I was scheduled to have an oil change and tire rotation at 2pm. I let them know I was waiting on the vehicle. However it was just coming off the rack 2 hours later! There was no communication as to the extra time needed to complete the appointment. Be aware that 1 hour and 20 minutes REALLY means 2 hours solid.

I didn’t have an appointment for fixing a flat but the guys worked me into the day and even got my oil changed. Great job? Great customer service!

When I called to schedule my replacement tire to be installed in Englewood, Dave said, Be here at exactly 1pm and I will have someone come out with a jack and put it on real quick Well I was there at 5 minutes to one and waited over AN HOUR.I brought this up to Dave and he said, Excuses,Excuses, Excuses Dave, I dont want to hear your excuses .I want you to DO WHAT YOU SAY!IF YOUR WORD IS NO GOOD, YOU HAVE NOTHING.QUIT LYING AND DO WHAT YOU SAY!

Joey was the best!! I dropped my car off Friday evening, needed a part, it was ordered and my car was ready Saturday morning! They also called and kept me updated. The overall atmosphere of the shop was really cool. I will definitely go back!

This place takes really good care of you. They have coffee, water, TV in the waiting area if you’re waiting. Friendly service. They work quickly and are very communicative. Highly recommend.

The service was great as it usually is. The Firestone Destination LE S tires seem to be really nice at this very early point. They are nearly silent and seem to have acceptable road holding in the dry. Have not been in heavy gain yet.

My tire started to slowly leak out air so I took it in and they were so very polite and so quick to take my car in. They were busy that day but it only took a few hours for them to find a mail in my tire! They patched it up and refilled it with air and that was done! The price was not too expensive either.

I asked the service writer, I can bring my car back for the minimum wait for installation of 2 tires? I brought it back in 1 hour. He told me it would be ready in 1 hour. 2 hours later it was done. He then told me a front driveshaft was leaking and it needed to be replaced. $525. I asked him about just replacing the boot only. 64k miles on the car with no noise. Minimal leakage. He told me the whole axle needed to be replaced. BS!!!! I KNOW CARS!! The boot can be replaced at less than half the cost according to the DEALERSHIP!!....First and last time customer. New to the area. Ill find someone I can trust!

I walked in and said, I had a blowout a few miles back, put the spare on, and was wo- and was immediately cut off with Sorry buddy, I just dont have time today. Not sure how else to interpret that other than We absolutely do not want your business. Certainly busy, since there were 2 men manning the front counter with no other customers to assist.I mean, I knew Grismer had a bad name, but this definitely breaks new barriers. I torqued the wheel myself in the parking lot.

I called them with a tire problem on a very busy Friday for them. Because I purchased my tires there, they promised to work me in, even though all the appointment slots were filled. True to their word they got mean, repaired the tire, and because I had road protection coverage, repaired it at no charge. I have had all my service work done through them for the last 25 years, and they have kept 8 different cars going, 3 over 200k miles. Easy to work with, quality work, why would I go anywhere else?

They got my alignment done, which is why I was there, but whoever was in my vehicle got dirt and grease all over my leather arm rest and in the white stitching of the armrest, which I have been unable to get out. They also are apparently not equipped to deal with cars that are lower and mine is sitting at factory height. They cracked my carbon fiber front spoiler. Of course none of this was discovered until I got home. Nonetheless, I will not be back and would not recommend them to anyone I care about. The cost of an alignment with Grismer in Englewood, Ohio only saved me about $30.00 compared to going to the Audi Dealership, not worth it in hindsight.

I stopped going to the Toyota dealer for several reasons and these guys here at the Englewood grismer have taken great care of my cars needs very friendly courteous and service on my car has been great . I called in the morning time to see if they could simply swap out a tire on a rim and they said if I can get my car down soon I would have a spot. I got it there in less than 30 min and they changed their minds and were more focused on being able to close on time (over 5 hours away) than do a simple tire swap. Pretty hard to believe a tire shop cant get a tire off a rim and put a new one on in 5 hours. Went to discount tires and they had it done in 15 minutes so I would take any business there!

We were on our way home from out of state with 2 + hours to go when our low pressure light came on just west of Englewood. My sister lives in the area and suggested Grismer Tire. They were booked out, but worked us in and got us back on the road. Were very thankful for their help. I highly recommend.

Outstanding service, the staff was instrumental with the challenges of keeping my vehicle safe and on the road while staying within my budget.

Went to them because I had a oil leak. Stopped by and got a verbal estimate for about $100 dye leak detection and engine degreaser. Came back on for my appointment and after they finished I was given a total over $200. I then had to argue with the sales guy about my total due to the estimate that I was given previously. After going back and forth with him we settled at $142 which Im still not happy with. After coming back again they couldnt even tell me what exactly where my oil leak was. I got multiple estimates from $690 for Valve cover gaskets to $639 for the oil pan gasket. They where a total waste of time. I will not be returning to this location again. The will try to rip you off.

Fast, efficient and professional service. I had a tire installed. They also checked, without me asking, other aspects of my vehicle. I was informed that my brakes are getting close to needing replacement.This was my first time using Greismer Tire and assumed they only dealt in tires. I found that they do most auto repairs. Without a doubt I will return to have my brakes done as well as other servicing my auto may need.Lastly, their customer waiting room was extremely clean and well maintained; not grimy. I felt like I could sit and not get my clothes soiled.I highly recommed Greimer Tire for your auto service needs.

Recently went to Mussers in Tipp and they didnt fix the issue. Took it to Grismer - Englewood... found that the alignment done incorrectly and had tires ready for me.Only thing is that I told them I only wanted 2 tires and they changed all 4... didnt want all that expense at once...Quick to get me in and out.

I went to Grismer in Englewood because my battery light had come on. They informed me that my alternator and battery needed replaced. They completed the repair. Two days later my battery light came on again. I took it back and they changed out the alternator with a different brand. Three days after that my car died and acted like it had a dead battery. When they tow truck driver was going to try and jump it we found a connection on the alternator loose and the positive battery cable loose. Do not let their “mechanic” touch your car!

I telephoned Grismer and I informed the Service Manager that my car would not start and that it appeared to be the problem that I had in March. After discussing my problem, I was told that he would send a couple of men across the street to help me. Within a short time the men arrived. Shortly after the Service Manager (I believe) came over. They could not get my car started. Two of the men crawled under my car. The manager concluded that the problem was perhaps the starter. It was determined that the car would have to be towed. I offered to call AAA and the manager said that they could manage. The three Grismer men pushed my Chevy SUV out of Speedways parking lot, onto the busy street, down the road, to Grismer.

Did not finish what I had asked them to do. I wanted them to change the bulb on my left side break light and the oil change. Did the oil change, said they got overbooked and did not get the bulb changed . Waited for two hours and did not get my job fully finished, in spite of making a appointment for this work. Will not go there again

I took my Mercades to them weeks ago to replace my battery and do a general tune up, and came back yesterday with electrical issues.Turns out these geniuses didnt tighten one of my battery cables, so it was loose....they didnt charge me. Cool.I get home, and notice the upper right hand corner on the passenger side window has a patch of deep, inch long gashes.I take it back, the guy comes out, and tells me hes CERTAIN they didnt do it. I tell him Im certain they werent there before you got it.Incidentally, his certainty trumped mine, so they did nothing, and I now have these scratches that certainly didnt happen there.

Went in to have brakes checked and price tires. They were honest that my brakes were fine. Was glad to give them the business and got new tires while I waited. Plenty of knowledgeable help and workers on site.

Great place for all auto repairs. Will do their best to get you in or have the option to drop your car off the nite before for next day repair. Will inform you if anything is found in addition to whats being worked on and if its possible to let go til a late date. A bit higher rate but use quality parts and the job is well done. Satisfaction guaranteed. Pleasant staff.

Unbelievably good service. I was traveling from IL to NC last month when the serpentine belt on my Explorer broke outside Dayton. It was a Saturday afternoon, and even though they were slammed with business, they took my car in, tracked down a belt, sent someone out to pick it up, installed it, and had me on my way just 2 hours after Id limped in. I could not have been more grateful to them. Englewood, youre lucky to have such a great auto center in your back yard. These guys are really phenomenal.

Traveling through Dayton area on 70 with my 3 kids, my tire pressure light came on a few miles after I had just put air in them. Called Grismer because my folks in the area said they Know their stuff. Even though they were busy, Dustin said to come on in and they would be willing to diagnose quickly whether it was safe for me to go on or not. Great people, really thankful.
