I have been coming here since they opened and bragged on what a nice place it was and how good the service was. The service has really gotten bad.Saturday I had a 230 appointment for a mani/pedi. I didnt get service until 320. I spent 50 minutes with my feet soaking in lukewarm water.No excuse given. I only waited because I thought finding another place would take longer.

I have been going here for years and when I moved to San Francisco, I still make time to come here to get my nails and toes done. Christina is the best business owner and is extremely clean and organized. Love the girls here and the vibe is always so amazing. 10/10.

I spent an hour(not exaggerating) with my hands sitting in acetone to get my acrylic nails off and I felt so uncomfortable and out of place there. I was ignored and felt like an inconvenience for them. The employees we not friendly at all. I am so upset, I literally left in tears. Mind you Im 9months pregnant and the chemical smell was overwhelming. Usually they just pull them off with a tool. The acetone was literally burning my hands and making me light headed. I planned on getting a gel manicure but was so upset with how I was treated I told them nevermind just please finish this up. I ended up having to pay $7 to walk out with nails like this. She even said just to throw on a clear coat it would bump up to $10. I said no please I just want to go. I wish I never wouldve came here, my grown out acrylics looked better than this. Please do yourself a favor and dont give them any business!

Not the best mani/pedi Ive received. It took a little over 2 hours, the filing was not even/the same shape on all fingers and dry cuticle still remained. The paint job wasnt good either, the technician had to keep blotting and removing color from my skin. Im pregnant and was just too exhausted towards the end to make a fuss about it, at that point I was just ready to leave!

Christina does great job, knows what she is doing.

If you arrive at this salon at 9 am on a Sunday morning, be prepared to be asked to stand outside while the employees mop the floor. Not an effective way to welcome a client. I guess the owner fails to realize that there are other nail salons in town competing for business.

Love this place for pedicures. They have. Great deals and take their time to do a really good job! I recommend making an appointment, bc they do tend to get very busy!!

Love to get my gel nails done here.. i bring my 2 year daughter with me all the time and they always accommodate and provider her with a chair and bowl to wash her nails like mommy. My husband get his hair cut done by Betsy, she is great and overall great staff! Forgot to mention their prices are great!

I have been getting manicures & pedicures here since March & I would not consider going any place else!! I go to Kathy every time and the quality of her work is the best I have ever experienced! They have wonderful, relaxing pedicure chairs and soft, background music playing. Every time I have been there, it has been very, very clean! If you give Harbour Nails a try, I am SURE you will not be disappointed!!

Fastest gel mani ever. I was skeptical but they were still great on week three. Returned but they were packed! I was given a suggested time to return but couldnt wait. Went across the street and regretted it before I could return home. None of my nails were completely painted.. how does that happen? Next time, Ill wait to get in here.

First, if your looking to get regular polish and not gel youll get some very cheap polish that cracks and peels after less than a week.But the thing that really is unbelievable, it happened to me twice is that if youre not white you wont get treated the same. I called in for an appointment twice, sat and waited still after I made an appointment and a white woman walks in without appointment and they helped them immediately.... it took me a while to catch on cause this has never happened to me before at least not this obviously.

I love going to Kathy and Bo they are the best! Nails are strong and last for so long! I would not consider going anywhere else. They always remember my name even when I call in!

The staff is very friendly and they do a great job. You get the feeling they really care, as opposed to other salons. They go above and beyond to ensure that youre happy.

Had an appt at 330 pm and we came in all of a sudden they said to come back at 530 pm. Basically they werent following their time slots for customers. I dont know if they were getting more tips from the customers that they were serving or what.

Broke 2 nails only 3 days later and they still charged me to cut them down

They also do haircuts . Waited 15 minutes and no one helped us, everyone busy with nails, so haircut/ nail shop is not working. Stick to one or the other.
