My daughter was happy with her pedicure so I have more stars but my technician cut my big toe too much and I ended up bleeding. Before I noticed what happened my foot was in the water again and I didn’t have a chance to have her stop. Now I have a nice pedicure and a clear gash across the cuticle of my big toe which is a bit painful and ugly. I’m sensitive though so if I did actually go back I’d tell them to be gentle like they were with my daughter.

Nice ladies but the acrylics are aweful, terrible nail art and they dont have any jewels . They also dont know how paint the entire nail. Never going back! I should have looked at the reviews before I went.

The massage spa pedicure was $25 and fabulous. They massage your feet and lower legs for about 5 minutes. The massage chairs appear to be newer and are actually very comfortable and recline. The place is very clean and the ladies are very nice. My niece had a full set gel no chip which came out beautiful. Ill definitely be returning with my nieces. I highly recommend this place. They also accept credit cards. They insisted on tips being cash, which I completely understand, so Im not sure if tips could be put on credit cards if pushed. Im so glad we found this place!

They are extremely rude... I called and made an appointment for three people..... only to show up and the only had to chairs available. On top of that they did not apologize but chose to ignore me... They spoke very rudely to me as well!!

My first time was a good experience. My second time, I called before I came in, and told them what I needed done, they told me to come on in. I got a pedicure and polish on my nails. The lady that gave me the services was great. A lady worker said in Vietnamese that the nail color I chose was ugly. As I was getting my nails polished, they started getting ready to close. Sitting waiting for my nails to dry, another lady told me that my nails were dry and that I was good to go. They weren’t dry at all. Went on vacation with messed up fingernail polish on all 10 fingers. You shouldn’t have told me to come on in if you knew there wasn’t going to be enough time for my nails to dry.

First time and loved it. The tech did an amazing job. Will recommend 😊

Always call ahead is by only tip. They are a great set of ladies who take their time with whatever service youre receiving.

The google reviews are 6 or 7 years ago. They are getting a bum rap. My daughter and I have been going to Passions for at least 5 years and we keep coming back. Why? It is fast, no nonsense and they do a good job. I get the No-Chip and they do a great job on that. Try it out.If you are looking for a relaxing spa setting with music and special pampering this is not for you.

Yes, a little rude and not fluent in English .....I’ll give you that ! I received a mani - pedi that was worth it’s weight in gold at an outstanding price to boot ! Got my eyebrows done, very fast and professional! The woman who did them was nice!

This salon is okay.. 4 of my nails looked like they were grown out for a week already the day I got them done, so only a few days later it looks like I needed to have them done again. I am not happy about that. Oh also, I had a couple questions & none of the girls spoke English enough to know what I was talking about, which was a negative. I probably won’t be going back.

I love this nail salon, they are always kind to me and always have time to see me. Not sure what happened with these other reviews.
