I’ve been coming here for almost a decade now and they’ve always made the experience as easy going as possible. Never a long wait. Never an error in communication or trouble of any kind. I just went in to ask for updated insurance coverage cards for my vehicles and they were more than accommodating. As Jesus was printing and cutting my cards, he explained another method in attaining the info cards in case, in the future, I would need them and not be able to stop into the office. Again, I’ve always had a positive experience here and cannot think of any complaints at all. I’d recommend to anyone looking for great, affordable insurance of any kind.

I dont even want to give them a score. My insurance comes out every month on the same date, I shut my transactions off on my card and noticed that the payment attempted to be taken. On August 14th 2020 I called the office and requested that they run my card or let me pay online, she said the payment wasnt due again until Aug 22nd 2020. I just received a phone call from their office and the informed me that I dont have insurance because I didnt pay the bill. I explained everything to the guy and all he did was talk in circles and say there was nothing he was going to do about it. Ill find a better insurance company.

The staff here are great. They will work with you and make sure you are highly satisfied. They dont just treat you ad a customer. They treat you like family. I will forever be a loyal customer. Thanks for everything guys.
