Reservation online was ready early for pickup. Customer service was good and very courteous. I recommend that you go online to make your reservation because you are in and out faster. There are worse places you can go to get a rental car. This place was very accommodating and professional. When you need a rental come to this one because its out of the way and they have inventory of cars. You dont have to listen to me but if you dont youll be wrong...!

Make sure you get a key to unlock the hitch id you rent a trick for towing. By the time I was able to hook up the trailer, I found that the pin was locked in the hitch receiver. No way to hook up the trailer and I was told I couldnt get a key until Monday! This was at 12:30 on Saturday. Demanded a refund because Uhaul actually solved my problem with a rental from them for less money! Well see if I actually get my money back.

Excellent. Customer service. Quick check in/out. The van I reserved was unavailable an out for an oil change, but offered a similar product for same price. Hours may be inconvenient for some as Saturday hours are only from 9-12.. overall, I would recommend.

I think the Guy was full of s#@* asked for quote on a one way Rental. It sounded like he drummed his finger on the desk, fluttered a whole bunch of papers, then said Nope we dont have one till August. Really!!!When I called a different Enterprise the Guy told me they DONT DO ONE WAY RENTALS. Please just go home.
