I usually come here for an oil change and have a quick and pleasant experience. The guy today asked me some questions that I had no answers to. At first it rubbed me the wrong way. He then came back to go more in detail about the oil my car needed. Its close and inexpensive so I come here.

Driving through and needed to get my oil change. In an effort to support local businesses, I stopped at this local establishment. Two hours later and I am a rest stop trying to Jerry Rig my skid plate in place so I can get to my next job. As you can see from the picture, they didnt screw the plate back and it ended up in my radiator fan. I hope, for their sake, there is no further damage done. Frustrated, I called and the could have cared less.UPDATE: Story time, Skid plate ripped off my car going down 80/90 northern Indiana and I find myself on the side of the road again. It appears the skit plate was attached with 1/4 of the hardware that I drove into the shop with.Chris Smith, the manager at this location, is less than pleasurably to work with and I am unable to get a hold of the owner Sam Addas (SP).I will be taking legal action against them if they do not resolve this issue. Issue being, replace my skit plate and let me be on my way. I will take this down, as requested by the business, when this doesnt happen.Please note the number of 5 stars that appear after a bad review...

I had a good experience with the employees of this location. Theyre knowledgeable about my vehicle and gave me a suggestion to add a transmission fluid flush. I watched as the really dirty fluid was drained from my vehicle and Im very glad I said yes to doing it.😃

Went for a second time to get an oil change and just needed my oil topped off when I originally got the full synthetic high mileage which lasted longer than normal. They do a good job.

I faithfully get my oil change here. Love that they have a rewards card! Who doesnt love a free oil change? On top of getting fluids under the hood filled whenever needed. These guys always take good care of me when I come in :)

I have been taking my Ford F-150 there for over 2 years and came to realize they changed the oil but never the filter. I’ve taken past vehicles here as well and wonder if they ever changed the filter. My bills say oil filter complete. Wonder what that means? If you’re thinking you’re getting a complete oil and filter change, you’d better check. No longer taking my vehicles here.

One star too many...extremely poor service. Didnt perform any of the services that comes with a $42 oil change. Called to talk to manager and realize the manager was part of the team. He did offer a $5 off next service...but there will be no next service with me. I wanted him to tell me to come back so they can complete the job. I dont even know for sure if I received an oil change. If any one goes to Express Lane, make sure the weather is perfect or you will probably get short poor service...Just my opinion

Ridiculously quick - you dont even get out of the car, and no appointment was needed. Nice folks too - I went in the day after have surgery and they noticed and popped my hood without even asking me to try. Cost was around 45, though I dont think they ever check tire pressure like the prices say is included. Still cant beat the convenience.

Just stopped in, had me taken care of in less than 15 minutes. topped off my fluids and brought a gasket leak to my attention. these guys are very quick and extremely reasonable, 10/10 service

I had my oil change there. My car is leaking oil now. I went back to get it fixed, & it is still leaking. My car has never leaked until now. Not happy I have to take it somewhere else now to get it fixed. I will NEVER go there again!

If you get the right tech, or the manager the service is great! However, if the new or dont wanna be here guy performs the oil change you may have issues. Cross threaded my oil drain plug causing a slow leak and nessesitating a repair.

Was there this morning, the worse service I have ever received. The young man pouring oil text the whole time... on the form it claim he checked my tires etc... did nothing. I can’t find a customer service or anything I will contact the better business bureau and do what I can. I can’t even explain in words how bad it was !!! Will never ever go back and will make sure I make it known how horrible they are

I have a 2010 Lexus RX350. I JUST called and asked for the cost for a full synthetic blend oil change. The guy was rude, acted as if he didn’t want to be at work and said he couldn’t give me a cost without my vin number. I told him that he should be able to just check with the year and model. He said that he couldn’t. That was enough for me. I’ve never gone and based off my experience over the phone when trying to make an appointment, I will NEVER go!

So....I just got my oil changed 5 days ago and its Sunday so I take it to firestone bc castrol is closed. EXPRESS LANE PUNCTURED MY OLD OIL FILTER AND LEFT IT!!!!! COULD HAVE KILLED MY TRUCK!!!! dont think I can upload the image of old filter but, I do have it!!!

I came in for oil change and trans flush. They broke my trans line on my new truck. So I call them a day or so later to tell them I had to replace it because they broke it. The manager Chris told me I was mistaken they flush that thru the drain plug.they never touched the lines and hung up on me.long story short Chris the manager is a liar and very unskilled for his position as manager.I myself will never go back!!! And I personally think they should have to be certified to work on the cars

Went for a basic oil change and they ended up costing me over $200 for a new tire and rim for my van. Evidently one of the bozos put air in my tire and broke the valve stem. 2 miles down the road I find out that I have a flat tire. I called the shop and they didnt want to own the mistake. I would never give them another dime for their shabby work.

Today i took my crv to get first time oil change . And missing a cover after home. I go back the shop ask for my cover and the guy swear never made mistake. Now . Im feeling luckcy the oil cap not missing. And they really really not forget new engines oil .

I paid for a $32.95 oil change service and wasn’t asked what type of oil I wanted, was charged for my oil filter and no services were provided from the list if services that were entered as completed in my receipt (air pressure, fluid levels, filters. Etc.)Will not return unless someone reads this and reaches out to me. I had the black Jeep Wrangler.
