I’ve called in a handful of times to try and get a meeting with mr Palmer and get my autos quoted. I never get a callback to setup an appointment. I was referred by a church member but honestly after doing some digging on this agent it doesn’t align with my morals to work with a business who’s owner has domestic battery charge as recent as a month ago.

Savannah was extremely helpful with walking me through the claim process and helping me understand my policies!

I used to have State Farm insurance about 8 years ago, but they dropped me when I got ONE speeding ticket. Mind you, I had insurance with them for about 3 years continuously before that. I have had many different insurance companies since then and did not really like nor dislike them, nothing set them apart. Well, I decided to try and go back to State Farm for the many different services that they offer, many more since I first began with them, and I am SO glad I did! I contacted agent Justin, whom I had heard about from a friend of mine. I told him what I was looking for (auto + renters), what I was paying currently, etc.. He was VERY helpful & did not try to oversell me with things I didnt need. He actually helped me to piece together what I should have more coverage on and what wasnt necessary for what I was needing. Bottom line, I am VERY pleased with the customer first attitude he has and he got me a better rate than my other insurances. A++ :D

I’ve been in the office a few times and always have a great experience with Whoever we deal with. Today me and my wife dealt with Justin himself and he’s really carrying about his clients and wants the best for them I can really say he made us feel more than just a client and more like a family member he opened our eyes about a lot of stuff that we haven’t even considered doing yet because of being so young. After purchasing a home we spent all most a week uninsured, we were essentially told by progressive (1800 number) that we were uninsurable because we didnt have a policy lined up the day of closing, state farm, all state, us at progressive, the big companies wont be able to insure you because of the lapse in insurance, youll have to use xXxX companyI contacted Palmer state farm in a panic, they took care of everything, progressive lost our auto and rv insurance business today as well. I realized, even if it were to cost a few bucks more, having someone local to contact when in a panic is totally worth the peace of mind. Thank you Palmer State Farm for getting our policies in order!
