Went in to get a fill and a pedicure. Pedicure was great, but my fill was awful. My nails look chunky, they were supposed to be almond shape, they look pretty much oval. Not pleased at all.

They kept me waiting for a pedi with my foots into the water for 50min and no one did the service or say anythingWorse service ever

The first time,wont be my last. Loved the service, most important loved my gel Mani, Pedi.

Came in on Saturday 6/5 for a simple pedicure waited an hour plus. I stopped by today 6/10 for a touch up for my toes and waited an hour just to get told I had still one more person in front of me. Ive seen at least 4 people go ahead of me when I arrived before them. I have been coming to this nail salon for 2 years through a friends recommendation. I have spent countless money on acrylic nails, pedicures, PLUS tip only for the Manager/Owner to not make sure I am a satisfied customer? THATS TEDIOUS! Now I understand why so many others have STOPPED coming. It’s very frustrating and disappointing especially when it’s NOT busy and your running me a bulls*** excuse. Regardless, I’m all for customer service but this is NOT how you treat a repetitive paying customer!

I forgot why I stopped coming here but I’m so happy I came back. After many horrible experiences elsewhere closer to me, I don’t mind the drive to come to englewood. They’re quick here, friendly and up with the modern times of nail designs and colors. Definitely don’t mess around on filing time on my nails they do the work. Loved my nails!

Beware of Jason!! I had my worst experience there with nail technician by the name Jason. I had an easy request - clear gel manicure on my short nails. To start with, Jason did not cut sanitize my hands before starting working with them. He didnt cut my cuticle which is actually the least harmful thing in this experience. Because technicians dont sanitize their tools and equipment!!! Thats the requirement to all nail places!!! They may facilitate the spread of complicated viral and bacterial deseases.The surface of the table was absolutely nasty and covered with solidified remnants of other peoples nail polish.When at the front desk I asked whether my technician had a certificate... which is a requirement for nail places to have their nail technicians to have certificates.Owners and managers of this place,Please, make it safe for your customers!!!

I read in the reviews segment to look out for Bibi and Moon. Luckily I and my friend had them and indeed they were amazing. Did awesome jobs too.

Great Nail salon when they are not in their busiest hours. I highly recommend going during their slow days or you will not get their best work. They do very good nails and their all very friendly staff

I got a manicure here and it was poor service and quality. My mom had a pedicure done and the nail polish was all over her cuticles and skin. In addition, my manicure (& my moms) chipped the next day. I also think they have unlicensed people that work here and their tools are visibly dirty from other people. Very unsanitary place despite first appeareances.

Jackson does the best nails and is very considerate. I highly recommend of him !!! He does a great job at what he does best.

Moon is the best, the place is clean, quite,comfortable and nice. She did a great job, I told herI wanted and she delivered.

Everyone is super nice, the owners name is Moon and she is amazing at what she does. They have so many options and its mainly all $20 or more or less.

Nail polish came off the next day went back she fixed it and it came off again the next day. Had to buy some Gel nail polish after that to fix it myself cost me $10 more dollars. I usually get gel on my toes too ...and it’s $30 she charged me $40 so I over paid plus had to buy nail polish after. $66 plus ten so I paid $76 for this mess.

Horrible, the nails are thin and cheap! The nail acrylic chipped with 3 days the owner pushed me to give tip for a horrible job, never again!
