I had my first appointment today with Sandra. I went in thinking I knew the hair cut I wanted and she educated me on my face shape and hair type and made me a custom haircut to fit what I wanted. My hair was damaged from dying it many times before, I used box dye during the COVID-19 quarantine leaving it in different shades of brown and a harsh line at the roots, and I also cut my hair myself making it uneven.The first time I met Sandra she made me feel comfortable and I trusted her with my hair because the way she spoke about hair showed me that she knew what she was doing, and she knew how to deal with different hair types. Sandra spent the day repairing, and perfecting my hair with her amazing balayage technique and I was so happy I felt beautiful when we were done.Since then I’ve gotten compliments on my hair regularly, and my hair is a lot healthier than before. Sandra is a pleasure to work with and very good at what she does. She creates a very flexible environment to schedule appointments because she goes out of her way to accommodate. She naturally considers not only performing the service on my hair.. but also what can be done to make my hair healthier. First I had to call the place several times to make an appointment and finally after several attempts they called me back. Then after making an appointment during a weekday I had to wait over forty minutes in order for me to finally get called so they can start working on my hair. This was all while the place was not busy at all and the owner and workers where just siting around and talking on the cell. To top it off they damaged my hair and the owner Sandra did not give me a refund. She was rude and did not know what she was doing. The service and treatment is horrible. They should be closed permanently.

Amazing service, and talent. Everything was very clean and followed Covid-19 protocols. The products used really nourished and made a difference in my hair, im so pleased with the results and the shampoo station had a comfy massage chair that made the whole experience even more relaxing.

Excellent place to go to. From general services to Sandra herself along with her crew, are absolutely gorgeous. I have long hair and didnt trust anyone with it, however, as soon as i met Sandra i knew i could trust her. And she indeed did a great job with them. Sandra at davinci is fantastic! I did a lot of research on where I wanted to get my extensions done and when I met Sandra I knew that’s where I wanted to get them done. Sandra was very careful and extremely precise with my hair. No one has ever been able to tell that I have extensions in! She even followed up a week after to make sure they all attached correctly. It’s been almost 2 months that I have had my hair in and they are still in perfect condition. The salon is beautiful and feels like you’re in a spa. I highly recommend!

Sandra did an excellent job styling and coloring my hair. I had henna in my hair which most stylists refuse to work with, but she was not afraid of a challenge. She created a custom technique just for my hair which combined highlighting and biolage. Came out great! Can highly recommend this salon.

My experience was wonderful, the professionalism, the attention and the dedication were unique. For a long time I tried to find a place where they would take care of my hair and achieve the desired result, and I never succeeded, on the contrary my hair was damaged, stained, filled with colors. However, I found a solution when I arrived at Davinci Jaír studios since the work was so detailed that it was possible to correct so much damage and obtain an incredible result.
