My Husband Mark and I had a window tint put on our 2022 Prius 2 weeks ago. I took it back today to have them look at some imperfections. Several small bubbles, a wrinkle on passenger window and some other places where there were pieces of lint under tint that I found un acceptable, I asked the Gentleman that was looking at the things I was pointing out if I could speak to the owner, he then told me that he was one of the owners. I was told that without a dust free environment they can not guarantee any perfection, and if I stand back from the car and look at it I wouldnt notice the things I was pointing out, is this really something that an owner would say? I was not asking for perfect only what I thought was acceptable, and this was not, maybe some small bubbles but the wrinkle?? Then I was told that it was because it was dark (20%) that is why things show. We had them do other vehicles in the past with the same tint and they were and still are great looking. Then I was told that if it was stripped and re done that he couldnt guarantee perfection. He said that he would be willing to strip it off and refund money. Im not in this for money back I just want what I think anyone wants and thats acceptable work for the money you paid. If wanting a tint on your vehicle I would suggest looking elsewhere

I paid to have an auto starter installed which they did but the car starts when I use my original key fob lock-door button as well as the as the auto fob.. I also paid to have the inside of the car detailed which was $150+ and the only thing they did was wipe my dashboard and vacuum the entire car. There was dirt all over and around the gear shift and in the cup holders and every time I auto start the car white granules shoot out the vents. Normally they have done great in the past but this left a lot to be desired when you’ve spent $630 for a service.

Imagine a minivan with a four year old and a 10 year old (+friends) hauling a camper and camping every other weekend for 4 years. I drive a trash truck and go to the landfill every single day I know a bad looks like what trashed out looks like our minivan was a landfill. After one day at Ziebart it looks like it did the day we bought it off the showroom floor. They will be doing an interior detailing on our minivan easily twice a year now.

Highly recommend. Great customer service. Looked out for me when last minute changes happened. Will be taking future cars there

Got my truck rustproofed last week and was supposed to get running boards put on today. The running boards we ordered didnt fit my truck (no fault of Ziebart). Cory offered to contact the vendor and swap for boards or brackets that will fit. Very professional and thorough. Also noted more than normal surface rust on the undercarriage of the truck and took the extra step to remedy that prior to rustproofing, at no extra cost. Would highly recommend!

Corey was very knowledgable and helpful when describing their services before I came in. We decided to come to them for underbody rust-proofing and sound-proofing, and exterior paint protection. The outcome was much better than expected. The exterior paint shines better than new. The underside looks well protected, and does not have the overpowering odor that we have experienced with underbody rust-proofing in the past. They took the time to walk around the car with us and explain everything in a lot of detail. They also took special care to avoid strongly coating some areas of the underbody where aftermarket accessories were installed. Would recommend to anyone looking to apply protection to their vehicle. We came from an hour away, and would do the same again for the results that they provided.

I have a 2013 Ram 2500. As Ram owners know, these trucks have a bad history of rusting. So as soon as I took ownership of it, I had Ziebart spray the undercoating on it. I only maintained it for every year after that for 2 years till I moved out of the year.Seven years and over 90,000 miles since my last treatment, no rust. Not a spec. I know this because my truck is in the shop getting some body work done. The pickup bed is off and you can see everything. The body shop guys were flabbergasted that there is not a spec of rust. They said the undercoating was the single best aftermarket improvement that was worth its weight in gold. Thank you Ziebart Elkhart. Excellent job!!

Had my 2016 Toyota Tacoma detailed on the inside. Let me just tell you, it looks phenomenal! I work with metal, and had shavings all over the place, a coke stain on the seat, and it’s completely gone! They definitely pay attention to detail and appreciate the job they do. Got the premium rust protection undercoating. Quite a bit of overspray body of the truck, which wasn’t a huge deal but not easy to clean off. Several missed spots, and instead of cleaning the frame off before spraying, they sprayed over chunks of mud which came off easily, leaving bare spots.

I had a spray in bed liner put in my new 2017 truck. I admit I had very high expectations but they didnt even come close.The sales guy answered all my questions and told me exactly what I wanted to hear. Turned out he was just a mouth piece. The guy doing the work just did what he felt best and none of what I requested. I far as I can tell his 30 years of experience was more like 30 years of cutting corners.It was bad enough that they left part of the tailgate undone, yes they just didnt do it, the coating has started bubbling. I did take it back but they acted like it was my fault. They did try to fix it but its very noticeable. They wouldnt do anything about the tailgate. They told me they do all trucks that way. Since having the first bubble repaired more have popped up.The guy told me it may have happened because the weather was cool. I told him maybe he shouldnt spray liners when its cool. Come on.I feel like they have ruined my new truck and theres nothing I can do to fix it.Hugh disappointment. Take your business elsewhere.

The paint was oxidized with swirls and they brought it back from the dead to looking as if it was just off the showroom floor. Took my car in expecting them not to be able to do much with all the scratches from my kids and they surpassed my expectations. They went above and beyond with great customer service.

I took my car there today and wasnt happy at all with it. It smelled clean and you could tell they wiped it down but my seat didnt look clean at all nothing looked different with it it was almost like they never shampooed them not saying they didnt just how it look.

I have been told that all Ziebart Dealers do good work. I only know the work of one other local dealer, and Ziebart-Elkhart stands out, to me, as the best of the best!!Customer Service and Quality of work is outstanding!!Check out their Facebook page for the pictures of my three trucks (10/23/2017), with the new Ceramic Z-Gloss Paint Coating…especially the 18 year old, (2000) Silverado, that now very deeply shines better than new. I feel that I can reach right into the paint because the shine is so deep.They undercoated all three trucks (one was major touch-up from another dealers work) and did an excellent, excellent job. Elkhart applied a spray on bed liner on one that looks better than the factory liner on the other newer truck.I highly recommend Ziebart-Elkhart!!
