Even though I live and work in Indianapolis Mr. Mulroy makes sure to contact me regularly for updates and questions. As to why with Mr. Mulroy when I live so far away, his was the closest office when I established my policies so even though there are now offices in Indianapolis I don;t really see a reason change who works with me.

Any questions are answered quickly. Pat works with me to keep our rates low. We have saved a lot of money compared to when we had State Farm.

Pat Mulroy has always been there for us and it has been a pleasure working with him. He always keeps in touch. We had a problem yesterday though. We were involved in a collision and were unable to contact anyone since it happened on a Saturday. We were directed to an after hours Allstate number after calling Pats number but they just told us to call back during normal business hours. Our car had been towed and we needed to have arrangements made for a rental car to get us home. Fortunately our son was able to step in and help.

Mr. MULROY is awesome. He got me set up with my auto policy after hours because thats the only time i could do it. Only down side i had is i kept getting emails about something for my safe driver discount you plug in. But it never came or was taken off my porch.
