This place is great! I challenged my tech with a request for an ombré and she did really good for her first one. The only reason for the four star is because it’s not EXACTLY how I wanted it. I would have preferred colored glitter and not just silver. Will definitely be back though!

It was my Grannys first time ever getting a pedicure. Shes 92 & just has more difficulty bending over to reach her toes now. So we told the tech that & stressed that she needed to be very gentle with Granny as well. She did a great job giving her a gentle enjoyable pedicure. Granny said she wants to start doing that from now on.All of the nail techs were capable & provide a nice pedicure. But, only Kim (my Moms tech) really talked to us other than telling us what we needed to do. Kim was funny, lively & super sweet. The other girls were nice, they just put their heads down to work & only talked to each other. My bail tech was also rougher than I prefer & I had to ask her several times to be lighter & careful with my cuticles. Also, the massage/pedicure chair I was in was essentially missing the back cover & they had 1 song playing on repeat the entire time we were there.Over all it was a pleasant experience for all of us. Im sure my mom & Granny will go back, especially to see Kim. I dont live here, but I dont know if well all go there for pedicures together in the future or not.

I have been going here for several years now. I typically only get gel manicures and pedicures so I cannot speak to anything related to dip or other services. Nikki, the owner, does a great job, but honestly they all are really consistent! They recently got new pedicure chairs at the end of July 2021 and they are really nice and spruced the place up. If you go regularly they do remember you and make you feel welcome.

Mung hooks it up! I came in after going to two different nail salons that day and she fixed EVERYTHING! She gave me the sharp stiletto nails that I was looking for! I am so happy with her and her service! Thank you girl! Grey nails is most descent visit! So happy!

They re-use their files and pumice stones which is against state regulations and is unsanitary. They also used a metal callus shaver which is also against state regulations. These practices are dangerous and can lead to major infections in their clients. The work was beautiful but the sanitations break all kinds of regulations and is dangerous to the public.

Thanks to all the good reviews I decided to make an appointment and I loved the experience! The place was clean, the ladies were nice and detail oriented. The prices are really affordable and I’ll definitely come back!

These ladies were really nice but they messed up my nails pretty bad. Lifting, air bubbles, and they started to chip just 2 days after getting them done. They were pretty, but I now have to get a full set to fix them.

I’ve been here a few times and I now have found a place to get my nails done! The ladies there are so nice and so good at what they do. I went in and got a dip set today with a sunflower design and a few extra details and I am so happy with the outcome. Defiantly recommend!

I always go here to get my acrylics done! They are always quick but yet do an excellent job every time. It’s also cleaner than a lot of similar nail salons that I’ve been to, and they have a great color selection. I’ll continue to come back over and over!

Nikki is the best in the metro area! Her guest service is exceptional and always doing a beautiful job. Her salon is clean and inviting and the location is accessible to all. I’ve now seen her 8 times and appreciate her consistency with my shellac manicure and pedicure.

Theres no signs or anything to tell you pricing. So when I asked for designs on my nails and she had to think about it and then give me a price, I felt like it was just made up. The nail polish they used was obviously cheap because it started chipping the same day. They used the cheese grader on my feet and they left them in worse shape than when I arrived. Theres gotta be a way to smooth the feet after a dull cheese grader tears them up. Never going back!

The ladies did a great job on my Mani and pedi. I always go all out when I go, and for the same price I usually pay I feel like I got way more. The super deluxe pedicure was heaven and the upgraded manicure 😍 ive never had a hot stone massage on my arms and it was wonderful.

I dont appreciate people trying to pull one over on me. Long story short she tried to charge me 30 bucks for an acrylic fill. 1st time there, where I was sitting you couldnt see the price board, and after telling her three separate times that I didnt want gel polish because I only had a certain amount of cash, she did it anyway, and then charged me for it. She told me I could put it on my credit card and tip with cash. And then she tried to pretend like she didnt speak English, so you know what, no thank you. Wont be back. Its very unfortunate because actually my nails look really nice.

Ive gotten my nails done here at least 5 times since moving to colorad. On friday night i got a regular manicure and sunday night the polish was all chipping. I called to ask if it could be redone and they told me no- that it only lasts a few days. All my other manis lasted at least a week. I will never go here again. They were so unaccommodating!

I just moved and was worried there wouldn’t be a good nail place near my house. Not only is this place the most affordable I have been to, they are also the best. They don’t rush, are very clean and incredibly thorough. Definitely making this my go to spot.

I love going to Savannah Nails. They are all nice and once you become a regular client they will automatically bring you whatever your normalis...(when I go they bring the bowl full of candy for me to pick at either water, wine or pop).

Today was my first appointment here I was incredibly impressed theyre very clean and use new tools every time that were sterilized in plastic the prices were very reasonable and my technician Vann was so incredibly nice she let me make three different color choices until I found the right color that I was happy with. They also gave me full explanation about the different colors so that I didnt choose something I didnt want. They made very pleasant conversation and made me feel very welcome and were accommodating to my wheelchair. The space was very open there are two different entrances you can go in both are wheelchair accessible. Everyone was very polite and kind. The place was very nicely and professionally decorated it felt extremely relaxing for me sometimes in those environments I dont feel as relaxed as I should but I actually found myself taking nice long deep breaths and enjoying my new nail color I will definitely go back for more thank you for your wonderful service!****

Won’t go anywhere else for my dip nails

First, let me start off with 2 things: I’ve been getting my nails done consistently and exclusively at nail salons for 16 years now, and that this is the first time I’ve ever left a negative review.I decided to try this place because it had 5 stars on Google. Leaving this review because people deserve to know this is NOT a 5 star place. I’ve been back 4x in days because nails keep breaking and they have the color that was used. Each experience was negative.Due to having brittle nails, liking them longer than what’s ideal for dip, & how often I get my nails done/cost efficiency, I get acrylics. I went in for a refill, and I can tell when some nails are about to break so I asked for some nails to be replaced. I also mentioned “if you see some lifting, please remove.” She dismisses that part. I then notice she never cut down my nails despite clearly seeing how grown out they were. I ask for them to be shorter and she said “later.” We get to the end and she asks me what shellac color I’d like. I tell her I’ve changed my mind to regular polish “because I know these nails are too long to last,” then she starts arguing “but shellac is just $5 more since you did acrylic,” I say “okay will you make them shorter then” That’s when she got really loud with me telling me it’s too late, even though I asked for shorter earlier. Later, I wrote in a total including the tip but didn’t separate the tip on its line. She came to ask me about it and I clarified and wrote it in and she proceeded to rudely say “why wouldn’t you put it in?” Now I know what can come off as rude due to cultural differences, I myself am first generation American and my parents’ tone is often misunderstood. This, however, was just attitude. 2 days later, one of my nails broke. Not surprised. I go in to be told “we don’t have anyone that can do acrylic, come back tomorrow.” A nail salon doesn’t have anyone to do acrylic.. okay. Could it be that I was in there 45 minutes until closing? Maybe, but it’s just one nail so I didn’t think that was an issue. I come back the next day to be told it’s an hour until someone can fix a single nail. Frustrating, knowing how often I’ve been in and seeing this wouldn’t have happened if they had just listened to what I wanted. I come back an hour later and the woman who helped was nice. Maybe she could tell by how “fresh” the other nails looked but she said “I don’t want you to pay for this but the owner does.” I was fully expecting to pay, but just shows what kind of ownership exists there. For what it’s worth, my old nail salon would never let me pay for that. The next day, another nail broke. And I go back. Again. The woman helping me doesn’t look up at me ONCE. She was reading a magazine the entire time and would ask me to put my finger in the UV light thing (for shellac?) every now and then, even though the light on it wasn’t working 50% of the time. She would have noticed if she would have stopped reading her magazine. I said things a couple times and she’d turn it on, but after the 3rd time, I was at my wits end. She finishes fixing the one nail and I notice she messed up another. Instead of fixing it, she argues about how it could have happened. First of all, it was caked on powder from acrylic so no way I could have done that on my own, second, I’m at a nail salon— this is literally your expertise and you have the skills to fix. I’m usually so polite but since this was my 4th visit in days, I was very stern about her needing to fix it. I dry at the same station while she’s still reading her magazine. I say “thank you,” as in “can I leave?” And she goes “bye.” To confirm, I say “uh do I need to pay?” She said “okay.” Lol - so no but you’ll take my money anyway. It was in that visit when I overheard them tell someone they take their last appointment an hour before closing, so I do think I was dismissed the second time because of time and not because they didn’t have anyone.Oh, not once was I offered water or anything, so I have no idea what other reviewers are talking about. There are better places, y’all.

This place is AMAZING! My job booked manis and pedis for a group of 5 very special ladies and Nicki and her team did a flawless job coordinating everything for us. Got over charged for a set that broke the same week. And when I asked them to fix it they were very rude about it . The nail tech i was with didn’t do my nails great either . The shape was ugly and obviously she didn’t put them on correct if they fell off right away. Never again
