My GPU fan was broken and several other repair shops said it wasnt possible to fix or would take a week to do. This store not only fixed the fan without problem, but did so in a day. Fantastic service at a very reasonable price.
Took a half built Gaming PC in, he told me the exact parts that were missing, finished the build sourced the pieces. Was willing to trouble shoot with me and take a second look after wifi issues. Very happy with my experience, his know how and the affordability.
I took my headphones in to repair the R side, I left them with him for 1 wk and a half and he told me it was ready, I paid him 60$ to fix that issue and it didn’t even seem like he opened the headset, (Arctic Pro Wireless Headphones) he rather just glued a part that was broken, which Anyone could have done he didn’t even make it look good. I planned to take more electronics to him but the second I got home I noticed he didn’t fix the issue and was furious that he scammed me.
I have a Panasonic plasma television that is the best television I have ever owned. Unfortunately the optical out input broke and the cable would no longer stay inserted. Despite being out of production since 2013, Mike was able to quickly find a replacement board and repair the television in a matter of days. Extremely knowledgeable and straightforward.
Wow!! I brought in a old voice recorder, probably 15 years old. It has some priceless voice recordings of a loved one who has passed away, but was totally busted. The man at A to Z searched the internet for the part to repair this device, which hasn’t been in production for years. He gave me the wonderful gift of hearing someone’s voice I never thought I’d hear again. And for a very reasonable price.Thank you so so so much!!!
I was referred by a reputable dealer for a repair on a 30+ year old receiver.I was not notified the repair was complete, I had to call and find out, then the guy claims he sent me voicemails didnt you get them? he said, I did not get them. The repair was nearly $200, he wasnt even certain about what he did when I asked him he couldnt even describe to me exactly what he did he just tried some things, the repair did take temporarily and then returned to making a hum noise which I wanted fixed. Dont waste your time with this gentleman its a shop filled with equipment, TVs everywhere, that doesnt mean the guy knows how to fix things. I found a used receiver and solved problem myself.
My cat spilled coffee on my laptop, and it wouldnt turn on, so I thought it was completely dead. It was a weekend, and I was panicking. Mike was great, he looked at my computer the same day, a Saturday, and told me not to buy a new one yet because he could probably fix it. And he fixed it! It needed a couple replacement parts and a good cleaning. I got my laptop back very quickly, three days after the spill, for a great price, just $215, and it works as good as new!
Fixed a power issue in a custom handheld device for a reasonable price and timeframe. Would recommend.Only cash or check is accepted
Mike was a great help, parking little iffy, could easily be missed while driving by
I am a single mom so my line of contact is very important. I went in very upset two weeks ago because I tried to change the battery myself on my iPhone 6 Plus and the screen stopped being responsive. The owner replaced the screen and gave me phone. The cost was 125. I checked the phone and it was working so I paid. I could have bought a new screen for 25 off Amazon but I did not know that. When I got home I noticed there was discoloration spot at top, but I did try and clean the inside connector with rubbing alcohol previously so I figured that it might have been a side effect of that.Fast forward to now, when I open the phone the screen doesn’t work unless I turn it on and off a few times. Sometimes the screen is responsive but sometimes it isn’t.I called the owner and he accused me of lying because he didn’t understand why I didn’t come in two days or so after,. He was saying you said it started right away, now you are saying it just started. He stated he did a lot more than change the screen and cameras in his office would prove that. When I told him he was accusing me of lying, I paid him 125 and I have a phone that is not working? That is wrong he became livid just yelling ultimately hung up and told me he was busy.He even said I had opened the phone before and I probably did again just accusing me of all these things. All he would have had to do was look at phone. I see another reviewer had a iphone where the ribbon was not connected properly after he worked on it - there is most likely something loose? After how angry he was, yelling at me and accusing me of things I don’t feel comfortable going in his shop at all even if he were to want to do the right thing and look at my phone after I gave him 125 dollars .He would not accept card, he only accepts cash maybe so he doesn’t have to help you if things go wrong and also probably so he doesn’t have to pay taxes so don’t pay him cash.I’m so sad I trusted him to be an honest guy. I feel robbed. I am honestly wondering if the screen he replaced was used I asked him where he got it from and did not get a clear answer.Horrible. Horrible. Horrible.
Nice service and affordable prices.
The tray for my blue ray player broke and the repair shop owner had a spare motor on hand which accelerated the repair and saved me money. Problem fixed and the unit is working fine again.
I have some studio caliber headphones ( Sennheiser) that needed a new plug. I was about to leave town, so there was some urgency about the repair. The repair was successful and done overnight in plenty of time for my departure. A good experience.
Mike is the man! He is a very honest person. He will tell you if your 10 year-old TV is worth fixing or not. He fixed my 10 year-old Samsung $4,400 55 Plasma TV quickly and correctly for a VERY reasonable price. Hes been in business for more than 17 years. I would definitely go to him again!
I was extremely disappointed with the service here, and especially the way that the owner spoke to me. The whole time he was very critical and not understanding and even yelled at me when I brought my device back only 20 days after the service was performed. I brought my iPhone here after the screen cracked. I felt pressured into taking his service right away or I might miss out on the price he was offering. Unfortunately, after researching, the price he offered was on par for other places that might have treated me better. I also should have been warned when he didnt take an inventory of the condition the phone was in or make any guarantees about his service. As soon as I got it back and took it home the fingerprint ID wasnt working and I kept getting a failure notification. I returned 20 days later to notify him and see if he could fix it and he yelled at me for waiting too long. Most other repair places guarantee their work for at least 30 days (some more), so why 20 days was too short is beyond me but also his attitude was an immediate red flag. I do not appreciate being treated that way. Also, he said that it was likely broken due to my own behavior with it and couldnt guarantee it was his own fault, even though it worked before I brought it in and as I assured him it didnt work immediately after he gave it back. He also told me that he hoped I never came back there... hows that for customer service? Instead of dealing with this jerk for a minute longer I took the phone to Office Depot and had them repair it, where they price matched and also fixed it the same day. They also said that the ribbon cable wasnt connected properly on the home button, which would have happened when he replaced the screen, so it was very clearly his fault. Ive never had such a horrible customer service experience, so I wanted to warn everyone who might possibly be taking an iPhone in to this guy. Just take it over to Office Depot instead and ask them about price matching. Save yourself the headache and get a service thats guaranteed instead.
Mike did a great job repairing my two late 80s Sony & JVC jamboxes and took good care not damage them on the exterior. I wasnt sure they were repairable and I was quite pleased with the results! The other day I also brought in my JVC double tape deck stereo component, one deck sounded very muffled. He cleaned the two decks and they both then sounded very clean and with great sound clarification! I was impressed and will continue to bring him my audio-video equipment for cleanings and repairs!
Mark did a nice job repairing my 60 Plasma. No new parts just repaired using others. No problem thought he was most helpful. Another shop in Denver would not touch it and Mark fixed it. Go Figure!
The owner helped me over the phone with a very simple fix, eliminating the need to go to the store, and at no charge. Excellent customer service!
Have to give these guys another shout out. Simply put: THEY SAVED MY A**!!! I thought my Mac Book was TOAST, crashed with all my files GONE. Instead of taking to Apple, I decided to take to Fuzion. They did not disappoint. Retrieved all my files, identified the problem and installed my new hard drive. THANK YOU! Big ups to Denny!
5 star service! Mike was really helpful, he knows exactly what hes talking about. I would recommend A to Z to anyone!
I spilled coffee on my computer and was devastated because I thought it was going to be completely ruined. Mike took the whole thing apart, cleaned and dried everything, and it is back in working order. He even took care of it all while I waited. A to Z Electronic Service Centers prices are reasonable and fair. Im so grateful that Mike saved my computer!
Called around the Denver Metro area, couldnt find anyone that was willing to do work on a BMW DME computer. Mike saved me from re-soldering the entire pin assembly and risking damage by just replacing the one broken pin! Would highly highly recommend for any future electronic repair! Great guy as well!!!
Mark repaired a laptop and an old projector-style television to like-new. Prices are competitive. I recommend him!
Maike repaired my laptop very fast with reasonable price he did a good job I strangely recommend him
Brought my 32 inch vizio tv in a couple weeks ago with a cracked screen, during my move. The guy charges me $30 for a diagnostic fee says hell check to see if he has a screen that will fit. Also complained that he didnt have any money. I have yet to hear anything back after texting, calling, and even tried going down there to see what was going on, but there closed when they should be open. !!!!!DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE WHAT A JOKE. !!!! Giving up on this one and will take this down if I hear from you but not likely.
Horrible service- THEY STOLE MY PERSONAL PROPERTY. I took in my external hard drive to be repaired. I was charged $20 for the repairman to keep it for a week to call and say there was nothing he could do. I came in to pick it up and once I got home I realized that the power cable that I had dropped off with my external hard drive was missing (I had been specifically instructed to bring in the cables with the hard drive). I tried many times to contact the company and was ignored. I even came to the storefront (where the door is always locked and you have to be let in) only to be yet again ignored despite making direct eye contact with the very same repairman. This continued for over a month until I finally gave up and just got a new power cable.Come to find out my hard drive had a very easy fix (despite the information that this company provided me). Which only further attests to this companys worthlessness.Save yourself the hassle and worry of getting your accessories stolen andDO. NOT. GO. HERE !
These people will rip you off!! I brought my tv in for repair and paid $50 for a diagnostic fee. About two weeks later without hearing anything back my girlfriend goes into the shop to check on the progress. She had to go back three times because the door was locked even though it said they were open. When the store is finally open he tells her that he already ordered parts and gave her the price. When I talked to her I told her we couldnt afford the price so we called and with attitude and hesitation he said we could come to pick up the tv. When I get there to pick up the tv he doesnt want to give it to me and says that I have to pay for the part he ordered even though he did so without telling me first. He is very rude and telling me to get out of his shop and he wont give me my TV. I had to call the police to assist in getting my property back. It was a huge ordeal and ruined my day. The cops did help and I finally got my TV back. Turns out the part he told us was $180 I could get online for $40. Total rip off and terrible customer service! Do not do business with them they are very shady and will definitely rip you off!!!
He is really an electronics repair person. He can fix things that no one else can. It is not cheap, but everyone has to make a living wage.
Yep they rip you off.
