We set an appointment. When we got there he wasnt there. We waited and when he showed up his internet was not working so we left and came back. Still no internet. Went back a third time with appt. Still no internet. He seemed distracted the whole time. No very professional at all.

Horrible, Liar Told Biz Taxes filed ontime, got a letter from the IRS saying LATE with a huge fine. He stopped taking calls. I am suing him

Awful!!! Do not use them!! They took three weeks past the date they told me it would be done! They have multiple people working on your PRIVATE taxes and no one knows what is going on with your taxes. They told me a total of six times (I had to call over and over. No one called me). Never once did they return my calls. Never called when they were done. Never called when taxes were returned because they put my sons name in wrong! Very unprofessional. Its all about how many people they can get money from even if it means not getting them done on time and doing them wrong! Horrible experience. Didnt even reduce the fees due to their lack of professionalism. Awful. Never again. 0 stars if I could.

Horrible. Do not go here. They put my birthday in wrong, and didnt even call me to tell me they came back and there was a mistake. Then when I called and figure it out and had them fix it and send it back they told me it would only take a week and a half. Its been 2 months since I first filed and still dont have my money!
