My Personal Geek is my go to guy for computer issues. John strikes a balance between the expertise and cost of the big guys and your friend who means well but really doesnt know that much more than I do. When I cant figure something out its nice to know I have someone to figure things out that I can trust.Hes also professional, trustworthy and up front with his costs.

Jon is excellent simplifying phones, computers and audio. I really like that he explains things in plain English instead of techno talk.
