Chris at The Bladerunner has been my barber for over 6 years now! He has always given me excellent haircuts in the styles I wanted. This includes bleached hair, silver/red coloring, highlights, and a variety of different styled cuts. He is the most friendly hair stylist I have ever had. He is an artist and its always fun to talk about art, music, and tv. I recommend him to anyone looking for quality haircuts and friendly conversation!

I went in for my first cut with Chris today and he absolutely came through. Not all barbers are created equal and Chirs is on another level. Chris is fantastic! I was referred by my mom & step-dad and cant say enough awesome things about him. He is very attentive to detail & takes the time to get to know his clients. Hes also great with kids - our 7 y/o normally struggles in loud/busy environments & Chris takes the time to find out how he can make his cut the most comfortable for our kiddo. Honestly, hes just an all around really cool guy. We drive a pretty good distance (30-40 min) & have no problem doing that for such great quality. Great place!!

Chris is an absolute professional. I drive 45 minutes across town to have my hair cut by Chris because I always know he is going to do an outstanding job delivering exactly what I ask for. His shop is also very cool. There are always works of art in progress and lots of other fun things to look at. This is the best salon I have ever been to. Chris will be cutting my familys hair until there isnt any left. Hes great with my ASD son.. even brought blue chalk to color his hair temporarily! Welcoming one on one atmosphere and hes following every CDC recommendation to the letter. You wont find a better cut, trim or color anywhere in Denver.

Our family of 7 all go to Chris for our haircuts and hair coloring needs. He is SO friendly and really good with kids. I have heard my 11yr old son frequently telling other kids about how nice Chris is and how he talks to you about all kinds of things! Our cuts always look amazing and he gets you scheduled quickly. We couldnt be happier and are SO glad we found a local salon that we love so much!

Chris did an awesome job on my hair. His shop is tiny and really interesting. I loved the fact that it was only myself and one other customer during my cut. Im not super talkative but Chris is so personable that we spoke the entire time. My hair is long, thick, and exhausting but he took his time and listened to exactly what I wanted and made adjustments upon request. This dude is possibly the greatest over ever gone to in my life. Me being a guy with long hair and going to short hair he has always been supportive and good with all my decisions. He has also been really good about getting me the products I needed when I need them. The mom and pop shop that opened up next door to him after he’s been there for a long time is kinda sad and screwed up. Never go there and make sure you go to Chris.

Incredible. My first time visiting this salon and I think I have finally found my permanent spot. Chris went above and beyond, taking his time and making sure he understood what I was going for (which I didnt even know!) I have curly hair and am super picky and nervous about getting my hair cut because so many people have messed it up or not done what I asked them to do. Chris took his time to ask plenty of questions before and during my cut to make sure he was giving me exactly what i wanted. I normally wear my hair longer and am not one for change when it comes to my hair but i took a chance and went a lot shorter than Im used to today. Ive never been happier with a haircut in my 25 years! Will definitely be going back in the future and recommend checking him out if you have curly hair and struggle to find someone who knows what theyre doing.

Initially when I went to Chris and told him what I wanted done from my hair, he seemed to know exactly what I wanted.But after about 15 minutes of him cutting my hair I realize that he wasnt doing what I wanted him to do.I tried to explain to him what I wanted again and he became irate and somewhat irrational.at that point I got up and proceeded to leave when he told me well you still owe me $20 for a haircut I said no I dont owe you $20 cuz you didnt do the job.He told me if I didnt pay the $20 I would be sorry .At that point I didnt want to have anything to do with this nut job so I just paid the $20 and leftbeware before you go in to get a haircut from this nut job hes not all there.
