I have been transferred 3 times and LITERALLY ON HOLD FOR 1 hour and TWENTY MINUTES!!!!!!! No freaking joke people. I called to cancel and no one will help me!! I tried online again, no one will help, I have to call. the people dont care.. They are taking away service and charging more. I am so angry there are no words... in what world do you keep a customer on the phone for an hour and a half seeings how I am still on hold as we speak!!! not only that my trash was not picked up this week and they tried to tell me I didnt take my trash out to the curb... what a joke!!!!
They are the best! Consistent, friendly, helpful, and competitive. One less thing to worry about!
Working here as a temp. Were not allowed to use the breakroom or restroom, if you dont have a car you have to stand outside in rain or snow. Also the way they talk to you is unprofessional.
