I went here for an oil change and personally wouldnt go anywhere else the crew there was fast and friendly and dont forget the car wash that comes with it. I got the oil changed and the car washed in less then 15 minutes for a reasonable price. Even with the construction going on the facility looked rather well kept. I will be back.

I have the monthly car wash deal and I love it,, always in and out.. Only thing I wish they did was have a person spray the front/back before going threw wash... Oil change was done good and pretty fast.

There was 1 young man working who openly expressed how short staffed and behind he was, a line around the building, close to closing time and I had to get to work. The monthly deal cant be beat. I still go to Rocket once a month to get the inside done with the new car scent and a vacuum.. but my daily weekly is drive & shine. In amd out fast. Like a machine.

1st time going. My car was disgusting from time from Maine. Car looked great. 19 bucks basic wash not bad.

I understand you have a satisfaction guarantee on car washes. How many washes would it take to clean the front and back of car that nothing touches. One chance is enough. $20 to wash the sides and top then go home and wash the rest,,,,after I put it inside to melt all the frozen soap suds left behind. Had to wash front, rear, wheels, rocker panels and mirrors. Try using a little water it works wonders.

Nice clean job. Recommend getting the pass. Definitely worth it.

This Drive & Shine is one of the best. Being one of the newest places gives them an advantage of technology. Since I have a Club Cab truck I want a great wash with the underbody clean also. One minor hitch though; their blower drying at the tailgate does not completely dry, as in all Drive & Shines. This is such a minor inconvenience that the 5 star rating still stands.

Staff here is always friendly and very helpful. The car wash is decent except after paying for a “ruby” wash I should t have to stop right away and wipe down the entire back of my vehicle. The car wash doesn’t do a good job washing or drying the back. This isn’t just the elkhart location but all drive and shines.

Mirror always hits on the exit wall. I have a 2500hd Silverado with tow mirrors. Have to fold mirrors in and hope they dont get pulled out.

I called ahead to see if they did with oil changes on diesel dually pickup trucks watch out. I was surprised to find a great price so decided to give them a try. I stopped in and they were very knowledgeable and change my oil in about 15 minutes. Excellent service from all the employees!

So first I want to say this....Drive and Shine off Cass in Elkhart has always been clean, quick, and employees very professional. I always get smiles when I pull up and friendly attitudes. Im always very happy with that.I paid for an oil change that was performed in just about 10 to 15 min at a rate that was comparable to every other shop around. I was very happy with this service. Included in this service was a ruby car wash which retails for $25 for free that was included in the oil change. Once out of the car wash I noticed my tailgate had not even been touched by the machinery. The center of my grill in the front had also not been touched leaving a dirty look in both places. I didnt realize this until I got home and unfortunately I live far enough away that the drive back isnt worth it. Ill just have to fix it myself. My intent here is not to bash Drive & Shine as I do believe they mean well but to inform others that the $25 wash is not worth the money, hassle, and drive.

I have a small rust spot on my truck and they denied me immediately and said ThE oPeN rUsT sPoT cAn DaMaGe OuR eQuIpMeNt when every other place will accept the truck. And when was the last time you saw a regular car pre 2010 without any rust. I recommend anywhere else but here.

10 min oil change in and out in 10 min i did this on my 30 min lunch when I left there still had 20 to enjoy my lunch I recommend this to any one they are nice and get the job done they do all kinds of work .

Drain plug was not fastened all the way. Never topped off fluids like they are supposed to. Im surprised they even did the oil change, never checked tire pressure like they are supposed to. Highly recommend not going to this location. Waste of a 100$

Car Wash went down for 10 minutes waited finished washing my car

I drove down from Michigan and sat in line for 15 minutes waiting to get full service cleaning. When it was finally my turn I find out they were only doing exterior. I could have stayed in Michigan and gotten exterior cleaned for less $$.

Basic vehicle wash is only $20 a month and you can wash your vehicle every day if you want to.

We almost always have a great experience at drive n shine. last night i hit a deer on my way home from work, this morning i took the car in to get washed because well ya know. I called ahead of time bc my light in the front is now cracked and i was scared itd get worse but they(Kyle) made sure the car was cleaned and not given any further damage and was so patient about everything! Im so grateful. Like i said almost always a wonderful experience

Drive & Shine is a pretty good shop to get your oil change and car wash. I go here typically for convenience as I’m usually in and out within 20 minutes, max. I’d recommend it for convenience, but with that comes cost. You can definitely get an oil change for cheaper...so it’s up to you to decide...what’s more valuable, your time or your money?Oil change comes with a car wash as an added perk!

Im sure the car wash is fine but dont get an oil change here. Ever. The employee who changed my oil put the wrong oil in at first and I caught it so they had to change it. I thought everything was fine, drove a half hour home, open my hood and the fill cap for my transmission fluid is missing. They lost the cap for my transmission fluid. Im hoping this doesnt ruin my car but only time will tell.

The 19 location is never open so i call to kindly ask if its going to open back up and I get told to just cancel my membership if I dont like it.also started to check reviews online due to this and found out they have been rated worst car wash in the michiana area after a local news station did a multi point inspection. Do your research before thinking twice about coming here.
