We had our taxes done here for the first time last year. Everything seemed great until we got a notice this year that we owe the state of Ohio $304 upon review of last years taxes. We contacted Lorain county tax service and upon review they admitted the software made a mistake. They refused to pay the difference even after acknowledging the error was completely theirs. Very unprofessional. We put our finances in someone their hands and they messed it up. I would not go here again.

This is a fantastic place, if you are going to any of those pop up tax places stop now and go see the great people here. They will save you lots of money

Tom is great! Great sense of humor and easy to work with. Keep up the good work. Whenever I call for a tax question the entire staff helps to get me the information I need asap. I have had issues with RITA and they took care of everything from faxing paper work and pulling my old files. !

This company has worked with my family for decades. They are very thorough and have always maximized our tax returns.
