Do not waste your time or money on this establishment. It’s taken me a while to compose an informative review not fueled by anger. I was shopping for salons in my area, and Cuttn’ It Loose popped up with great reviews. The by line for this salon is “full service”, how is that possible with just one person working at this salon? The individual that cut and colored my hair (presumably the owner) was late disheveled and full of excuses. I was very specific with what style and color I was after, and I even provided photos. I am a woman of mature age so this wasn’t my first visit to a salon, but I felt more of a nuisance than a valued potential client. Once the color was placed on my head it was as though she had forgotten me, she left and went to a different area and didn’t return for 45 minutes to almost an hour. Needless to say my hair was completely over processed and completely damaged. Now the haircut, again she was completely distracted, making me an after thought as she literally wacked away at my hair. Worst haircut I have had in years. Shorter than I wanted with random layers, making it practically impossible to pull back. I expressed my disappointment and concerns and she still charged me over $200. She then said she was booked and I could come back next week to get it fixed. Ha! No thank you! Needless to say I promptly found a new place to get my hair done, and after a year it is almost back to the healthy state. Do not let this woman touch your hair, she clearly does not have her clients best interest in mind.

As long as I live within 50 miles of Cuttn It Loose, I will never have anyone else taking care of all my salon needs. Staff is incredibly knowledgeable. It has a very inviting atmosphere.

I dont trust any other person with my hair. Also they are so respectful of my hijab. Prices are good, and the quality is great

My Mom lived in the same building as their shop! So, since it was so close we decided to give them a try. Mom had special needs, due to health concerns, and Sabrina & her Mom went out of their way to do everything they could to help Mom & accommodate her needs. As a result, I started going there, and they and their entire team have been so kind & gracious! I highly suggest you give them a try. You wont be disappointed!

I was in a wedding and had no time they squeezed me in and cut my hair so fast and i looked great. If they cuts hair this good with no time Id like to see what they can do when im not in a hurry

Love my hair salon and all the girls. Been a client for ten plus years. And every time my stylists Sabrina goes to work on my hair she works her magic and Im always amazed! She really has her hands full with me. I have really thick course black hair. And she transforms my hair in to beautiful blonde color. I have full trust in her. She is the real deal. Even as I lived in WA I flew home just to see my stylists. Every 6 weeks for 2 years.

Destiny was awesome. They squeezed me in last minute and I didnt feel rushed at all. Very knowledgeable of her craft and views hair as art. Will absolutely return.

My hairstylist never introduced herself. She wasn’t very friendly, and when I asked about her experience with curly hair, she became a little defensive and claimed to have a lot of experience. However, this was not the case. I was disappointed in my haircut (too short) though I was specific regarding the amount I wanted trimmed (1/4 is not 1-inch), and my hairstyle looked terrible. She didn’t want to blow dry it and tried to leave it wet. After she blow dried my hair, it was somewhat wavy, and lacked my natural curl. The child who roamed about was obviously hers. He was quite disruptive. I relied on the raving google reviews but regret it now. I don’t recommend this place.

I usually have a good experience at Cuttin it Loose but I went in yesterday for a trim and Destiny wasnt there- the woman cutting my hair barely did anything (granted I did ask her for just a really light trim, but she cut off barely anything- not worth $40. Shouldnt a trim be less than a full haircut?). Also, my scalp is very dry and so she pulled thier skin lady over to look at my hair and she lectured me for 5 minutes about how I need to buy salon grade shampoo or my scalp will continue to be dry. I will say that woman cutting my hair was very lovely and I liked her a lot (even though she was 20 minutes late to the appointment). The two stars are for the price of a trim, the lecture from the skin lady and the lateness.

I usually go elsewhere to get my hair done, but this time around it was impossible. And so I opted (at random) for Cuttn’ It Loose. Even though I showed up without a prior appointment, Brittney was immediately assigned to me as my stylist. She gave me a super haircut and convinced me to change my hair to a platinum blonde color which left me grinning from ear to ear.Next time I am going with my best friend, I bet like me, she will leave with the biggest smile ever.

Chrishelly is a blast to work with, helped me with my donation for wigs for kids and made it painless and fun!
