Our all time favorite tire shop. They are fast,reasonable and do good work. I can’t tell how many times road debris has punctured one of my tires and they always get me in. Just happened again and my wife said “Call Conrads!” I did and it got fixed.

Very professional staff and easy to explain work to be done. All problems handled and work was very satisfactory. Overall a great and wonderful experience.

It is one of the only places in town that has free air for your tires. Giant Eagle on East Bridge Street has free air but it never works. This is the place to go to fill up your tires for free. You will have to wait in line. I was eighth line today. But it was worth it because it is free.

Always get a second opinion. Was quoted 1200 dollars, Bruces was under 600. On the video, scott even diagnosed incorrectly and wanted parts replaced even though he himself said they werent broke. Do these guys work on honesty or commission?

You need to get rid of the sign that says walk ins welcome. Because evidently at this store they are not.

Went in to get a tire mounted. They where busy but where quick to get me in. They came out and ask me about the censor. I had them add that too. Over all great place to do business with.

The service was quick and professional when getting my new tires installed. I originally made my appointment online, and I got a call letting me know the tires I chose online were no longer in stock. The guy I spoke to on the phone was very friendly, and priced the cheapest tires to what I originally selected with no issues. The staff is very helpful and informative. They truly are looking out for your best interest when having your vehicle serviced (plus letting you of the things you may need serviced in the future).

I have become so disenchanted with Conrads service technicians. A simple oil change you cannot even get. At several different locations including downtown, which in use very often. I have been disrespected by the tone of voice this guy used on the phone. This had happened more than today. It happens just about every time I call. I am a long time customer of this company and am deciding to go to a competitor to get my service done. At one location in Rocky River I was on my way home from work to Elyria. I had encountered a flat on a tire that I had gotten from Conrads. I pulled in to get service and was told, we cannot get you in but you can go to Firestone to get it repaired. Lately I have been calling to get an oil change done, I am rudely told no, we cannot accommodate you. This is over several days. Needless to say, I think, after thousands of dollars of work Conrads has received from me, it will take an extraordinary event for me to even consider going to them ever again!

The store leader, Tony, is phenomenal! Very knowledgeable and professional, and always takes the time to explain the issue to you so you understand. Highly recommend this Conrads location!

I have bought my tires exclusively from Conrads and had my cars serviced at the downtown Elyria store for over 10 years. I have 4 cars and have spent a lot to maintain over the years. The store had high standards when Kevin ran the store and when Paul ran the store. They were both very professional and truly cared about maintaining my vehicles. I use this store because it is conveniently close to where I live. This store has declined rapidly since Paul left. Today I had 1 of my cars serviced there today. Oil change and tire rotation. I wasnt too sure about the tires since it is a car that my son drives and the car is usually in Columbus where he attends college so I dont have access to the car very often. I care that the car is safe. So I wanted to clarify some information on 2 tires that I bought about 3 months ago and how the older tires looked. The issue that I have is how Joe seemed put out by simple questions and really couldnt answer if the other tires had good tread on them. He just left me hanging without really helping. So I just walked away. I rely on good explanations so I know my son will be safe when he is away at college. I will not return to this store again.

These guys are awesome, Joe and the rest of the staff are very helpful. Went in for tires and received much more. Refreshments in the lobby/waiting area, it was warm in 30 degree weather. Magazines on the table to read and popcorn as a quick snack for all who wish. Service was fast and the inspected my elantra gave me recommendations for services. Prices are fair and services were fast all things considered .I will be returning for future services.

They saved me money!!!! They could have quietly sold me the tires I ordered, but they pointed out a coupon that I didnt know about and saved me 100 bucks!

Took my car in to get two new tires. Told me they couldnt get the lug nuts off and Id have to come back with a new set because they would get stripped. They also almost roasted my new clutch trying to get it in the garage. Told them that was the craziest thing Ive ever heard and left. Took my car to vans in north ridgeville and they put the tires on and gave me an alignment within an hour. Conrads obviously doesnt know what theyre doing in there.

I love the video they send to you for you to see what they see, many of times I wonder if other places even doing what they say. Felt very comfortable with Conrads fixing my car. Unlike A ok autos

Have always been very happy with there service, have bought tons of tires there, and have sent many family and my customers there. But very dissatisfied that if they have noticed 2 or 3 times a oil pan small leak, WHY would they not try to tighten it up, and if it leak the next time the could put a gasket on. Instead the wrote it on RO but did say a word. Some times a little extra thought for a good customer, goes a long way. Thanks Steve Moore

Fair price and fast service for new tires as I was a walk in customer. Fast service on tire rotation. However I am NOT happy with finish being scraped on my rims. This type of painted rim is very common and they should know how to change tires without scraping the rims.

Been bringing my vehicles here for years. They have never pushed me to do work not necessary, told me what issues there were, all options available to me and explained to me in non techie terms what was wrong with the vehicle. Prices are very reasonable and I like the fact they point out any coupons I may not know about.

You make an appointment and still wait one and a half hours to have tires rotated and slow tire leak fixed.

They worked me in quickly and are thorough and knowledgeable. Pricing is what it is but Im satisfied with the work.

My car takes synthetic oil and other places wanted to charge more because of that for a oil change, but Conrads still just charged regular oil change price! Thanks guys! 😊

They dont try to bamboozle me with mechanic lingo that I dont understand, and are transparent with me about what issues need to be addressed first.They worked really hard to essentially rebuild my car, and tried their hardest to get it done under budget and on time.I highly recommend this Condrads, and Ill keep going here for regular maintenance. Have had oil changes, tire rotations and alignments performed at this location over the last couple years. They hold to their appointments and have never had a problem with their work. They identify issues they find and quote repairs without being pushy. Nice store.May 2019. Had a new set of tires installed. During the preliminary inspection, the tech found a bad lower ball joint which would make a good wheel alignment impossible and ultimately ruin the tires. Wasnt planning on that expense but glad it was found and corrected. Another fair and thorough job.August 2019. Had my 2010 Dodge Journey in for an oil change. As usual, it was completed promptly and correctly at a fair price followed up with a summary from Store Leader, Tony, regarding any concerns identified during the service appointment. Consistently great service!January 2020. My 2010 Dodge Journey was in for an oil change and complimentary tire rotation, inspection and alignment check. Service was completed in a timely manner with no problems found at this time. Conrad’s Rewards coupon covered the oil change! Nice! Always thorough and great shop!

I have been a customer of Conrad’s for years and have, until today, had excellent service. However, after today’s experience I will no longer promote Conrad’s. The customer service today was terrible. I had scheduled today’s appointment last week, arrived 10 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment and apparently, this appointment was quite an inconvenience to the man at the front desk.Rude, rude, rude, rude.

Just got got my first oil change at Conrads on Broad St in Elyria. I booked my appointment online only two hours earlier. I checked in and got a written estimate before work began. They took my car back immediately. Unfortunately, i did not allow enough time for their excellent basic package which includes tire rotation and a full service check up. I only expected a quickie oil change. When I told them i had scheduled another appointment and needed to get out of there, the service rep actually RAN back to the garage and put a rush on it. And the whole thing cost me $29 including tax! Outstanding customer service, a great price, convenient - Im a Conrads fan!

Called at 1:30 for oil change and exhaust inspection, picked up my car before 5 with new muffler :) Experience was smooth and professional.

New management at Conrads and service reflects their desire to please the customer. I scheduled a replacement of two tires for my father-in-laws truck. The tires were supposed to be in the next day and we went in for installation. The tires were unavailable so they gave us the next level up tires at the same cost. Time to get in and get out was reasonable considering how busy they were. The waiting area was clean. Fresh popcorn and soda were provided at no cost. Based on this experience I am taking more business there next week as my Flex is going in for four new tires. I called and asked for a price match compared to Tire Rack which wasnt really fair since their price didnt include mounting/balancing/rotation not to mention the shipping. So far my experience with Conrads has been very positive. Sorry Sams Club.

Joe is back! I previously had a problem at the Conrads in downtown Elyria because they had a big change in personnel. However, I tried going back today for a tire rotation and front-end alignment, and was pleasantly surprised to find the Joe was back. Everything went great. However, the last time I went to the Midway Mall store for an alignment and they provided me with a short online video explaining my alignment and showing the before and after settings. I didnt receive one this time. Hmm.

They are very polite they gave me straight forward information about my vehicle they weren’t too pricey and waiting area looks nice 👍

(05/06/19)Stopped in yesterday immediately after brakes began grinding. Was told all four calipers were shot, and I needed all new rotors, and pads as well.They quoted a price of just under $1,400.00.I had the car towed home. And took it to another shop. Calipers were not shot, and only the front pads, and rotors needed replaced.Total cost of repair at other shop...$208.00!Yes $1,200.00 less than Conrads quote.Talk about your repair shop scams!

Rotated and balanced my pickup truck tires for free. This eliminated vibration in the steering and quieted the road noise tremendously.

The service was timely but I thought the markup on parts were outrageous. I understand a company making a profit but they doubled the cost of my fuel pump!!

Handled the warranty issue flawlessly with prevously purchased set of Michelin tires. For those that may run into the same issue, be sure to have your tire rotation records on hand. Makes the process go smooth.

Came in to get my transmission looked at here. After a 45 minutes they came back with $5,000 worth of repairs. One being my front breaks which had been replaced the prior week, my exhaust was completely rotted. When I just had exhaust work done a month ago, serpentine belt which is less than 6 months old. The kicker being that all that was wrong with my transmission was it being out of fluid..will never return here nor recommend people here. These people are just incompetent at best.

Well I started off a Monday with a flat tire. It ended up sitting in front of their inflation machine. I called and spoke to an Adam. He got the ball rolling for me. They didnt have my tire in stock but they got it brought to them quickly. I waited approximately a half hour once the tire arrived and it was done. Another great experience with Conrads!

Took truck in for oil changr and diagnostic check. The diagnostic was $107.99 but when they couldnt find a problem they did not charge me for it. I was overwhelmed ny their generosity. They earned my business.

Had to get my engine replaced. Had two other opinions besides Conrad’s. Conrads was honest and reliable from the start and got us the best deal and best engine to replace the bad one with. I 100% recommend Conrad’s in Elyria, OH. Joe is the best!
