Natasha is awesome provides awesome customer care is caring n understand to matters that seem like a inconvenience She is great to help us with work orders when we need them. This is great, quiet, family community! Great location for easy access to RTD if you work downtown and want skip the blood pressure raising traffic, and instead enjoy an out door BBQ with friends or family. I love working out and the facility gym has everything l need.

This is my 2nd year at Apex Meridian East and so far the experience has been great. All appliances and utilities are in perfect order, the AC/Heating system is individual for each room and saves tremendously on the utility bills. I have never had to call maintenance except once to tighten my toilet seat and that was it, in 2 years! The grounds are immaculately kept. All the neighbors are friendly and the application approval process was the most painless I have ever experienced. They even treat all the residents to a free food truck periodically. No one but Apex does that! The Manager Natasha is always available, the maintenance team Jeff and Alisha are true professionals and do a great job.. Natashas is one of the most kind a considerate managers I have ever had the pleasure of working with. All the crew here has been amazing but she is hands down Exceptional! Anytime I have ever needed something she is both prompt and friendly about it. I went thru a rough patch during corona and I never get doubt or shame for falling behind from her. She always made me feel heard and comfortable taking to her about it. Provided me resources and time to do so. For that I will always be grateful.the apartments are nice and in a great location you will not beat it anywhere else in the whole city unless you are willing to pay $2000 plus for the same square footage. One tip though once you have a feeling you want a unit don’t wait. These units go faster than PS5 for those of you who get the reference you’ll understand the sense of urgency. I have lived here for about 15 months and I couldnt be happier.....I just love it!! This is a wonderful property, the grounds are beautifully kept and clean, the lighting is the best Ive ever encountered and the snow is cleared away faster than anywhere Ive lived. The apartments are very good sized, have 9 ceilings, generous closet space and great appliances.We have a unique management team. Natasha and her team are super. Theyre friendly, professional, respond in a timely manner and are exceptionally nice to deal with.And you couldnt ask for a better location...its perfect for me and convenient to everything. Were minutes away from Park Meadows Mall, Costco, Ikea, Walmart, King Soopers, I-25 and County Line Road.Ive met so many nice people....it feels like a neighborhood! More then anything else...it feels like home...and Im very lucky to be living here.( PS...Im never moving!!! )

I have lived at the Apex East apartments for 13 months and I can truthfully say that this is an exceptionally well run facility in a beautifully landscaped setting. Natasha is a true professional along with her office and field maintenance staff that are always cordial and responsive to your needs. The apartments are new (2020), spacious, filled with sunlight from abundant high windows..(9ft floorplate) and well appointed in the kitchens with numerous cabinets (affordability goes without question). The entire complex is extremely quiet day and night as the tenants seem mindful of negatively impacting their neighbors. There are garages available as well for those that desire a sheltered space for their vehicle.Snow removal??..have never experienced better! Drives and walks are regularly plowed by 7am. Sand and ice melt are laid down to finish the job. Ever heard of a snow removal team shoveling between the cars in the parking spaces so you have clear access to your vehicle?...that is part of the snow removal process at Apex East. Year round exterior maintenance is impeccable as well. Landscaped areas are manicured regularly, edged and blown clean. Every 1st floor entryway to the buildings is hand swept by their field team every week or two. Monitoring of pet deposits on the grounds (virtually non existent) is dealt with by the field team that walks the grounds and resolves anything that is unsightly, may pose a health issue and would detract from tenants enjoyment (especially with children playing) in the landscape areas.The refuse enclosures are emptied numerous times each week and I have yet to see them overflowing with trash... and a separate contractor is on call to remove large discarded items... mattresses, couches and the like. Community events such as free dinner night for all residents and holiday activities should be anticipated when moving to Apex East.If you are looking for a new community in which to live, then I suggest you make your journey much easier by visiting Apex FIRST...and then continue your search knowing all of the benefits that Apex East has to offer. I would anticipate that your quest to secure a new residence will then be a brief one.

Place is real nice. Staff is and great. Natasha is real nice and is a great person there. She will help you all the time! And man Justin is the man, gave the help when I needed it cause my refrigerator and freezer didnt work at all. GREAT PLACE AND STAFF!

Unprofessional and never answers the phone ! Like does anybody work here ! Also the Parking it horrible why should I park way down the street when my apartment is in front ! How is it a non smoking facility but people smoke outside there apartments and cigarettes buds everywhere! Management needs to get it together!!!

These apartments seriously need to think about getting parking permits half of these people don’t even live here to be parking in front of the apartments it’s hard to bring groceries in when you have to park far and live on the top floor !
