We had stripes put on our car and after only six months they started peeling off. Tried stopping by the business three or four times and they were always closed so we finally called them and they gave us the runaround saying they didn’t know which person in their shop put them on. Will not go back to them at all for anything poor quality poor service

They installed a remote start in my car tbh had some issues even had to return like 3 times to get it right. I found it frustrating for the price all the extra time and effort had to put into getting a product they installed to work properly...however they did make it right. Staff generally friendly. I dont know if I would use services again or not. I even recommend them to a family member for auto detailing after my mom passed away. The did decent but didnt wow me and car still had odor of my mom...

They did a good job tinting 3 cars for me and my sons. I only question their pricing. 2 cars were the same price, and had the 3rd done 4 weeks after the last one and was charged $40 more with very little explanation. Didnt make much sense.

They were late to pickup my vehicle and quoted me wrong for a hitch install. They had a “mix up” in the schedule. When the vehicle was returned they had my speakers full blast (which isnt fun to start the morning at 3:30 am) and my settings changed. Received a call from them and they asked, “ is mommy or daddy home?” . Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

I was referred to Gem by a friend of mine and I had them tint my 1992 Mazda Miata and it turned out great. They picked my car up and brought it back. They did it quickly but it looked amazing when it was all done. Very fair price and awesome customer service. I would totally recommend them to anyone!

I had placed my order over a month ago with a gentleman by the name of Don. He originally told me that my order would be here in a couple of days. Then it was a couple of weeks. To make a long story short. 6 weeks later I got the wrong order. Something that was never even discussed with me or brought up until today. I accepted because I wasnt waiting any longer. I wont be going back and I just hope that he doesnt treat all his clients like this.

Got my car detailed but Im the days after I discovered a few spots the missed and they used this horrible ultra shinny dash cleaner, the reflection on my windshield made it almost impossible to drive during the day time. Over all Im satisfied

I bought a used 2019 Ford F150 and wanted to put some add-ons on to it and extend the life of the truck. I was sent here by a major Ford dealership as Gems does all of their add-ons. Gems installed a Bullet Liner, Hitch, 7 way wiring, LED headlights, rustproofing with spray on, runner, and installed plates and cleats. Everything looks absolutely amazing! They got me in quick and were extremely responsive and professional. Lifetime warranty on the truxedo, rustproofing and spray in liner.

Fairly priced, quick and phenomenal job. Very pleased!I recently had my windows tinted my Gem. I’ve been to many places for window tint and they did a great job. I had some bubbles longer than I am accustomed to, and they offered for me to come back in and replace them, but the bubbles went away after about 7 days.

The real test of a dealers integrity is when things dont go as planned.Installed a cruise control on my 08 Hyundai Accent. Didnt work right. It hunted for the right speed, up and down. Throttle stuck. They relocated the control box. They replaced the cruise control. They worked at it for four visits until it was right. I am delighted with them.

We arranged to have our windows tinted on our 2018 Malibu through the dealership we purchased our car from. They contracted Gem to do the work. When they brought our car back out we noticed large pieces of debris between the tint and windows. We asked to talk with the technician who did the install and we were told he already left. The dealership then contacted Gem about our complaints and they were told to tell us thats the way its supposed to look. We contacted Gem ourselves and set up an appointment for them to inspect their own work for five days after the install. Gem told us they stood behind their work 100%. On the day of the appointment we called to verify they would be coming out and they acted like they had no idea what we were talking about. Then they told us they had a major equipment breakdown and would call us right back. Still waiting on that call. If they cant do the work right the first time and refuse to even acknowledge their mistakes and back their own work then they shouldnt be in business.

In 2014 I had a popup camper top that I rebuilt from scratch covered in their truck bed liner material. They covered it in white and did an excellent job and it looks really good!!! They are awesome people and do a very good job. I will always travel to have them do work for me.

I took a company truck there that had a roll in bedliner installed, and was seriously messed up. They were able to get it right in, fix the mess and left a nice non slip heavy spray in liner. Great prices especially for fixing what someone else screwed up.
