need and how to get it to you when you need it! Storage units are very safe and secure so there is no need of worry that your things are in jeopardy somehow. Very easy to pay your bill when needed.

Very disappointed!!! We have been paying customers for unfortunately almost 2 years a sad turn of life events caused an unexpected heart-breaking move 1200 miles away from all of our family and it has impacted us deeply not only did we have to leave most of our personal belongings but to have these people in my opinion cold-heartedly take advantage of people misfortune and threaten to sell our precious memories is horrible!! The late fees !!! REALLY ?? U Can still have a successful business if you for God sake have some dignity and human compassion for others it wont hurt to treat others how u want to be treated ! And threatening to sell my childrens belongings and ridiculous late fees are surely not how u would want to be treated especially after almost two years of us faithfully paying and communicating with u of how much memories we have in there that mean a lot to me! All for u to use it against me and constantly threaten me :( Customer Appreciation?? Ever heard of it ?

Ive never had any problems with my storage space. Its always clean and the climate controlled rental is never too hot or too cold.

Such amazing owners and I couldnt ask for a better storage place.
