Cami is the worst. We would never buy a car from Autonation Jeep on Arapahoe if she had anything to do with the company in any capacity. She wouldn’t be allowed in the building if I was managing the company. She is a Know It All and pretends like she is running the company. If she was on fire and I had a hose, I would turn off the water and watch her burn. BUT CAMI DESERVES A TROPHY FOR BEING A LIAR.
Their phone system doesnt actually let you contact anybody for service status. They have had my car for over 2 weeks still not fixed. Will never take my car here again

Customer Service/Service Department folks are rude AF and do not give to cents why you are there. They do NOT want to help you... Go to another Jeep place if you need Service done to your vehicle.
I just starting financing my first car through this center, and it was an incredibly smooth process thanks to the staff. I started my day without a car or car insurance, and I ended the day with a car and a great deal thanks to Brandon and the finance team! Having just moved to Colorado, Brandon kindly answered all of my questions about local laws and policies over the phone. Once I got to the center, the car was ready and I was able to see it without any waiting period. The rest of the process was smooth sailing, and the finance team worked with me to determine the best rate without any pressure to upgrade. Overall, great experience!
Great place to purchase a vehicle. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The pricing was below market and the car was in great condition for being used. WOW!!! WOW!! WOW!!!! Is all I can say, they really have stepped their game up, as far as helping out the customer. I went in for a repair that was covered under warranty and they did a wonderful job in getting my vehicle in and out. I did however have a scheduled appt about a week out, not sure if that made a difference, but everything went smoother than I expected. Truly proud of the changes!!!! Keep it up!!!! Shawn you were on top of things and your co workers Brittani and David (I believe I have their names right), they exceeded my expectations!!!!!!!! Keep up the Good Work!!!!!!!
I never give 5 stars but this was close! Got me into service right away (without an appointment) and resolved the problem! On my way in under an hour.
I cannot say enough good things about this service center. Everything was just as anticipated and RJ and Alec were extremely helpful. The follow up was terrific and all in all a very positive experience and I will only take my Jeep here for maintenance as I feel it is very trustworthy. I wholeheartedly recommend this service center.
I live in St Louis and after extensive research found that this dealership had the Ram Truck that I was looking for! I called and spoke with Levy! He was awesome. He was very informative and went out of his way to test drive the vehicle for me and take pics and videos! If you ever visit this dealership ask for Levy!
Need a 0 star rating. Ive been trying for 8 months now to get the safety recall (YES! that is SAFETY RECALL) for my 2014 Wrangler done with these guys and I am still waiting. Were out of the part, call us back in a month.
Do not shop here! The sales reps will seem down to earth, theyre on your side, etc, but its all a scam (duh). Sure, thats true about a lot of dealers; but Ive had an awful experience here and am MISSING about $4K, and no one at this location or the home office is doing anything to help alleviate the issue. In fact, Im certain weve been put on a block list because when we call them it goes straight to voicemail.The issue is that my spouse bought a car, got it inspected (more wrong than dealer stated), and realized it wasnt the right car for them. They returned it within a few days for a refund, following all the rules stated in the signed agreement. Everything was fine, so we were told, and said we could expect a check in the mail within a week. It has been over a month now. They literally took our money and have been avoiding us since.TL,DR; dont trust these people. Just go somewhere else, plenty of other dealers on Arapahoe to choose from. Theyll take your money and ghost you.
Levi is the man! I know car buying isnt easy, and definitely harder during the pandemic. Made my appointment, got to AutoNation on time, and the truck was sitting ready for me. Levi introduced himself, threw me the keys, and said hed see me after I check out the truck and test drive.Ive done plenty of research so while I know this new model of car buying isnt for everyone, including myself, it worked out. I was off for a bit on what I wanted for my trade-in, and had to wait for an answer the next day since it was late when I set my appointment. Ultimately, the management decided to meet me in the middle for my trade-in value.Levi was off work the day I was doing the paperwork, he came in early, got the paperwork ready, and when I got there I was ready to sign the forms. Went through the whole payment process which took more time than anything else. Class act to come in on his day off, and help me finish off the buying process.I never review locations, and last year I felt inclined to rip another dealership because of their sketchy practices. Im glad that this time the review gets to be nothing, but positive.
Stay away. Note: I did not purchase my car here, but have used their service center. Everything is a cluster. It is about twice as expensive as going to repair shops down the road and they charge you for every little thing. One time they asked me if I wanted my tires rotated and they ended up charging me 25 dollars without even telling me there was going to be a charge.Their service reps are horrible. When I checked in my the guy didnt even tell me I had to pick it up from a specific service rep. So I asked the same guy I checked in with and he was so upset and in a huff that I asked him. But it turns out he was my service rep.STAY AWAY

Its just like they say they cater to you until you sign the paperwork. While I did not purchase my vehicle at this branch I did from another Autonation and Im having clear coat peel off the side I just purchased it in 2017 brand new so it is covered by the warranty but I cant get any kind of answers. I will add I have spoken with RAM and they are trying to follow up and have been helpful and at least communicated with me. Its just the dealership that I do not recommend.

Had a problem with service. Things were not all there. The jack wasnt there, the radio problem, took it to Chevy about speaker. The back gate wont open.
Completely unacceptable level of service. When I dropped 9ff my car I was asked if I xiukd leave it with a guarantee that it will he ready for pickup no later than 5pm. I relayed that I had a VERY important engagement that I couldnt be late to, and was assured it will be ready well in advance of 5:00.After not hearing from the service department all day, I called at 4pm to find out they haven even started the safety recall repairs, but ensured me that it will be ready by 5 and to come on in.I arrived a 4:59, to find out that the car was still in the bay and it would be at least 30 minutes. And was questioned why I showed up before they called me.Come on Autonation, you can be better than this. Its bad enough that you price gouge simple repairs, but treating loyal customers like they dont matter because its a recall repair???Unacceptable, and Ill be driving a but further to buy and service my next cars.
Very unhappy with this service center, pretty much since it became AutoNation and they got rid of excellent mechanics that worked there for years. Its even worse when you actually know far more about cars then the service advisors now. Sad, did business there for 20 years, will do everything I can to not go back.
We bought a van from them and it’s spent more time back with them fixing issues that should’ve been handled prior to being sold!! Don’t buy from them they are a joke! Sales, service, warranty, ha it’s all a scam!!!!!!!!
The sales person I worked with was not very attentive and basically walked away when I declined their trade offer. All car dealerships are pretty horrible but this one is near the bottom from my experience.
Very bad customer experience. As many have mentioned, the automated call system is severely lacking and the call backs and voice mails don’t get returned.I tried to schedule a repair on a recalled part numerous times and they never had the part in stock despite being told they would. They don’t call you before your appointment to tell you this, so you either show up and leave disappointed or you go through the painful automated call system to get an update.Even with a confirmed appointment the day after parts are supposed to arrive they won’t set them aside for your scheduled appointment. Instead if another customer comes in for something unrelated but the service tech notices the recall they will get to cut the line and take the part, leaving you once again without parts to service your vehicle at the scheduled time. The whole process has been a cat and mouse game. Unless you want to bring your vehicle in numerous times I’d suggest you avoid this place. And if buying a car, probably best to skip any sort of extended service package they offer.
Do not buy a vehicle from here! I have been trying to contact managers about my purchase for MONTHS and nobody will contact me back. They talked me into buying an interior insurance package that does not even cover my vehicle!!! Beyond livid and disappointed.

Brought my Jeep in for an oil change a long time ago at this location, took my Jeep in to my regular mechanic a month later and he told me my Jeep never got an oil change and it was long overdue. The people at this place LIED about giving me an oil change and put my car in bad shape and could have potentially put me and my family in DANGER. If you want rude service and people to lie about the service they get you and put your life in danger, then this is your place. To the person who manages this Jeep, you need to take a good look at your life if you are okay with letting your employees ruin peoples cars and putting peoples lives in danger.
Buying new car in this place...one week later .found out no cold air, Passenger door unlocked.took me a week to get a Appointment.,the service told me, there will be no rental car for me.. i am so Disappoint .bad Experience..
I found the service department to be quite disorganized. Prices changing, arguements between Sales and Service and more calls than necessary. I left my vehicle all day as asked and got a call that it needed a waterpump that was covered under warranty and they would have to order a part. Great. I never received another call nor was I told that they wanted to keep the vehicle. I finally called after 4 PM to see when I could get my car and the said it was still in pieces. I told them I needed it and they did get it back together in time for me to get my car. I brought it back a week later and was told all the work was complete. I went home and popped the hood and found both screw clamps for the air intake completely loose and the air filter cover was not clamped in place at all. I could see the filter by just looking at the disconnected airbox. No surprise that I since I needed new spark plugs I changed all 16 by myself. I dont trust the Service staff at this time. And wont be back to this service dept.

But if you want a long-story-short analysis: DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT THIS PLACE, GO WITH YOUR OTHER OPTIONS. Literally, YouTubing how to change your own oil would be more time efficient than this place)If I could give 0 stars, I would. I made an appointment for a 7am routine oil change, arrived at 6:45 so my car could be first in line (sadly I was second in line) BUT, at 7 am I checked my car in and all seemed fine. Fast forward 2 1/2 HOURS, yes, 2 1/2 HOURS for an oil change. I checked in 4 times with the service advisors after I noticing my car was parked out in the parking lot, only to be brushed off and given what seemed to be a rehearsed line of you have to wait for the paperwork, well call you. Not joking, all 4 people I asked spit out some variation of that line at me like it was second nature. After finally getting a bit firm with one of the reps (after waiting 2 1/2 hours) he said, and I quote, Oh yeah, this has been done for a while. Did no one call you? ....BRUH... NOT ONLY, did they neglect to get me 20ft away in the waiting room, they ignored me after 4 attempts to get their attention after noticing my car was done and parked in the lot.AND THE CHERRY ON TOP, now that its colder I asked if they could fill my tires so the sensor and beeping on the dashboard would stop. They did no such thing, even after I already received a tire rotation and they made a note to do it on the paper work.Thanks guys, GREAT SERVICE. I will not be returning and I advise anyone who values their time to avoid this place like the bubonic plague. Time is fleeting, dont waste away in their waiting room. BTW, this isnt the first time I waited 2+ hours at this location for an oil change. I was just hoping the first time was a fluke, sadly, it was not. This is just how they run their business)buh-bye.
