My family and I moved from out of state and Adrienne was very welcoming and made the process so easy! The property and the people that live in this community have been amazing, very friendly and respectful. We feel very blessed to live here and call it home.
I’ve lived here for over a year and couldn’t be more happy! The apartment has so much space, beautiful finishes, large windows. Whenever I’ve needed to speak with the office they have been very helpful and are extremely prompt! I would recommend this apartment community to anyone who is looking for a nice sized apartment also at a really great price!!
I have lived at this community for a little over a year before transferring to another AMLI and I cannot stress how amazing this team has been. Alexa and the office staff are always so friendly and helpful. Anything that came up was taken care of right away. The maintenance team is outstanding. Any service request I put in was always addressed promptly, and Dan did a great job of making sure everything was done right the first time. I highly recommend leasing here.
Amli at Inverness has been a wonderful place to live! I have worked with Alexa for years now and she always goes above and beyond! The rest of the office and maintenance team is always helpful as well and makes your living experience a great one! Thanks Amli!
We lived at AMLI Inverness for nearly two years and had a wonderful experience! The pool is amazing, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the maintenance team is phenomenal. If there was ever an issue they were quick to respond and diligent to get things repaired. We loved our time there and only left because of a relocation out of state. We have lived at three different AMLI properties and have always been very happy with our home and experience.
My husband and I Jill and Woody Adler have lived at Amli since last March... right before Covid! We can’t thank u all involved on all areas of the office... grounds.. restaurants...for your kindness... courtesy and wonderful attention u give to all of your residence and family members! It is truly a wonderful environment and fun place to live!Thank u all so very muchHappy HolidaysJill and Woody Adler and family
Please dont move here. If you live on the ground floor the people above you have no consideration of noise. They will keep throwing things in the apartment, drag furniture non-stop or walk inside the apartment non-stop for half an hour in the early morning on a weekend where you cant sleep., play loud music in the daytime that you can hear during the day and in your meeting. The floor beds creak the whole day because the building is old and isnt structured well. These issues can only be controlled to some extent by staff that have always helped me when I raised a complaint. I love the staff, especially Alexa and Farai. The maintenance is amazing but the noise is unbearable and now I just hate living here, unfortunately my lease isnt over so I am stuck in this apartment, they wont cut my lease either and want me to move to another apartment in the same complex. My problem is I dont want to even be here anymore. If you want a place where you can be happy and peaceful try Amli at Dry Creek.
I lived in this complex for around two years; first a corporate apartment, then a direct lease and enjoyed my stay throughout. There is a small, but well-equipped 24/7 gym and a very nice pool with plenty of sunshine. Unlike some of its neighboring complexes, parking here is great and the reserved/covered parking options are very reasonably priced. As is the case with most apartments, you may occasionally hear your neighbors (I did not have any issues with noise and people always seemed to be mindful of others). It is also located right next to Centennial airport, so you will regularly hear small planes fly by. I found the maintenance and leasing staff to be exceptionally friendly and genuinely helpful and they made every part of living here (move-in, repairs, move-out) a breeze; any issue I had was resolved either the same or the next day. AMLI was also very transparent and up-front about pricing, with no hidden or unexpected fees. The only reason I moved out was because I wanted to live closer to downtown -- and I am now living at another AMLI complex for the exact same reasons described above. Overall, I would recommend this complex as it hits the sweet spot between price/quality/location/service.
I moved in April in the middle of the stay at home order for COVID and they made the move in seamless and so easy. They are very good about responding to emails quickly and helping you with what you need. The emergency maintenance line has also helped me on more then a few occasions and is an amazing perk. This has been one of the better places I have lived so far and I this is my third property since moving to Denver.
Best apartment community!! The management is amazing and so friendly. I’m looking forward to the next year I spend here. They have made me feel welcome and like I’m at home! Conveniently right next to the light rail and cute little shopping area! So nice to feel confident in a great team after experiencing quite the opposite. Maintenance team is the best! You ask and you shall receive! The gym is beautiful with updated equipment, which is always exciting for me! I’m so excited to live here! Thank you for making me feel so welcome Inverness team! I look forward to a great year with you.
Moved in a few weeks ago. Love the leasing office staff. They were so helpful and workable. Jamie is an awesome leasing agent and will go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. The apartments are beautiful and well cared for. The amenities are great and its a dream compared to other places out there. I definitely recommend this place!
I just moved in a few weeks ago and I gotta say, the staff has been incredibly helpful. I was coming in from out of state with no opportunity to see the place in person, but they were willing to take pictures of the actual vacant unit and answered all my questions, no matter how many there were.On top of that, they were able to help relieve some concerns I had about light fixtures in the kitchen because of my cat. Also, the maintenance requests I put in were handled quickly and professionally.Area itself is close to literally everything and its absolutely gorgeous here. Great place to live so far.
The maintenance keeps this place looking immaculate at all times, and if you ask for service via the residential portal, they fix whatever you ask for and QUICK. The staff in the leasing office are professionals and took great care of me. It is quiet community. I rented a one bedroom on the top floor and the view of the pool is only surpassed by how great it is to actually be IN the pool. The water noise from the fountain is very nice and makes it a peaceful environment. AMLI at Inverness is a great place to live!
My husband and I lived there a year and the experience was overall pleasant. I would agree that the groundskeepers are above average, very kind, and attentive. For snow or ice, I could always guarantee there was salt in the frequently walked areas by the time I had to go to work. The front office staff was always very nice and did what they could to make our experience pleasant. We needed a bigger space which prompted our move, but I recommend for others needing a good location accompanied with great customer service.
Been living here for about 5 months and we have absolutely loved it. Staff is amazing, maintenance is on top of everything, units are clean and spacious, parking is not bad for being an apartment complex, the list goes on. My only complaint is that the bathroom borders were all scratched up and chewed on upon move in from previous owners dog, the doors were a little scratched too, but other than that, we have loved it here so far! ❤
This is one of the better complexes Ive lived in, in CO. The overall space update & staff between maintenance and office are good and responsive to issues. The resident appreciation events are a nice touch as well. That said however its not a perfect community. IMO the cost between monthly pet rent fees, and the very lack luster amenities (poor gym space & limited office / game room availability) is worth taking a star away.
AMLI at Inverness has been a wonderful place to live. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. AMLI helped make my move-in process easy and enjoyable. The apartments are in great condition and located in the perfect spot near the highway, shops, and food. The apartment community is friendly and safe, and has awesome amenities. I highly recommend this complex!
Weve lived here for a little over two years now. The place is great and the people that work here have always been great. Maintenance is incredibly quick and the office is always willing to help with any issues that come up. Speaking of the office, we love everyone at the office. Brad has always gone above and beyond whenever an issue comes up and reliably gets back to us if a follow-up is needed.
I have lived here for over 2 years. This property has become better and better. The lovely smiles from the entire staff are the best. You feel like family. Staff has changed over but it was for the better, Lauren Domanico has always gone above and beyond to to aid in any way she can. Weather that be shipping gifts to family on property. Or coming to the club house for a meet and greet. She is always on point. The property stays clean and the grounds are always first class. No reason to look anywhere else if you are up for a new lease. Save yourself the trouble and sign here. Thank you AMLI!!
I relocated from the East and rented this apartment sight unseen. The leaser, Brad, couldnt have been nicer or more accurate. Everything he told me about the apartment and the area has been true. Nice and honest are tough to find in the leasing world. He and the other leaser, Kylie, have continued to be outstanding folks and great sources of information about Denver. Overall, Im really enjoying my experience at AMLI and would definitely recommend this property and especially their leasing staff.
So I moved in here a month ago and decided to wait a month to leave my reviews...Im so glad I did. At first I was just going to say good job, great place to live etc. Now that Ive experienced a full month I can honestly say...BEST apartment complex Ive lived in, in a long time. From the staff that all literally JUMP to help you out (Katie, Jaime, Lindsey, and the property manager Shelly) to the maintenance team that not only keep the place clean, organized and everything working (I submitted a couple simple little issues and Vinny got them all fixed by the next day) I have to say thanks. I have lived in some very luxurious apartments (not worth it at all) to pretty scary places in southern California and AMLI @ Inverness definitely hits the top. From the start with seeing my options and completing the application to the move in day where they were all so helpful to a month later they are all still smiling, caring and positive about being here. If youre considering moving here, my recommendation is dont hesitate. Just do it...youll enjoy it here!
The staff here are so incredibly nice!AnnMarie in the office is seriously the nicest lady we have ever met.. such a genuine kind warm hearted person!Barbie was just unbelievably sweet and went above and beyond for us!I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone we absolutely love it here!
Started living here about a month ago, and I came home last night and somebody had broke into my place and had taken a big dump right in the middle of the apartment. ON THE RUG!!! This is unacceptable, corporate will be hearing about this!!!!
Let me tell you that you guys have some of the best maintenance & groundskeepers I have ever seen in any community Ive lived in. I leave for work early and I see everyone out there shoveling the snow off the sidewalks. This morning I was having a rough start, I had almost a foot of snow on top of my car, couldnt find my gloves and my car shovel broke. One of the grounds keepers comes up with his shovel and shoveled off my entire car. This made my day and love that they go out of their way like this when they dont have to. I wish I would have gotten his name.
MILITARY BEWARE! Army officer received short notice deployment orders. This company took every step to collect every penny they could within legal boundaries, charging me rent even with me out of the country. I have rented from several companies in the past, and every one of them have aided me when I needed to respond to orders on short notice. This company should be avoided. The truth is revealed when it comes to true customer service against a buck!It should be noted the walls, floors, and doors are hollow. I heard every conversation inside and outside, every step, every flush, every shower, and everything else you can imagine. They overcharge for services; charging you separately for absolutely everything, to include doing the paperwork to send you a monthly rent bill.Consider renting a storage unit and swimming in the retaining pond for better value and amenities usage.
I have lived here for over two years and really enjoy it. The location is great and the staff is friendly and helpful. They have always gone out of their way to address my needs quickly. Brad Donoho in leasing is knowledgeable, personable, professional and responsive and a pleasure to interact with. I highly recommend this property.
I have lived in many apartments around the area and this was by far the best. A great leasing staff, quick maintenance resolutions, and most importantly very QUIET!!! I lived on the top floor and often wondered if anyone else even lived in the building because I rarely heard or saw anyone. Loved the pool in the summertime as well. Thank you again, Amli, for making me feel right at home here.
My wife and I love living at AMLI inverness. Without getting to see our actual apartment prior to moving in, we were a little nervous. However, our concerns were quickly alleviated when we saw the pristine condition of our apartment. All appliances are in great condition and the walls are thick, so it is very quiet. The staff here is very friendly and responsive to maintenance requests, fixing things right away. Covered, reserved parking spots are very affordable and especially worthwhile in the winter. We will definitely be renewing our lease!
Ive lived here a little over a year now and just signed a renewal. The apartments arent brand new and super ritzy, but they are super well maintained and the grounds are extremely nice. The walls arent extremely thin either, but it is still an apartment complex, you will occasionally hear your neighbors. But everyone Ive met here has been awesome.Brian, Phillip and the rest of the management team here are super helpful and are always around. Never the people to turn you away and always down to chat.Whenever there is something that needs fixing, maintenance is almost always there the same day; sometimes within an hour or two.Highly recommend!
Ive lived here for over a year and a half and have experienced no problems. Their maintenance staff is fast and friendly. It is a shame the pool is not open more often, and for the size of the apartment complex the gym could be a little bigger and better. But I really enjoy living here and in this part of Denver, the leasing staff has made it an enjoyable experience for me. I feel like i get what i pay for given the current state of the rental market and hope to be able to stay if rent does not go up when my current lease is up.
I rented at AMLI for 3.5 years and picked this location for proximity to work. Its very well located and accessible from nearby transportation, restaurants and grocery hubs. Highly recommended.
After renewing my lease for another year, I felt it was time to rate this amazing company! I have lived in several apartment building around Denver and San Diego -- AMLI at Inverness is by far the best of the best. The quality apartment homes available is what got my attention when I began my online apartment search while living in San Diego. What shocked me was the personal approach and above and beyond service. After contacting AMLI from CA, I explained my concerns about signing a lease site-unseen. Even though I was unable to fly to Denver to view the property myself before signing a lease, my leasing agent did a full walk through video of the (2) apartments I was considering and sent numerous images. After choosing an apartment based on the video, I packed up my moving truck and never looked back. I knew when I arrived in Denver, all I had to do was sign a few papers and start unpacking! It was simple.Fast forward to 2017, I still live in the same apartment and the service has remained the same. I feel like a friend to the staff (both the leasing office team and the maintenance crew) - I have had very few issues, but knew when I submitted a service request, it would be fixed within 24 hours. Even on the weekend, calling the after-hours crew during a storm, a maintenance member (Jeff), personally stopped by my apartment at 9:00 p.m. to make sure everything was okay. Unreal!Having experienced this level of apartment living, I felt comfortable moving my Dad from his home in Ohio to an AMLI apartment in Colorado to live in the building next to me so I could care for him; again, the leasing team (specifically Brad -- AMAZING!) has taken such an interest in making sure that my Dad is happy in his new place. Whenever were out walking, Brad will make time to share a Dad joke with my Dad, ask him about his week and take interest in how hes doing. Its genuine. Brad is by far my Dads favorite and first friend in Denver! :)Thank you to the AMLI family for going above and beyond to make apartment living feel like home!
I have lived here two different times, and I keep coming back. Best Apartments in Denver. Office staff is great, maintenance staff is great. The apartment is good quality. and I have never heard my neighbors. Everyone is really nice. You could not ask for a better experience.
Ive lived in many apartments over my lifetime, and I have never been more satisfied. Here are the things Ive noticed that make this my favorite community that Ive ever lived in:- Service. I have never, ever, had any problems with the service at AMLI. On the contrary, the people in the leasing office are friendly, polite, and professional. When I had an issue out of their control with an automatic rent payment, they set it up correctly and refunded an erroneous charge from a computer glitch immediately. And I dont mean it was resolved within 24 hours -- I mean it was resolved on-the-spot, with the assistant manager personally taking care of it.- Maintenance. The maintenance team cannot be beat. When I had had a request to replace a burnt-out light and my hot water temperature increased just a bit (I like really hot showers), I set the clock to track their response time. The result: 6 hours. I kid you not -- this maintenance team responds quicker than some hotels Ive stayed in.- Noise insulation. I very rarely hear my neighbors -- and I have occupied units on both sides of me. These apartments must have been constructed in such a way that noise is minimized. I have never had an experience where I could hear someones TV, stereo, or conversation. Have I heard my neighbors ever? Well, sure. Its an apartment building; however, these have only been in unusual circumstances where someone was hammering a nail into a wall or perhaps accidentally letting an exterior door slam.- Amenities. The grounds are immaculate. There are always inconsiderate neighbors in any community who leave trash outside of the dumpster or allow their dogs to leave feces on the grass. I dont know who cleans this up -- but I can tell you its never there for more than 12 hours here. Every time I pull into the lot, there is a maintenance person cleaning some part of the grounds.- Value. I pay a slight premium to live here compared to some other apartments a few miles away; however, the service I receive and the location of this community make it worth it to me.Now, lest you think this review is fake and that I have no areas to list for areas of improvement, Ill list those things that I think could use a little attention.- Parking. I wouldnt necessarily say its a problem here, but it can get tight like in any apartment community. Sometimes Im not able to find a space right in front of my unit; and the reserved unit lot is a bit of a trek from my door. To be fair, its a small community -- and there really is no such thing as a long walk from any space to any apartment.- Fitness center. Lets face it. Apartment communities specialize in providing places to live, and running a health club isnt their expertise. Some of the machines could use a little maintenance and occasional cleaning.- Hot tub. The community doesnt have a hot tub, which I would love! But it does have the best pool Ive seen in any apartment community -- complete with a waterfall that is really nice to read and relax next to in the summertime.Check out the apartment communities in the area. Consider the grounds, the location, the staff, the physical apartments, and the amenities. I think youll find that this community comes out #1 in value. I love it here and dont plan on moving until the day I purchase a home.
I have loved living here! The office staff and maintenance team are amazing!!
The units are nice and modern, but the location is really strange. Its basically situated in a huge business park. Traffic is totally crazy during the day, and then the entire area dies after business hours and on weekends, to the point where some local businesses are closed .If you work in the area and want to be able to walk to work, this is a good place to live, but if you like any kind of night life, you might want to look somewhere else.
My wife and I have been residents for about 9 months and we love it. Weloved the staff in the leasing office from the get go. Brad is awesome (even though hes a Tampa Bay Buccaneers fan which is weird) and gave us a really great, genuine, and fun tour of the complex. We had zero hesitation signing a lease with him. Since we have lived here weve had to call the maintenance staff a few times, and they are outstanding. Theyve responded to all of our complaints in a timely and professional manner. All in all were very satisfied with our experience here and wouldnt hesitate to rent again.
Overall a good experience but they could do better.Pros: Nice unit, was a great location (for me), and had a good amount of parking.Cons: They charged me $40 after moving out for breaking some kind of water pan. I had no idea what they referring to but wasnt worth my time to dispute it. Had numerous maintenance issues that they eventually resolved but it was annoying managing the process.
Weve lived in the AMLI at Inverness apartments for about a year now, and there are obvious pros and cons to living here, just as there are with any other apartment complex.I dont know why people think the walls are thin, but we have never heard so much as a sound from any of our neighbors (who, by the way, are awesome). The apartments are spacious, and beautiful.Maintenance is polite and they are always completely accommodating, they can also fix just about anything that goes wrong in the apartment.Management is awesome, and they are sweet from the moment you move in, until the minute you leave. Theyre always respectful, and even though there are a ton of people living in the complex, they always remember my name and what apartment I live in.Pets are allowed, but there is a huge list of breeds that you are not allowed to own... But it seems like the banned breeds are the only ones I see. This doesnt really bother me, but if youre the kind of person who is afraid of boxers, rottweilers, and pitt bulls, dont live here, because youll see some.I did get bitten by a dog while I was moving in to AMLI, which sucked, but that was an ugly little Boston Terrier named Bella, so you dont have much to worry about there. One big con about the complex is that they are extremely uppity. Everyone who lives here seems overly impressed with themselves, and if youre from Denver, like me, you will not fit in with the yuppies. Its a smoke free community, which sucks if you smoke cigarettes. I find it a little silly that people are not allowed to smoke on their outdoor patios. There are a lot of rules, and a lot of regulations on how the people who live here are supposed to behave. Its pricey, and the office hours suck. They brag about the free pool table, but the office closes before my boyfriend even gets home from work.Theres no hot tub, and the pool is really just for show.Overall, its a nice and friendly place to live.
I love that the office staff is so friendly and organized. The fact that the office is open 7 days a week really helps with my schedule! Everyone here has made me feel right at home!! I only wish they would add elevators in all the buildings. Being on the 4th floor does make it hard! Even though I love the loft floorplan, I might have to transfer to a lower level plan in the future.
Review just below calling this place hip hop central is absolutely correct. When we moved here, it was a very nice place, we lived here for 2 yrs and enjoyed it a lot, but it is all going downhill now. We are moving out as soon as the lease is up. It is intolerable.
I love living at amli at inverness. Just the other day we had that crazy snow storm. I was heading out to work at around 615ish am and i saw Jeff the maintenance superviors already out there cleaning the side walks and brushing off the trees. Jeff is the best and always does my unit because he cares about the property. I apprecuate the you Jeff.
Great customer service experienced thus far. Always seem to be making repairs and improvements before they are needed.
This is the second Amli complex Ive lived in, overall nice complex, no major complaints. The staff, both office and maintenance are great. Amli as a leasing company is pretty fair and transparent, I moved from one complex in Denver to this one.Deducted a star because the carpets in the apartment could have been installed much better, and a couple of other relatively minor appliance related issues.Area is nice, super close to light rail, a little bar/restaurant strip immediately next door. Dry Creek, the main road, does get swamped with traffic, especially around 5/530pm.
The facilities are nice and the staff is absolutely incredible. Maintenance is always available and flexible. Of all the apartment complexes in the area AMLI et al has truly made living here a great experience.
1 garbage can for the whole complex. No hot tub. Horrible lighting in our unit. They pulled a fast one and put us in a unit that wasnt the one we were promised. The drilling of a new well outside of our bedroom 24 hours a day was the icing on the cake. Loud as can be and not even so much as a break in Rent or a gift for the unbelivabe disruption. Only thing I can say positive is the coffee and the gym. Id pass if I was you.
The hallways & elevators are filthy. Covered in dog pee and dog hair from repeat offenders who have not been addressed. We’ve lived in many dog friendly apartments but have never been surrounded by so many lazy owners. Management takes great care to clean up areas seen by prospective tenants, but beyond the first floor, it’s gross. A few weeks ago an owner let their dog pee next to the mailboxes and it sat, drying, all weekend, only to be covered with an “Amli” rug later. It would be so easy & direct to fine the offenders and save everyone the frustration. Write an email to ask for help and you’re blown off. We don’t need a remodeled area for a kureg or a pool party, we need elevators we can breathe in.
Amlis leadership was shockingly bad during the 2.5 years we lived on the property. Whenever we asked for help (over email and phone), it was consistently ignored and Id warn anyone considering renting there to consider other properties in the area based on this performance. We made four complaints about our loud neighbors without a response, which eventually required us to contact the local police for assistance. After the police contacted Amli, the problems stopped for a short period of time, but eventually restarted when no action was taken. Additionally, we had numerous pest problems (seriously, if you are concerned about Wolf Spiders, Roaches or House Centipedes, dont rent here) due to the Amlis terrible management of the property. We eventually moved out to a better area, but Amli took nearly a month to create our final invoice (even when I included the citys area manager in our communications). Based on my experience, there are better and less expensive places to live in the Tech Center who actually care about their residents and I would encourage anyone to consider these options above Amli Inverness.
I cannot say enough about my experience at Amli at Inverness. My brother and I absolutely loved our apartment. We never heard our neighbors. Any minor issue we had was fixed that day. Its in a very nice location. Right off 25 and walking distance to the light rail. Last but not least, the guys in the leasing office were awesome. Always happy to help with anything you need. The only reason we moved was so I could be closer to work downtown, but if youre looking at the DTC area, you cant go wrong with Amli at Inverness.
Was happy with this place for a while but upon dropping me a 500 dollar fine claiming I was smoking when it was supposed to be a sound complaint warning seriously think twice before leasing here
After moving out, I received a letter from a lawyer telling me my account had been sent to collections over my final move out balance (around $70 for final utilities) 2 days AFTER my check for the balance had cleared my account - and over a week after they confirmed theyd received my check. Now I get to sort out AMLIs clerical error and hope it hasnt marred my credit. Coincidentally, nobody is answering the phone in the office, either, nor have they responded to my email regarding the issue.DONT RENT HERE.- The appliances in this apartment, for what is supposed to be a luxury apartment, are awful and break constantly. Theyre low-end black GE appliances (the oven doesnt even have a self-cleaning cycle) and theyre not energy efficient. The first week I lived here the on switch for my dryer snapped off, and the mechanism fell into the inside of the machine, my air conditioning didnt work; a few months later my dryer requires 4 cycles to dry a small load of laundy - its fixed and they finally clear out the vent on top of the building that was causing lint to back up (which could have caused a fire); then my garbage disposal breaks, too - for no apparent reason. The maintenance guy basically tells me not to put anything in the garbage disposal - even lemon peels which I usually use to help freshen it. 6 months in, my washing machine is now not spinning the water out of clothes and tangles everything, stretching things so much theyre no longer wearable. My air conditioning recently broke again on the last warm day of the year. Sure, maintenance requests are pretty prompt - but it gets super old having appliances breaking constantly - AND a crazy high electric bill. They should call this the AMLI Retirement Village as it is full of baby boomers probably keen on living adjacent to the nearby golf course. While I paid a premium for living on a top floor, the people below me complained about the noise of me walking across my living room and kitchen floor during normal waking hours (in bare feet, and I weigh 120lbs max, not tapdancing or running, just you know, cooking). I dont really feel comfortable in my own home because Im worried Im going to get in trouble by the noise police. Also, nobody who lives here ever goes out or has a social life - so if you happen to come home after 7pm, youre going to be parking on the street (or you can pay extra for the special parking).Additionally, and they dont really mention this during the tour when youre looking to lease, there is only one trash receptacle in the entire complex - and its a pretty lengthy walk from building 4, especially during cold weather when the parking lot and sidewalks get super icy. I didnt think itd bother me when I first found out, but since I take out trash probably every day to keep my house tidy its a pain, especially as Im a single parent who then has to drag an unwilling 5-year-old with me. I wont live in a luxury apartment complex without trash chutes ever again. All in all, given the ever-rising rents and the low quality of the construction and the appliances at AMLI, I wont be renewing my lease here. For the price you can find places with far higher quality appliances and trash that isnt a hike away.
Currently renting here.. Worst place to live in denver.. I have my nephews over who are 2 and 4 and these neighbours keep complaining 24/7.. There is only so much you can stop the kids.. Just like dogs cant be stopped from barking, u cant stop kids from running.. Makes sense if they are complaining at night, they complain literally whole time.. And its because one of the guys in management lives there probably !Management is very biased !!
For the price you can find better places in the area!
I have been living here a cumulative total of about 2 1/2 years. For them renting 2 bedrooms right at the same market rate you can go get a brand new granite included with wood floor killer specs (check out Elevation off County Line or Helios off Bellevue, same price and way nicer and BRAND NEW), I would say keep searching. While its a great location and neighborhood (close to light rail and dining), I would advise you to proceed with extreme caution.NO PRIVACY and they will find ways to fine you. Twice a year they do a preventative inspection where they fix and replace nothing and snoop your apartment for possible infractions. In addition, if you leave a recycle bag at your door in the morning to take out on your way out for the day, expect a $50 fine (they will say they gave you fair warning well I dont consider 2 warnings when I have transferred once and renewed once fair in a 2 1/2 year period).IN ADDITION-dont expect the pool to be open much. Every year they find excuses to close the pool early or open it late. Last year and this season they re-cylcled the same excuse saying they were closing it last year early for maintenance before the rain came (which they never did and it was sunshine for at least 4 more weeks) then they said the same excuse opening it the week after Labor day. Finally, when you try to plead your case they will reverse it on you saying you are the reason for why there are pests, that you are in violation of fire code when I took several pictures and showed them how THEY are in violation of fire code.In short they will try and make money on you by 1.) Fines 2.) Not opening amenities to save on utilities 3..) Forcing you to want to break your lease which will result in additional fees for lease settlement because who wants to live in a place where you are being larked on and they say they will address issues but dont show proof. 2 days after I brought to their attention the heater sitting on the patio it is still there.
The other reviewer is pretty well spot on. While I havent had as many issues with the newer apartment, I could see how if I did, Id be doing the same review.
Lovely staff and apartments!
Very safe and quiet housing complex, good structures
