If uhaul tries to send you here, call uhaul and ask to go to either CHOJNACKI AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR 12571 MCKINLEY HWY or Uhaul on Lincolnway instead. This place, Motorsport on Nappanne St, is sketchy AF. I arrived at noon and there was no one there and they did not answer the phone. After an hour, a uhaul represenative was able to contact someone and they said the truck has the keys in it. We looked around the back of the building and there were 2 uhaul trucks blocked in by various broken down vehicles. I tried all doors, with pepper spray in hand, and they were all locked. When I called the Uhaul rep back, they said someone would be there in 2 hours. So, i waited out front. A gentlemen pulled and asked what we needed and we told him a uhaul truck. He said someone would be there in 30 min. So we waited. I owed the uhaul movers $260 for sitting outside my apartment waiting for me, while I waited for someone to show up. When 3:05 arrived and no business owner or employees showed up, I had to reschedule the entire move and get a truck elsewhere. Uhaul did end up giving me a discount in attempt to make it right. But this place scared me. I dont know who owns it or what their circumstances are, but it was a major inconvenience. I had to reschedule my entire move because of them. I pray they will resolve their issues and begin serving the public.
