I have had work done by a few different body shops in previous years, Murray Motor Works being one of them which I was not happy with. This time around I found Stuttgart through my Mercedes mechanic who had worked with Matt, the manager of Stuttgart Auto Body. My mechanic knows that I am quite neurotic when it comes to my car, especially when getting body work done; I only want perfection. So I took the suggestion and went to Stuttgart Auto Body. I needed to get a new bumper put on my 2011 Mercedes C300. They got me in quickly for an estimate and then immediately got to work. After just a few weeks I went to pick up my car. Upon picking up my car I was concerned because the color wasn’t matching close enough for my standards. I was directed to speak with Matt and after a conversation and a closer look, he agreed about the off color and kept the car to repaint it. This took another few weeks. They were kind enough to give me a loaner as my insurance rental had expired, and after 3 more tries of repainting the bumper, Matt called me to pick up the car when he decided that it was perfect in his eyes too. I was much more than satisfied with their work. They only used genuine Mercedes parts and really took the time to listen to my concerns and make sure I was happy with the end result. After that I knew I would never go anywhere else. I just so happened to have another fender bender and went straight to Stuttgart. I was on the phone back and forth with the Manager about questions and concerns regarding my brand new vehicle that I had just purchased. Matt listened and answered every question and concern I brought to him without any sarcasm or disdain. My new car came out absolutely perfect, which is the idea and I could not have been happier. So on that note, I say again that I will never go anywhere else for body work of any kind. Excellent customer service (Tim and Nicholas) and willing to paint parts that arent from the factory. Brought in my Cayenne after being side swiped and not only did they provode a clear bra for free (just a couple of days late, went above and beyond to cover for their delay), they painted the reflectors on the rear bumper. My wife absolutely loved the custom look! Finally, they realigned the striker on my car for no charge; highly recommend!

My Tesla Model 3 was rear-ended by a Ram pickup. Fortunately it was a low-speed impact, but there was still plenty of visible and hidden damage to the trunk lid and underlying structure. After reviewing Teslas web site for authorized repair shops, Stuttgart was the highest rated so I gave them a call. Tony quickly informed me of their shop schedule and assured me they worked with USAA routinely, so I chose to go with them. Im glad I did. Tony did a great job keeping me in the loop as they took the car apart and submitted supplementals to USAA. I just got my car back and Im pretty sure the trunk closes better than when it was new.

Simply put....THE BEST. Unfortunately we have had multiple experiences with a number of other shops over the years (Hail damage - rear ended etc...) and have always had less than par experiences. Stuttgart in my opinion sets the bar for what the experience SHOULD be like. Professional....courteous.....on time....and the work is perfection.Both Nick(s) and Matt were super PRO. Helped my wife out in a jam and made sure to walk her through the whole process. Yes...they work on specific makes and yes....some repairs take time but you wont be disappointed taking your car there. Cannot speak higher for them as they are phenomenal. The repairs were perfect, cant tell if there was ever a dent. Had to wait a while for appointment but it was worth it. Their Insurance interactions were smooth, didnt involve me at all. I hope they stay independent by not affiliating themselves to any insurance. There is a good reason for their hight ratings.

These guys did a great job fixing up my Model 3 bumper and quarter panel. They handled 100 percent of the back and forth with my insurance company. They also provided frequent status updates which was much appreciated. I wouldnt hesitate to bring my car back here should something ever happen to it.

In my experience, the sign of a GREAT company is how they respond when things go wrong. Stuttgart Auto Body is a GREAT company. There were a couple of problems with the repairs to our Audi A7 earlier this year. However, when John (the owner) found out about it, he IMMEDIATELY stepped in and took responsibility, making sure that everything was taken care of properly. Our car looks as good as new and we couldn’t be happier. We’ll never go anywhere else.

Excellent experience front to back repairing my Benz. Mine was an insurance claim. They clearly communicate the process for what they would do and what I could expect from the insurance company. They made the Schedule and were also able to get me in earlier when a slot came open. They were professional respectful and did everything they said they would do which is hard to find these days. I was scared…and I wondered if my baby was ever going to be the same. While trying to maneuver around another car, I had scraped my 13-year-old Porsche that was painted in an ultra-rare factory color. Not only was the paint flawed, I dented the beautiful curves of my pristine Targa 4S. For years, folks had stopped me to talk about the color of the car and to tell me it was one of the most beautiful Porsches they had ever seen.After asking around with folks in the industry, the consensus was there was only 1 place to take it for repairs, Stuttgart Auto Body.Upon first contact, John put me at ease and said as a Porsche Certified Shop they had the training and more importantly the experience to restore my baby to its former luster. They immediately deciphered the codes on the car to figure out exactly what they were dealing with. Matt took over when it arrived and updated me on each step of the process while working with the insurance company to make sure they understood this was a special car and it need to be fixed to Stuttgarts and Porches’ standards. They were great advocates and convinced the insurance company the repairs were going to be more significant than their estimate.When I picked it up, I inspected from every direction in full light for over 30 minutes. The body work and paint were absolutely flawless. I could not be happier…they did fantastic work and it’s still one of the most beautiful Porsches I have ever seen. Well Done Stuttgart!!! The quality of the paint job was very poor. I was very disappointed. There’s several specs of dirt in the clear coat which I pointed out and the shade of paint was a tad darker than the other panels (Midnight silver metallic). I can give them a pass on the color difference because I had a stealth clear bra on my whole car, even though they said color matching wouldn’t be a problem, but there’s really no excuse for several specs of dirt in the paint in several areas. Next time I’ll go to Tesla’s new service center’s body shop for a simple bumper replacement. They don’t try to match the color from I understand but instead just use the factory color. It would probably be cheaper too. .On the upside, Nick F. was great. Very patient with me being detailed and finding a time thats convenient for me. Tesla Model 3 rear bumper replacement. Stuttgart did a beautiful job repairing a big dent in the rocker panel of my Model 3 Tesla. Despite the long wait for parts from Tesla, and the need for additional parts since the damage was greater than originally estimated, they negotiated all payments from my insurance company, communicated with me along the way, and also finished the car in just about the same time as originally planned. Tim was very helpful in getting the car ready just before the Thanksgiving blizzard so my son could drive it out to me for the holiday, rather than me needing to make the extra 4 hour + roundtrip to Denver to pick up the car. I recommend them highly!

I just got my Tesla Model 3 Performance fixed at Stuttgart and they did a great job. The whole passenger side was either repaired or painted with both door shells replaced. The customer service is superb and communications have been great since day one. Nick F. was very helpful from the start. He even drove me to Enterprise when Enterprise stood me up. I would definitely take my car here again.

We took our Tesla Model 3 to Stuttgart Auto Body to have hail damage repaired. We were glad we decided to take our car here do to the high level of service and attention to detail. We worked with Nick F who is an excellent communicator and on top of all of the details we discussed. They performed all of the work and addressed any concerns within their planned time frame. They even topped off our electric charge so we were good to go! If you have any damage to your Tesla, I wouldnt think twice about taking your car anywhere else. We will be a client for life just for the customer service alone, but the excellent work and detail cant go unrecognized either.

Stuttgart Auto Body is the best. I have taken my Jaguar F-Pace to them various times for minor dents / scrapes to extensive hail damage. The level of customer service is A+. I had a great experience with Nick and Stuttgart Auto Body after my Model S took hail damage just a few days after I drove it home. Although body shops were clearly slammed in the aftermath of the storm, Stuttgart made setting up an inspection appointment easy and performed stellar service on the car once I dropped it off for repair (even handling a tire repair on a leak that developed on my way to drop it off). The car looks good as new. Hats off to these guys, their attention to detail, and their service. They made dealing with insurance a breeze and got my car back to me within their quoted window. I had significant damage to my 2015 Model S after a recent snowstorm. It took MONTHS to get parts from Tesla, and all during that time Stuttgart kept my car charged. The did a great job repairing my car, good as new. In case you dont know, caring for the battery in an electric car is crucial when its stored for months. I highly recommend Stuttgart!

Very customer experience oriented and easy to get a hold of. I worked mainly with Jonathan, who went above and beyond and had the experience to guide me through insurance / parts (I found out Tesla parts take forever to get). These guys are very busy so it requires a little follow up on occasion, but the overall service and quality of my Tesla repair was excellent!!

They worked hard to match my schedule, and to reduce the amount of time the vehicle was in the shop. Their relationship to Progressive is also good, which in turn helped move the process along. I was delighted to work with Matt after a beam fell off a truck and hit the bumper on my Tesla. He gave me a realistic timeline of when I would have my car back and worked with the insurance company so I didnt have any out of pocket expenses despite their higher labor rate for Teslas.

Went and checked out this place today because I had to drop off a girlfriend to get her car fix, somebody purposely scratched her door so it needed to be repaired.She said they do excellent work, the staff was friendly, and it was nice and clean, I need something done to my car I WOULD take it there to get paint repairs.

I received the best customer service from Matt at Stuttgart Auto Body before they even had my business. My car had been hit and needed repair. I was getting the run around from the Insurance Claims Department and Matt was so helpful at guiding me through this process, before I had even made an appointment with him. I am very pleased and would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I took my BMW M3 in for minor damages sustained from being rear ended. I worked with Nick F. who was extremely helpful from the start. He explained the entire process, kept me updated with communications with the insurance company and answered all of my questions promptly. I dropped my car off on 6/17 and picked it up on 7/16. The delays had to do with the insurance company and shipping issues that weren’t their fault. Stuttgart did a great job! You cannot tell that the bumper was replaced and the paint matches 100%. I would definitely recommend them!

This is the best shop in town IMHO. From quality of work to treatment of customers to attention to details, they cover all bases and they do that very professionally. I was mostly working with Johnathan and he was aways a pleasure to work with, even if there were delays in obtaining the parts (often problem with Tesla) or things were not going as planned. Five stars are not enough. I have had my 1960 Mercedes 190sl rejuvenated twice by Stuttgart. Several years ago, an accident caused by a drunk resulted in my insurance company totaling the car. The insurance company deducted the salvage value from the settlement, and I kept the car. After stripping the car inside and out, the only thing that arrived at Stuttgart (Denver) was a naked body and frame with wheels. Two months later it came home looking brand new, although it took me five years to put it back together! I finally got it on the road again last year, but my inattention resulted in an ugly dent in the right front fender. Stuttgart (Arvada) to the rescue again, and in short order it was looking like new. This is not a car that can be repaired by plugging in new panels. All the work Stuttgart did involve cutting out damage sections and welding in new or reshaping damaged metal to its original appearance. The paint work was flawless. These guys are amazing. When I picked up the car, I told John (the owner) that I really love their work, but I hoped it would be a long time before I saw him again. If your special car needs body work or painting, you can trust Stuttgart to do the repairs right.

After a horrible experience in a hit and run crash, I thought these people were being decent to me by waiting it out for the insurance company. Not the case. I SPECIFICALLy and said DO NOT release my car unless I was physically present. They released it anyway. NOW I have to fight with the company to get my car back Inept!Update: The person who responded is a pathological liar. I specifically called him to release the car but ONLY if I was physically there. When I called him out on it, he all of a sudden came up with I could have charged you 3K for storage Totally unprofessional and a liar. No one needed your help in locating my vehicle. You only threatened a 3K storage fee after you couldnt be man enough to admit your lie.

I originally took my car to Stuttgart for a scratch/ door dent repair and I dealt with Jonathan. I have nothing but good things to say about them.Jonathan was extremely helpful from the very start and his commmnication was great all the way through my repair.There was a slight issue with the way the door dried after the repair and Jonathan immediately put me into their loner car and fixed the issue.At a later date I stopped by to have them look at another scratch I had on my car. Jonathan buffed the scratch and even helped me with the touch up pen process.I would 100% recommend taking your car to Stuttgart. They do great work and they are great people.

I hit an elk with my Tesla (RIP elk), and the car needed extensive repair. Its hard to find body shops that can work on Teslas, but Stuttgart got us in pretty quickly. The repair did take a long time, but that was due to waiting for parts rather than a problem at the shop. Nick was my contact there, and he was great at communicating with both me and my insurance company. Just picked up the car a couple days ago, and it looks just like it did pre-elk. :) They even found an unrelated issue and reached out to see if we wanted that fixed while they were at it. Its never fun dealing with a wrecked car, but Stuttgart made it less painful. Thank you!

Worst service EVER. I have had my Mercedes Benz there for 2 and a half months and they keep telling up they will start work in 2 weeks. Called again yesterday and guess what, told they will START in 2 weeks! I have been flat out lied to when I was told 4 weeks max when I dropped off the car and treated like crap every time I call them out on it. Dale acts like I did them wrong just by trying to get a real ETA . The manager Matt has been no help at all either. Dont waist 4 months of your life working with this shop. Oh ya they said they would give us a loaner but they dont have any. What good does that do!?

25 years ago I had my Mercedes repaired at Stuttgart Auto Body in Englewood--hit a deer in a one week old Mercedes. I was very satisfied with the quality of workmanship. So when my SL550 suffered damage from a Ford SUV backing in to the front of my auto, I knew exactly where to go for the needed repairs. This when I first met Jonathan Mascarenas. He met me at the front door and walked me through the entire repair process. He made the necessary call with the insurance company, handled all the billing and invoice requirements of the insurance company, gave me a drop off date and estimated repair time-line, kept me informed on the progress and promptly called me when the car was ready to be picked up. A very smooth process from start to finish! I highly recommend Stuttgart and suggest you call Jonathan when you are ready to initiate the processes. You will not be disappointed.

ONE STAR! PLEASE READ... if you car about your CAR!! Dont let the name Stuttgart FOOL YOU.I took my Porsche 2008 911 Carrera S to STUTTGART (14k miles). It was referred to me by the dealerships in Denver and Colorado Springs. They were suppose to paint and replace the front bumper, realign all of the spacing around the car, blend paint and replace the protective film around the car. I got my tires changed at BIG O in Castle Pines....HUGE MISTAKE.Anyways, I dealt with Jess H. He tells me my car is ready. I show up and I examine my car. The small spaces between the bumper and hood and front quarter panels were not rubbing anymore...however they were not evenly spaced either. OK, I accept that once a car is messed up it wont be the same. Then, I see my rear taillight sticking out about a half inch from the alignment with rear hood. This I cant except. Jess then tells me that it cant be fixed that PORSCHE HAND CUTS EACH PANEL AND THEY ARE HAND ASSEMBLED, THE SPACES BETWEEN EACH PANEL ARE NEVER EVEN......THIS IS HOW ALL BRAND NEW PORCHES ARE! What??? My taillight is sticking out!! I tell him again that this is UNEXCEPTABLE. He then gets a mechanic. He unscrews the rear light, lines it up and screws it back in. FIXED. It took two minutes!! Then, I notice another inch gap between the bottom left front bumper and the quarter panel. I show it to JESS and the mechanic. The mechanic replies, No one told me to fix that. I didnt see it. Then Jess goes on another rant about how trying to fix that could mess up other gaps and its best left alone. Wait, I thought they specialized in FIXING high end CARS?? It was at the shop for OVER A MONTH....information wasnt even relayed to the mechanics on what needed to be fixed!!! Also, the protective film was replaced but it was hand cut and you could TELL!Side note: When they initially inspected my car, Jess said who painted your rear bumper? It a pretty bad job! My response, YOU GUYS DID JESS. YOU PAINTED IT LAST YEAR. Jess then back tracks and said that it doesnt matter who painted it, its going to be noticeable. Someone hit my parked car in 2014. To stuttgarts defense I couldnt tell, it looked good to me but he obviously noticed right away.Too sum it up, when I looked at the car I only saw flaws and I sold it. I would NEVER take my car here again. If you have a Porsche Please take it somewhere else. Somewhere where they dont take working on high end cars for granted and STAND BEHIND THERE WORK!! And Jess you think people would pay 130k for subpar assembly? I could tell he has used those BS lines more than once. Jess if people can afford to buy a Porsche they probably are not that stupid or gullible. HAPPY HUNTING GOOD CITIZENS.
