Very barebones, lazy service. Didn’t pick up empty boxes next to garbage can. Got much higher quality service when I lived in Goshen.

I just followed an Allied Waste Truck down SR 120 in Elkhart. I couldn’t believe the amount of trash blowing off the top of the vehicle. I was appalled!

Had been using them for 13 years. Service is so bad now we have to change. Everything from breaking our containers making them unusable and having to wait weeks for replacement to not taking additional boxes sitting outside of containers (they use to offer for additional charge).

Dont even pick our trash up been fighting 3 weeks now for someone to come get our trash why offer service if you dont do your job

You have service and pay quarterly, then set an extra bag out and they send you an extra bill with an additional fuel surcharge of 2.95. They would also empty the bin and spill trash on the street, and they just leave it there.
