Whether it’s for adjusting a policy or just stopping by the office to make a payment, (on Friday’s of course FREE POPCORN)!!! I would personally like to thank Michael in the office for contacting me recently to discuss the benefits and coverages of adding a life policy, which I will absolutely be doing very soon!

I want to say how pleased I was using State Farm’s Roadside Assistance benefit.This past weekend I experienced a flat tire. I called their 800 number and the lady that answered was very sympathetic and reassuring that help would be on the way. She was also very concerned for our safety asking several times if we were in a safe location.The repair provider Johnson’s Towing in Kokomo arrive in less than 15 minutes even though our initial estimate was 30. Jared from the towing service was friendly and efficient and had us on our way in a little over ten minutes.I’ve been a State Farm customer for over 45 years and this is the first time I’ve had to use this benefit.I hope I never need to use it again but I was extremely impressed. I hope all the roadside response providers are as good as this one was.

I really enjoyed this place. I really love the worker named Irene here. Irene is a very kind woman who is always ready to help. Except, for the time I came in to ask for an appointment. I walked in from the front doors and of course, Irene greeted me nicely. But, When I asked if my daughter could sign up for one of the horseback riding lessons, should looked like she had no clue what I was talking about! What is an insurance agency for other than Horseback riding lessons? Very disappointed but, good service. They said insurance agencies are not for horseback riding. Apparently, they help people with money stuff.
