Great location with great people. H&R Block charges more to do your taxes than other competitors. I wish they would bring down their price.

Amended some taxes in JANUARY, said that they would call me back if they needed more information and bundled some of my amended taxes to help with the price. Called me back 2 days before tax season is done, said that she thought she called me a couple times and left messages (definitely did not because I never delete voicemails and I never got the phone calls) and tried to unbundle my taxes also. Gave her the info, she said to come in the next day, because she will do them that night, to pick them up at the front desk. Came in next day in the afternoon and none of it was ready. Had to sit around for an hour. HR Block isnt horrible but this branch is absolutely horrible.

I got in and out with reasonable timing, and the agent was very nice and understanding..

The lady that works there is extremely rude and she stole money off of my gift cards I checked my Starbucks gift card before I went there and it had 25 dollars on it witch is the Lowest amount they can accept on a gift card?? And she went and told me I only had 5 dollars on it?! So she stole 20 dollars from my gift card.
