I cannot recommend this HVAC company enough. They responded promptly to my initial request. Answered all my questions throughout the process. Had the most reasonably priced options out of three companies we called for estimates, as well as provided more service for that reasonable price. They were on time for installation, did a great job of installing and keeping the area clean. We had new furnace and AC system installed. On top of it-the new system works great and is quite. We are very happy!

Highly recommend Gustafson. Mike came out and provided a detailed estimate and scope of work. Their crew showed up on time and they were very careful to not to make a mess. Tarps were put down to ensure everything was kept clean. Install went great, and I couldnt be more pleased with the workmanship. You cant go wrong doing business with Gustafson!

Snow was blocking an exhaust vent outside on Sunday night/early Monday. My furnace shut off. I called this HVAC company, who did work here about 5 years ago. A super professional man came through bad streets and tons of snow and fixed the issue within hours of my call. Great customer service. I highly recommend this company! Shout out to Tom Cooper! 😁

I called this morning because my heat was out on a cold, snowy morning. Jessica was able to get a technician, Jeremiah, to come by1pm. He is such a competent, nice young technician . They charged a reasonable price as well. I highly recommend this company!

Used them for AC install, great pricing and quality. Also contacted them for furnace issues with producing enough heat and cycling too often. Instead of a service call they suggested I inspect my HVAC filter, they informed me that some furnaces have issues with high efficiency filters (MERV 13). After I put the old filter back in all functioning as designed. Highly recommend Gustafson HVAC.

It started with the sale manager Mike. He was on time for our initial appointment to get an AC install (going from swamp cooler to AC). He walked us through what he was thinking, the size of unit we needed, location on the outside etc. Our house is 69 years young and the ducting was causing some issues. Mike explained his thoughts about best course to go. Unit pricing was in line with the competitors as well, but over all first impressions were key here. Mike was not just trying to sell us on something.Day of install was Friday the 22nd of January (I know AC in Colorados winter) the install team and Mike were parked outside waiting for the appointment time they were early. Both Mike and the installer walked us through again the plan with the duct work that needed done and what to expect.Back story here, we just had our furnace replaced by company X with a variable speed unit that always sounded like a jet engine. Problem one, company X never wired the furnace right from the start the fan was always blowing at the highest speed it could. Mike explained to us the problem with that and the thermostat they installed.Back to day of install, Mike came up with a solution that WAS going to cost us more money...oh crud he offered a solution to the fix with a new Thermostat that would handle the variable speed motor on our furnace at no charge....didnt expect that nor did we ask for that. He slash Gustafson did it on their own.We had to have a new duct done to our basement as well. The install Frankie not only did it but mad it nice and tight without taking the easy way out he took the time to route it so it didnt take up room in an already crowded spot.LONG story short, we cannot wait to try our new AC out this summer. We cannot recommend Gustafson enough. The whole team was very professional and they gained a new client for our HVAC needs. In our opinion you can not go wrong by hiring Gustafson!

Im a developer in the Greenwood Village area and have been using Gustafson Heating & Air Conditioning for a couple of years now on both remodels and new builds. They are fantastic. Pricing is great, they are quick to get the job done, and the installers are nice people to talk to and have on site. We have passed every HVAC inspection since we have started using them. I highly recommend them.Edited for grammar errors.Update: we did have a partial pass only on a recent inspection due to errors made by the previous builder. No one can guarantee to pass every inspection but I think these guys have the best track record for passing out of all our subs.

He stated that he has no record of neither my father nor myself reaching out. I did not look at my fathers call log, so its possible that he thought he called, but did not. We already received an air conditioning installed from another company, so we are set on that from. ORIGINAL REVIEW: My father initially called Gustafson Heating and Air Conditioning in search of air conditioning for his recently purchased home. He said he had originally gotten through to Gustafson, and they told him they would give him a call back, which didnt happen. He was feeling ill from the heat, and hes a senior, so I told him Id take over the duty of setting up service. I called Gustafson myself and left a message. It has now been over a week with no call back, no voice message. Nothing.

I am very very happy with Gustafsons. This company was recommended to me by an inspector, but Im not to keen on trusting a recommendation so called them and 4 other companies for new furnace and AC quotes. Not only did they quote me the best price they were very responsive always on time, even filled out the Xcell energy rebate form for me. I was beyond pleased with their service and products. Tom and team are great. AC has been down for a few days; I was trying to power through while waiting for the company that installed the system to come take a look at it. Long story short, Tom came out and although the full repair will take a little more work and time, he created a temporary solution to get AC again for the next few days. Leigh in the office was so understanding and kind - something that is rare to find. Highly recommend Gustafson for AC / heating needs.

Called and spoke with Jeremy and he was super helpful in narrowing my decision down for a humidifier install. Scheduling was a breeze with them and they were available to come the very next day. I appreciated that greatly. Dylan came early to install the humidifier and was super friendly, early and awesome! Great dude! Went through everything with me and was quick to get everything installed. I highly recommend. Will be using these guys in the future for sure.

We were VERY impressed with Gustafson. On a snowy Sunday our heater wasn’t working, and one of the owners himself (Tom) came right out to install a part so we had heat. Their level of customer service was beyond our expectations. We would highly recommend them!

Was trying to decide what company to go with for new furnace and central air conditioning installation. Called around to 6 different companies, Gustafson heating & ac was among the best price with the best available equipment (rheem, Bryant etc.) When Mike came out to our property in Aurora, co. He provided us with insight to the whole process that would be required. He also noticed the electrical panel only had room for one more slot which would have been the air conditioner, so he recommended we upgrade that as well. He was able to get us a quote for the whole project to include electrical panel replacement. Mike was able to have his guys work around my schedule because I had upcoming surgery. The lead project manager Hugo and Jacob were very helpful and knowledgeable, they did not mind taking time to answer any questions we had. They completed the furnace install/replacement in around 6 hours. They also removed all the old parts/pieces from the old furnace. Upon completion of the entire job, Hugo ensured the furnace was working as it should be and made sure we were aware how to operate the thermostat. The Air conditioner was put through many tests to ensure it would be running at peak performance throughout the summer. 2 days after completion of install of a/c, furnace and electrical panel. Aurora inspectors came out to our residence to make sure everything was done correctly and completely. The inspectors stated whoever did this for you did a really good job, I see no issues at all. Needless to say, I highly recommend Gustafson heating & AC to anyone in the market. These guys will make it worth your while. Mike thanks again for always keeping me in the loop about details and what was going on. You guys are awesome.

This is not the first time I have used Gustafson Heating and Air Conditioning and I just want to say how wonderful they are. I called at 6:30AM and then spoke to Leigh their office manager at about 8:00AM. At about 9:15 Christian showed up immediately diagnosed the problem and replaced the ignitor and my heat was back on before 10:00AM. Exceptional response and service. First rate quality service, fair and reasonable pricing, very professional.We had received 3 other bids and Gustafson was by far the most reasonable and responsive team. Mike supervised the team the whole time. Group of install guys were fantastic. Cleaned up everything, walked me thru operations of new furnace and air conditioner. Arrived on time, installed both furnace and air conditioning unit in about 6hrs. A+ recommendation and will have our business in the years to come.

We’ve been using Gustafson for 30 years since our 1st house in Highlands Ranch, we were happy with their service until the last 10 years....always something wrong with either one of our air condition units. Every year when we turn it on, we’ll think what’s gonna happen this time now! Surely, the new unit they replaced 5 years ago needs to be replaced again! We’re done with Gustafson! Our trust are gone and they are not reliable anymore! They just cannot get problems fixed once and for all ! Wonder if their technicians are certified!

We have been using Gustafson for many years and they have always been great! I called their 24 hour number yesterday - we had no heat! - Jeremy has done work for us over the years and called me within a short time. He determined that we needed a new blower fan. He gave me the option of coming out yesterday (Sunday) or this morning, we elected to tough it out until this morning. Jeremy called me early this morning and said that they got the part and Hugo was on the way. Hugo is a great technician who has been here before and had the unit repaired and heat on in less than an hour. They have done work for us including installing the HVAC when we finished our basement. It is my experience that they do exactly what they say they will do and they charge a fair price to do it - which is a pretty highly prized attribute for anyone these days. I highly recommended Gustafson. Thanks again guys!

After our 41 year old furnace died on a cold night, Gustafsons were out first thing the next morning to install a new furnace. The techs were fast, professional and clean. We love our new furnace and highly recommend Gustafsons!

We bought a new Rheem system in September 2018. I’m retired and I had plenty of time to get 6 proposals for our new HVAC system . My furnace and AC had reached 25 years of use. While doing research I found that a quality installation contractor is the most important single factor. The presentation, knowledge, and quality Rheem product Mike presented was superior to all others. The price was more than competitive. The installation of our new furnace and air conditioner was well done and the system is significantly quieter than our old system. We went with the 80% efficient 2 stage and variable speed fan. Mike recommended a unit of somewhat smaller BTU than our previous and as I write this its 25 degrees outside and the house is toasty in all rooms.I’m completely pleased with the service, quality, and price Gustafson furnished. I would definitely use them again.I suggest you talk with Mike before you commit to anything else. You might even save some money as we did!

Gustafson did a great job with our furnace and AC replacement. When our system started showing its age (noisy compressor, 1/2 broken condenser, etc.) they came and gave us estimate, did all of the measuring and planning to make sure the install went well.The install took less than the time estimated and was done for the exact amount we quoted. They even replaced our elderly condensate pump which wasnt part of the job.
