Quick and easy to file my taxes especially with 2020 being as crazy as it was. I even had a little issue with them being submitted to the state a few weeks later and the associate very politely had it corrected within the hour.

Near home and even though it was different the way they did things, my tax preparer from last year finished up my taxes and we had a good conversation.

Brenda Walsh is my associate, she is so great. The best at her job and so nice. Always helps me to get 1000 before Christmas. Helps to get the kids something nice. I become super dad. Keepnup the great work Brenda, and every one at HR Block elyria.

Ive used this service for years. Know the pandemic has everything a little messed up but when your told it should b only a 30 min wait and it is freezing cold outside and its been almost 2hours. It get to b a bit ridiculous. Probably will be using a different service from now on.

Their service was good but pricey, but the refund advance service came up short and for support for their emerald card advance product has you talking to someone in Manila, Philippines offering no help. Im likely going with turbo tax. Not really satisfied with H&R Block and wont be back. Just dont go there, use someone else.

I took my elderly parents here for help with their taxes. Susan was so very super-patient and friendly. She took all the time my parents needed to explain everything. I was really impressed with her attention to her customers. The other staff members there were very polite and helpful as well.

The last 2 years we have had our taxes done there we had nothing but trouble preparer messed up our taxes last year had to do an amendment to our taxes then gave us bad advice to change our w 4 to single and one and it cost us more money to get our taxes done then we are getting back. Ive been a life time customer and will never return to h&r block to do my taxes

I feel to many people want to give their opinions when they have a bad time somewhere, then when they have a good experience somewhere they dont say anything. I feel everyone at that store deserve someone to say how nice and helpful they were, they made me feel very welcome and made me laugh, they were really awesome.
