I have worked in the realm of academia, legal, and medical for 50 years; residing in Rotonda West, Florida, I have utilized four other local computer services and also one via a Big Box company that were somewhat acceptable, however, below my expectations and costs were above the norm. Lemon Bay Computer Service, the Noble Family, goes above and beyond. Superior service, value, and consistent open lines of communication. I learned today that John makes house calls to various homes in Rotonda; definitely value, excellent honorable confidential service, and reflective of dedication to customer satisfaction. Their location is easy to find on Elm Street off of Dearborn. I RARELY post a review; however, I needed to make all those aware in our area of Rotonda and Englewood and Venice that this is an superior Computer Service family owned business.

I just moved to the area not too long ago, and I needed immediate computer repair. Both my work computers needed work, and since I work from home, I had to bring one of them in to be worked on so I could keep the other one at home to work my online college admissions counseling job. Much to my surprise, the owner, Al, had my first computer ready to go the next day! I was completely happy with the service I received from start to finish. The next week, I brought in my other computer for repairs. This computer needed a new frame, and the part had to be ordered. I expected it to take over a week for a call back from Al since I needed to give him time to get the part. Instead, he had my computer fixed within just a few days. Before finding Al at Lemon Bay Computer Service, I had called a few other computer repair places. Not one of the establishments I called could have my computers repaired in less than two weeks. I found Lemon Bay Computer Service while I was out and about on Dearborn Street, and I am so glad I did! I will never bring my computers any where else when they are in need of repairs. When I picked up my second computer, Als wife told me he had stayed up until midnight the previous night working on my computer so he could have it back to me as soon as possible. This type of service is hard to find, and I can only hope this review helps bring him more business. The customer service I received was off the charts.

My lap top got fried with a power surge. These guys were able to revive it took a few days but they salvaged a mess! It wasnt give away prices but it was 3 yrs ago and its still going strong well worth it!

Like many other reviews of this business, our Dell laptop is 8 yrs old and began running like a snail or our beloved gopher tortoise. With Alan’s quick check of our hard drive and a thumbs up on that he told us a clean up was in order. Same day service with great customer service and more than fair price. The laptop is running like new. I have already recommended this company to a friend.

Unfortunately for me, I have had a few issues with my aging laptop over the last month or so. The bright side is that Allan at Lemon Bay Computer Service was able to quickly determine the issue, repair it and return it so quickly that I barely missed a beat in operating my business. I highly recommend using Lemon Bay for any computer needs! He also made some awesome suggestions on extending the life of my current hardware while we begin the search to add another machine to my inventory. I had my in home tech, before for 12 years for my loyallity,, - to find out -it was his fault - for recently . PLUS*** Cheaper than my last in home tech !! HIGHLY RECOMMEND them !!!!!!!! I called Lemon Bay Computer and spoke with Al. We were having issues with our CenturyLink wireless internet and needed help connecting throughout our home. Al was able to get Glen in touch with us very quickly and Glen got us scheduled within a couple of days. He came out, configured a couple of settings, reset our modem and got two smart TVs connected as well as wireless to our security system which we had not had connected for several months and wireless connection out to our Lani. Glen had us up and running in under two hours.Glen was very professional. He knew what he was doing and knew what needed to be done. The fee was very reasonable for what was done. Our wireless internet is serving our entire home now including outside on the Lani. We highly recommend Lemon Bay Computers, Al and especially Glen for any computer/internet issues. Thank you!

We were down on vacation and our computer died. Im pretty tech savvy and thought it was the power supply. After getting a new power supply - the computer would still not boot up. I googled computer repair and found a few places with in minutes of us. I dropped it off and thought it would be ready the next day. After doing some diagnostics, they told me the mother board went bad. I asked what my options were and since we had laptops with us also, (this was a desktop we brought down for work) we opted for a motherboard replacement. it took a few days to come in and then do all the fixes but we were back up and running for a reasonable cost. Everyone was very polite and professional. I would highly recommend.Mark

So happy wirh the service and attention I received here! Dropped my failing laptop off on Monday morning,got a call that afternoon with the diagnosis and cost options to bring back to life! Very resonable, got new drive & transferred all my data to new drive! Got back up & running laptop 2 days later!
